Dr. Lilian Carter was born in Brazil and at the early age of 15 began her career in Dentistry as a Dental Assistant.

Dr. Robert Heinrich is a dentist in New Braunfels where he owns and manages New Braunfels Dentists, PLLC. After graduating from Texas A&M University in 1986 he attended The University of Texas Dental Branch at the Texas Medical Center in Houston. As a student Dr. Heinrich was the school's representative delegate to the Texas Dental Association.
X-rays - Bitewing (4 films taking a "close up" of your teeth), panoramic (1 large x-ray that covers the teeth as well as the jaw) FMX (full mouth series) (18 total x-rays of the teeth ). Fluoride - Too much demineralization without enough remineralization to repair the enamel layer leads to tooth decay.
Teeth become stained from aging, smoking, coffee, tea, sodas, and a long list of other foods. These stains are removed with peroxide to lighten and whiten your teeth. Veneers are thin porcelain facings that are bonded on to the tooth in order to change the shape and color of your teeth. Veneers are used to align slightly crooked teeth, whiten discolored teeth, and close spaces between front teeth. The process starts after a comprehensive evaluation of your smile and requires two appointments for straight white teeth.
I am now a patient of New Braunfels Dentist after 7 year without a visit to the dentist. The initial appointment had me worried, as it had been so long I did not know what to expect. My teeth look and feel better now than I can ever remember. It is such a relief to now be a patient at New Braunfels Dentists, and I am scheduled for bi-annual cleanings which is an upgrade from every 7 years.

My rating for today's dental exam was a 10+. Gabby, Lynn and Dr. Carter were outstanding. My dental exam was one of the best I've ever had. Dr. Carter explained my dental needs and was very detailed in her explanation. Gabby explained all my entitlements and benefits my insurance provides. Bottom line the team provided professional and outstanding patient care services!

This team is the Best of the Best. I avoided Dentist for more than 20 years because I don't like it. However; this team at NewBraunfels Dentist makes me feel very good, gentle on the chopper's and they keep me informed in advance what my insurance covers. No guessing games for me. My visit was so great. Dr. Heinrich was so pleasant and very personable. He explained the procedures so well and I felt so at ease. Then there was Ariel she was amazing! Great personality and very knowledgeable. She explained everything she was doing and made everything very easy to understand. The young lady who made my next appt. was also great. I highly recommend Dr. Carter! She and her Assistant, Rachel, are both very caring and have a calming demeanor. Dr. Carter and Rachel make a great team! They constantly made sure that I was as comfortable as possible during a lengthy procedure. Dr. Carter also was proactive about taking as many photos and X-rays as needed to prevent the insurance company from denying the claim. She was very thorough and precise about making sure that my crowns fit perfectly.

The care was amazing! Lien (hygienist) was knowledgeable, informative, and efficient. She was extremely patience with me; including answering all my questions. You could see Lien has a strong passion for her career. Dr Carter was also great! She was very through on her assessment. Dr Carter explained her findings and treatment clearly.

The care shown by Dr. Carter and my dental assistant Rachel to both my wife and I was first rate! I went in for a crown and I'm kind of a nervous patient. Both Dr. Carter and Rachel put me at ease and took good care of me. I'm feeling pretty great after the procedure and I'm glad that I got that work taken care of.

Jordan is a breath of fresh air. She was so friendly and down to earth. She was as gentle as possible and helped me schedule my next cleaning. Dr Carter is so pleasantly sweet. I love that she took the time to really check out everything and made sure that I understood everything and how important it was. I wish my experience was this awesome every place I visited. They make me feel Im important to them and not just another number that gives them money.

My hygienist Jordan did an amazing job! Very professional, nice, and personable. She explained everything she was doing and always made sure I was comfortable. Everyone at the office is very welcoming and Dr. Heinrich does an amazing job to make sure my concerns are addressed and all work is done to perfection. They make going to the dentist a lot easier!
