Great first visit for my son friendly staff glad I found this place he was a happy kid when done

If I could give zero stars I would! This was my child's 1st dental experience. It was the worst! I was not allowed to go back with him, and after a while when I heard him screaming I barged into the back to find him in a dimly lite one room open area with nothing on the walls and all windows drawn, with no other patients, and being forcefully held down by the employees there.

The doctor shamed me about my son's behavior (a scared 3 year old) and spoke to me rude telling me my son had horrible teeth. We never went back! My son, now 12, has just recently started shaking his anxiety about going to a dentist. I attribute his anxiety solely to Stagecoach! I cannot recommend this practice at all! Unless anything has changed please save yourself years of regret and do not go here.

Absolutely loved the office. Amazing staff, clean office. My kids are usually afraid of going to the dentist but they loved loved coming to their office. Will most definitely keep bringing them back!

First time there with my three kids and they did a great job. Such a friendly staff and the dr took his time to explain everything. Glad I found this office.

Dr.coe and his staff are always kind and friendly to our children. He is very knowledgeable and informative. Our children always look forward to going to their favorite dentist.

5 stars because I couldn't chose any more! The best dentist I could ever imagine taking my children to, Dr. Coe is very comforting and kind every time we visit. His whole staff is incredible from the moment you check in until you check out. Highly recommend him to any parent!

We love stagecoach dental. Everyone there is super awesome and informative. Our son recently had a procedure done and the doctor was great. We definitely recommend this dental office. From the frontdesk staff to the dental assistant, management staff and doctor made us feel comfortable. We really really really love the staff! Dr. Coe is always awesome, quick with my son and explains everything to a T. We drive out of our way to come here because it's that great! Front desk workers are pleasant and there are movies for the kiddos to watch while you wait.

I love this dentist! Dr. Coe and his employees are beyond outstanding! I used to take my son to a different dentist in magnolia and he hated dentist days, but now it's the total opposite. Dr.coe truly is a pro at what he does. Very prestigious work. Definitely recommend this dentist to anyone.

Stagecoach Dental is amazing. Dr. Cole is great at what he does cleaning and keeping up my childrens teeth. He's terrific with communicating w the parents and children. The atmosphere is relaxing. Especially in the parents saloon area. The staff are so friendly and generous. We absolutely love stagecoach dental. Raquel is the greatest. Coming in and leaving she always there to make sure we had the best experience and we're well taken care of.

Stagecoach Dental is one of the Very BEST around! They are always patient and sweet with my son. As a patient we truly feel valued. Dr Coe and his staff are always pleasant and they always put the needs of the patients first. When my child had gum pain today, they got him in quickly to treat him. We are so thankful to have them close by. We highly recommend Stagecoach Dental!

I have 3 children. Two of them have had to get crowns before age 5. When my oldest got them done, we were going to a different dentist. Now with my second child, he got them at stagecoach dental. Having experienced this process at two different dentist offices, I am beyond satisfied with Dr. Coe. He is patient and takes his time with the children and parents.

My son is the nervous and shy type and the dr and his staff had no difficulties getting him to cooperate during routine services and then getting the crowns in. Tambien hablan espanol

The office is amazing and the staff is very helpful and understanding. My child is not an easy patient and though it sucks not being able to be with him during the exam but I could not be more reassured that he was in good hands. I find some of these reviews on yelp to not be a good indicator of how this office is ran.

I stopped going here a couple years ago, and as I check out the reviews today I am glad we made that decision. The final straw with me was when Dr. Coe told my 4 year old son, who was crying, "You are making this a lot harder than it needs to be." You don't tell a scared 4 year old patient that! No, you get down to their level and try to comfort them!

Whatever it takes to get them comfortable and at ease. The only one who made it harder than it needed to be was the dentist instead of helping my child. Needless to say, I left in shock and disbelief that a dentist (someone you want your child to trust) would say something like that instead of finding a way to help the child at ease. The next week, we went to a new dentist-one who lets me accompany my son too.

I am the father of twin boys who have been to this office for several check ups. The Dr. is not very personable, often making my wife feel bad. We have had to reschedule an appointment twice, once due to a sick child, and this last appointment due to transmission troubles with our car. Due to us having twins after this last time we rescheduled, we were told that we could no longer be seen by them unless we fill some one elses cancelled appointment. Don't let the nice office fool you, this is not a good place for a family to take their children.

We just love Dr. Coe! He puts my daughter at ease and she enjoys coming to the office to see him!

My child got sick the morning of her appointment. I called at 9am to let them know she wouldn't be able to make it to her 3:20pm appointment and I would need to reschedule. They returned my call to let me know that I would be charged a $100.00 fee to reschedule since I didn't give them a 48 hour notice. Who knows that their child is sick 48 hours in advance?

My daughter has been going to Dr. Coe for 10 years and this is our first time to have to cancel an appointment like this. I thought I was being respectful not to bring a sick child into a facility to infect the staff and other children. A ridiculous policy and bad business to loyal clients. Not returning.

I have regretfully recommended Stagecoach Children's Dental Center several times. Just to let you all know, I am now being forced to find another dentist for my children, because one of them has been "fired" as a patient because I was unable to afford the recommended care. I'm certain that a large portion of the patients treated by this dentist are covered by Medicaid, and I know Medicaid's reimbursement is CONSIDERABLY less than what my Dental Insurance pays and what I was being asked to pay.

These patients get COMPLETE coverage at NO COST. My cost would've been over $1,000 IN ADDITION to what my INS would've paid. This is extremely unfortunate, as my children actually enjoyed this facility. I hope to find another dentist that is more focused on patient care than money.
