Hands down the best dental office I've been to. The staff are all so welcoming, knowledgeable and kind. Very helpful as well! I got my braces there and take my kids there as well. We all love it here!

Took my nephew to fix his broken front tooth. Staff was very accommodating to his needs and he's dentist phobic so for them to put him at ease the way they did I'll definitely only use them from now on. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Okay so I visited Brident a little while ago and I really just wanted to commend the staff and the dr. for being absolutely amazing. Caitlin was so full of smiles and laughter making me feel at ease while Marissa and Angela made me even more comfortable with their caring natures. Dr. Hur explained everything to me and made sure that I understood. I love love love this place!

I gave 1 star because there is no option for Zero Star. Appointment scheduler said Masks Required. The Dental office also has sign " Masks Required", but non of the front desk staffs wears mask. Filled out Online New Patient Form and submitted, but the Dental office front desk staff said it never print out to their printer. The front desk staffs really need skills to communicate with visitors.

They claimed to have called me several times to change my 5pm appointment, but I only had one call at 3:31pm the day of my appointment. I was told this after waiting 5 minutes for someone at the front desk to acknowledge I was even there! They need to fix the online scheduling if they close at 5pm, some people work the day shift and 5pm appointments are appreciated.

I was intrigued by the low cost orthodontist ad and immediately went inside to inquire more. However the staff were so nice and accommodating. I ended up with a new dental family. Also I love my new dentist Dr. Hur his office manager Caitlin was able to make the transition seamless as possible. Y'all are the best!
