Dr. Martinez is amazing. I was very nervous to get my braces at first but he made me feel very comfortable and explained the entire process. Everyone in office is so nice and polite. The office is so clean and pretty. Also I never have to wait for my appointment! I highly recommend Dr. Martinez.

Dr. Martinez is highly knowledgeable and caring for his patient. He explains to parents and children the whole process very well. We are sure, at the end of the treatment, our daughter will love her new smile. The whole staff is friendly, kind and helpful. Never have to wait for our appointments. If you are looking for an amazing orthodontist this is the place to go!

Dr Martinez and his entire staff are amazing! The office is so comfortable and inviting. Our two teens both had great experiences here every single office visit. They both just recently had their braces removed and the improvements to their smiles from the day we started the process is beyond words. They both love their new smiles. Dr Martinez is an excellent orthodontist! I would highly recommend him. My teens were nervous to have braces, but after the first visit they were relaxed and excited to get them on. I highly recommend Dr. James Martinez he provides exceptional service and quality care of his patients. The office is ran very efficiently, very children friendly, there is always a movie showing setting the atmosphere. He is very accommodating, I have never encountered long waiting times upon arrive no more that five minutes. The staff is pleasant and friendly they made us feel welcomed. Dr. Martinez has served my family for over 13 years.

He took excellent care of my daughter there was no other option for me then to return to Dr Martinez when my son needed his braces. The care after the braces come off is awesome! Had two different issues with my son he was able to be seen immediately. Dr. Martinez goal is every patient comes away with a quality smile.

Excellent experience. My daughter needed palatal expanders and Dr. Martinez made the whole process as comfortable as it could be. From the first consult to explaining step by step the treatment plan. Very accommodating and great back office as well.

I've been coming to Dr Martinez since March, I'm an older adult and I'm wearing braces. I disagree with someone's review that nobody smiles and that the dr is a robot? Obviously he's not a patient here. The ladies who assist Dr Martinez are very knowledgeable and friendly, they're focused on your care. Dr Martinez always makes me feel comfortable and he's very careful and thorough.

He explained my treatment and the time frame. One of the ladies in the front office is Drs mother, she's the sweetest lady! My first visit we chatted for a while. Even though my insurance coverage is small I like the fact that the Dr will allow you to make payments, not many practitioners do or they make you apply for financing. I'm glad I chose this office, I've never waited more than a few minutes when I check in.

This place looks nice but honestly I don't care for the staff. I feel no one smiles here. Most everyone seems confrontation and it makes you uncomfortable. Maybe I came on a bad day? But the orthodontist that I pay doesn't greet you and seems like a robot. Their teeth look great! So he's at least a good orthodontist. Just be more inviting.

Open on Saturday. Great with kids. Informative and communicates well. My son had a number of extra teeth and with very unusual placement. My sons smile has gone through many changes and looks great today!

If you are going to need braces, you're going to want to visit James Martinez D. D. S. with convenient hours including Saturdays and always a short wait you're going to appreciate that when you need to visit every six weeks. In addition, his waiting room is spacious and comfortable and entertaining for children. He has a game room TV room and an office room set up for adults if you need to make a business phone call or call somebody while the child is waiting. In addition, he offers free Internet in his waiting room. My child has been coming here for about a year and every visit is been good.

First experience with an orthodontist with my kids and what a great experience it was. A+ job by James Martinez DDS and his staff. Beautiful and clean location inside and out. Can do everything in house so went in on an afternoon went through what needed to be done. Simple terms for payment and bang braces were installed the next morning. Well done, would highly recommend James Martinez DDS and his team to anyone looking for an outstanding place to go for braces.

Dude is really good at what he does! Both my kids had their braces done here & they look awesome.one note in case you don't know. When you get the braces off, ask to have permanent retainers installed - they just glue them in & you don't even notice they are there. Both my kids love them & it will save you from paying for the inevitable "lost/dog ate my retainer" syndrome.they are not cheap!
