Dr. Irwin and his team are great. Finally I have found a place that actually cares about your health rather than your money. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody looking for a trustworthy dentist to make sure your teeth are in great shape!

I've been coming here for 14 years and I'm not sure if there is a better dentist out there. The staff is super friendly and Dr. Irvin is one of the nicest guys you'll meet. I honestly hated going to the dentist but there's such a high sense of comfort and trust that I actually enjoy going. If you are looking for a new place to go then look no further than East West Dental!

I've been coming to East West Dental ever since I was 10 years old. After 10 years of visiting this place for check ups, they never failed to deliver the best service! Dr. Irvin is so kind and he took his time to talk and get to know me! All of the staff members are super kind and patient. They also took very good care of my mom and made sure that she was comfortable. I will be getting my braces done by them soon, can't wait!

I've been going to East West Dental for 15 years since getting my braces done on their orthodontist side. My sisters and I were referred by a family friend and we've been around since. I remember getting my teeth cleaned by Dr. Kaw and now Dr. Irvin (the son) has taken over and it's still amazing. The entire staff is super nice and caring.

They always ask about my day and remember things about my job and life. They definitely make you feel like family. I remember going to other dentists when I was younger and when getting an X-ray done, it was painful. This is the only place where it is so gentle you barley feel a thing. The assistant doesn't shove the vacuum down your throat when the teeth cleaning is done.

I can fall asleep with how gentle they are there. On every extraction and filling they also work so fast where my mouth doesn't ever get sore for having to keep it open for so long. During COVID, this place makes you feel safe. There's an air purifier in every since room and all staff wears all their PPE correctly. If you need a dentist or orthodontist come visit them. Also, if you need help, don't hesitate to ask. Dr. Irvin and the team is always willing to help!

I've been going to East West dental for over a decade and I can't picture myself going anywhere else. It's very family friendly. The staff are all very welcoming and courteous. Making appointments doesn't come with a long waiting period. And they transitioned their facility to be covid safe. They go above and beyond because they care and it really shows. Dr Irvin is the best! He keeps you informed on the work being done, checks in on you; I trust him completely.

Really appreciate Dr. Irvin and his team at East West Dental. I have been coming here since highschool, and they are really awesome and helpful. My teeth look beautiful, and a good smile is your confidence! so 100% go see him.

I've been coming here for many years now, and I have gotten many cavities filled, teeth extracted, and teeth cleanings and every experience I've had with all the dentists and other staff members is always great! Personally, I never really liked going to the dentist because of pain and uncomfortability that comes with procedures but knowing that I'm in good hands at East West Dental really helps ease the stress!

This clinic taught me how to properly brush my teeth, how to take care of my oral health, and has always taken the time to answer any and every question I have! Front desk is also super helpful in getting appointments in asap as well!

Dr. Irvin and his team at East West Dental are the best! I have been coming here for over 10 years and every visit has been consistent in quality and care. Dr. Irvin's craftsmanship and customer service is unmatched. I always feel welcomed with my questions/concerns and I love that Dr. Irvin prioritizes educating patients about their conditions/treatments to encourage the best dental care plan. Dr. Irvin is truly one of the best dentists out there and the only dentist I trust with my teeth.

I have visited his office twice since the pandemic and it is very reassuring that they have strict safety protocols. All patients are required to be screened before entering and all rooms have an air filtration system running at all times. Definitely makes me feel more at ease during times like these. Highly recommend EWD to anyone!

Dr. Irvin was friendly and knowledgeable. He is patient and explain all the procedures in details. The front desk staff had good customer service. The clinic is always clean and organize. My family has been coming here for dental services for a long time and will continue to do so in the future.

If I could give more stars I would! I've been with East West Dental for about 6-8 years now and they have been the most consistent at providing phenomenal patient care. I got all my wisdom teeth pulled out today and the procedure was quick, clean, and comforting! I was feeling anxious coming in because I was informed of the risks that I would face with each tooth pulled out, but Dr. Lee and his assistant Peter's expertise and reassurance throughout the procedure made me feel confident. Dr. Lee cracked a few jokes in between and the funniest one was when he said "it's a boy!" after pulling out a tooth and peter made sure that I knew how to care for my mouth post-procedure by repeating steps clearly. Lynette and the staff at the front desk were also very kind and welcoming!

The staff really takes care of you and I wish more people knew about this place! On some of my previous visits (teeth cleaning/checkup), their assistants and especially Dr. Irvin patiently explained my dental health and answered any and ALL questions that I had. He's very passionate about his work and about providing the best care possible and to serve each patient's needs accordingly.

I really appreciate the entire staff and their efforts to make patients feel valued. Their care is genuine and doesn't go unnoticed! EastWest Dental is also very easy to reach over the phone and they remind you of your appointments. Small things like this make a huge difference compared to other places and it's why I keep coming back! Big thank you to EastWest dental!

Dr. Irvin and East West Dental has been my dentist for a long time. Friends and coworkers complain about their dentists. I only have good things to say about my dentist: Friendly, accommodating, professional, efficient. What I appreciate most is that Dr. Irvin doesn't just try to sell you on products and procedures. He educates and informs you and then leaves the decision up to you. I highly recommend!

I'm so glad I found this place! The clinic provides great service and the staff is all friendly and welcoming. Dr. Irvin is extremely helpful and patient with explaining my condition and answering my questions without talking down to me or making me feel rushed. The hygienist is meticulous and attentive whenever I had any discomforts during my visit.

As regards for COVID precautions, the staff wears N-95 masks and a face shield. You also have to complete a questionnaire before each appointment. Overall, I greatly recommend this place and I truly believe that they all care about their patients short-term and long-term dental health!

I have been coming to East West Dental for probably 10 years now and I honestly can't see myself going anywhere else. Dr. Irvin is the BEST dentist in the business. Not only is he a master at his craft, he is also the most genuine and caring doctor I have ever met. He always encourages feedback and makes every treatment custom to the patient's needs.

I came in to have a composite filling done and it took some time to get used to. I came back on 2 separate occasions after to get minor adjustments done and Dr. Irvin was extremely accommodating. After the adjustments, everything was perfect and I couldn't be happier with the results! Thank you Dr. Irvin and team for the unmatched dental care and customer service! It's always such a pleasure to go back for routine maintenance and see everyone.

All the staff here are exceptionally friendly and welcoming! PS - East West Dental has strict safety protocols to keep everyone safe. There are air filters running in every room and all patients are screened before entering. All staff are masked and the dental office is spotless. Definitely gives me so much peace of mind during these scary times. 10/10 would recommend!

LOVE! I have been going here since I was a kid. Dr. Irwin is the sweetest. The whole staff really cares and gives it their all to provide the best dental services. I would recommend this office to all family members and friends. I just feel so comfortable and safe. It is a judgement free zone. They always routinely ask if you are doing okay while giving you a cleaning, x-rays, etc. They have staff members to accommodate other languages, like Chinese. Please consider them for your next check up!

Been part of the East West Dental family for over 10 years and they have not disappoint me so far! Got my braces back in October and not even half a year gone by, my teeth look way straighter than my crooked teeth before. I've been coming here since I was young and the service has always been great. Got my braces here several years ago which turned out great and also just had wisdom teeth removed which went smoothly! Dr. Irvin carefully takes the time to answer any questions you have so you always feel comfortable with whatever dental work is being done.

Just got my teeth cleaned today and boy, the doctor that cleaned my teeth was so gentle and professional. The whole time he was dapping my face with tissue since there were water splashing everywhere. The doctors and nurses there are super well trained and friendly towards their customers. Been part of this East West Family over 10 years and I'm glad to continue to be part of their client. Thank you East West Dental!

For most of us, going to the dentist is one of our least favorite activities. But, I promise you the staff at East West Dental makes everything bearable. They are absolutely incredible and they always make me feel welcome, comfortable, and at ease. They have also implemented safety procedures since the beginning of the pandemic and I truly feel safe going to their office. Additionally, I very much appreciate that Dr. Irvin takes the time to explain everything thoroughly.

I have had 2 wisdom teeth removed in the last year. I had been hesitant to ever go back to get a wisdom tooth removal since the first time I did with a dentistry that was down the street from this one. But the nurses and doctor were so kind and attentive to me and my anxieties. The first time with them I had told them what had happened at a previous dentist office and reassured me that it would be quick, easy and speedy recovery even with my impacted wisdom tooth.

They sent me text messages to check in afterwards. By far the best place! For the wisdom tooth removal it is an out of pocket charge as they didn't take Medi-cal but for the amount of care I went back just a few weeks ago and still paid. Definitely worth it.

Highly recommend coming to this office to see Dr. Irvin for your dental needs. Dr. Irvin is extremely personable and professional at the same time, and is always happy to answer questions and explain what procedures will be happening. The admin staff is extremely on top of everything; I have never felt like I got the run around or unclear about pricing or insurance. Note: During COVID I have visited the office and all staff are wearing plenty of PPE and masks so feel very safe! Park is tough though since he is so popular!

I've been going to East West Dental for nearly a decade and it has truly empowered me to take control of my oral health. The care and attention that Dr. Irvin has provided over the years has been exceptional. He is very knowledgeable, thorough, and supportive. He listens to all of my questions and provides a very thoughtful, patient-centered approach to address my needs.

East West Dental meets and exceeds recommendations for COVID precautions. Patients are appropriately screened, each exam room is equipped with a free standing HEPA filtration unit, and surface cleaning is very thorough. I really appreciate having high quality dental care so close to my home.

It was my first time here, I highly recommend it! Went in there for a clean up and X-rays. Staff was very friendly and welcoming! Didn't notice anything wrong. If you are in the 626 and surrounding areas. Stop by!

Conclusion: Would recommend to everyone looking for a dentist that they can trust and be very transparent. They were able to educate me on what they saw, what needed to be done, and what I needed to work on in the future for prevention. I appreciate the time and effort in answering all my questions and working with me on a plan that we can all agree on would be best for my dental health.

Concerned about COVID? (because really who isn't) They take proper sanitization of rooms very seriously. The staff made me feel like my safety was their top priority. I appreciate the effort because limiting exposure is my goal, especially during times like these.

Today I went in for a filling and I had the best experience! The facility is super clean and the entire place has a new air filtration system. I'm so thankful for Dr Irvin and Dr Han and the entire staff for their positive energy! I highly recommend this place and I plan on going to the dentist more often! In addition Dr Irvin cares about the health of his patients.

Especially during COVID it is nice to have caring dentist like him who takes care of not only his staff but his patients. He gave me surgical masks and kN95 for my safety! Very thankful for everyone at East West Dental!
