Have been going to this practice for several years but they have changed. Made an appointment several months in advance and they changed the time without calling me. Excuse was i was sent an email ( landed in junk mail) On morning of appointment received call i was late when i was actually early for appointment i made. Tamika was rude and made zero effort to accommodate their mistake or apologize. Clearly could not careless about their patients.

I've been a patient at PIA for 19 years, and wouldn't think of gout anywhere else for my dental care. Because they believe in quality care, and care about their clients, they attract the best staff in every position. With all that is required of them to consider to keep everyone safe during vivid, they didn't miss a beat in care or service.

Afraid of the dentist? Fearful of exposure during Covid? Me too, and then I had a tooth that had to be crowned. The skillful care and warm attention I received from Dr. Afshar and her assistant allowed me to feel safe and at ease throughout the entire procedure. Throughout the pandemic it was this medical office where I felt the safest. As important, the results were excellent.

I always receive excellent checkups and the hygienist is terrific. I love Dr. Afshar. She's recently wanted a suspicious spot reviewed by the specialist in the practice, Dr. Farzin. He saw me ASAP. He was great and assured me not to worry. I have lots of confidence in the staff in this group and recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.

I've always been terrified of dentists since I spent my childhood chewing Bazooka bubble gum pretty much nonstop. This is the first practice where the kindness, gentleness and skill of all the practitioners have put me completely at ease. I actually have a good time when I'm there. This is a practice like no other! Go! You'll be happy you did!

I have been with this practice for 34(!) years, as has my husband. We have seen all the practitioners - Drs. Penski, Irvin, Farzin, and Afshar. Every person involved in the practice is a consummate professional, while also being delightful. I would not trust my dental health, hygiene, or looks to anyone else.

Dr. Margaret Irvin is one of the best dentist I've had. She's highly skilled, sensitive to economic and scheduling challenges, and consistently exhibits impeccable bedside manner. She appears to value and respect her staff as well. This makes her a top dental professional. I'd love to see her in listed as Washington's Top Dental Professionals. I pay out-of-pocket to see her. That should say it all.
