Multiple issues with this place. My husband had an APPOINTMENT to get his teeth cleaned so when he went in for that appointment they told him "You know we don't have time for a cleaning right?" To which he asked how would he know that!? So THEN they said they could do the cleaning but no time for Novocain, he needed it done so he just suffered through the pain. THEN my daughter had an appointment to get her wisdom teeth out.

We get there and they let her know they had rescheduled her appointment for the following week. THEY DID NOT EVEN CALL AND LET US KNOW! So she had to miss another week of work. Don't get me started on how they said she could have her wisdom teeth then didn't give them to her. When we went back in to ask for them a few minutes later the receptionist didn't bother to go ask she just said nope they throw them away. If I could give zero stars I would.

So unprofessional. My wife had a 9am appointment for a wisdom tooth extraction. We were told to arrive 15 minutes early. So we arrived at 8:45 and watched people who arrived 30 minutes after us get taken to their rooms. At 10:15 my wife was finally taken back by a lady who referred to me as her "driver". We will never step foot in this place again.

Since change of ownership this office has been disappointing. The cleanings aren't as thorough, anytime I had work done it felt rushed & the owner seems to depend on an over-friendly attitude to make up for any real concern / putting time in. The reason for this review however is because the office cannot seem to keep a simple back-to-back appointment for my husband and I to save their lives - good luck going here long-term.

It's unfortunate that we had to break off our relationship with this office due to bad office management (Nicole). We've been coming here a long time and spent a lot of money over the years. This morning was the second time they tried to reschedule me because of scheduling errors on their part. If they don't value their customers then I can find another practice. There is no shortage of dentists or hygienist.

The staff was professional and welcoming. Dr. Fernando was very attentive and answered my questions, concerning tooth sensitivity. The staff was very careful and provided a good experience!

Looks like they are doing construction, the floor in the lobby is extremely dirty, the walls are dirty and there are stained ceiling tiles. Carpet is peeling up and the chairs have stains. They are understaffed. The phone is constantly ringing. They are always late for your appointment. 15-30 minutes late is normal.

If I could give a million stars I would. I am the biggest baby and just walking into a dental office had me in tears. The wonderful front staff could tell I was nervous and set my mind at ease right way. Teresa was my first point of contact and was such a delightful help. She got my paperwork started and helped with all my insurance needs and we came up with a wonderful plan that could fit into my budget.

I will be forever great full for her kindness towards me. As if that wasn't enough to let me know I had found the right place. I again was greeted by a lovely lady who did my X-rays and later my impressions her name was Ana and I hope she knows just how amazing she is because I basically cried the entire time and she wiped my tears and made the process so much easier. Dr. Jadali is an absolute saint and even though I was beyond embarrassed due to my current dental state he didn't make me feel bad or stress me out.

He had kind caring eyes and I believe him when he tells me he cares and that he can fix me. I have a long road ahead of me but I rest assured that I'm in good hands with this team

I went there for a routine cleaning and ended up paying for a periodontal procedure costing $420 out of pocket, $1300 + in total. They were all nice but also very professional about upselling their periodontal procedures and taking you for all your worth. And at the end I didn't even get my routine cleaning I asked for.

My experience with Town Center Dental Group was very positive. The staff at the front desk were extremely accommodating, professional, and caring. My oral surgery was pain free! Dr Ali Sami and his assistant helped put me at ease during the procedure, before I knew it the procedure was finished. I have avoided dentist in the past as much as possible because of the uncomfort and pain.

My experience here was zero pain, Dr. Sami and his assistant constantly inquired about my comfort level. They kept me informed step by step what they were doing and what to expect during the surgery. I'm not sure how the negative reviews here add up but this was not my experience. Not at all. There was no trying to upsell as some reviews report. The front staff were professional, patient and caring as stated. Once again my experience here was very positive.
