I'm 11 years old. My visit was a lot better than other dentist visits. I think that all the people who work there were very inviting and they had very good service and made sure to treat me as a priority. The only reason why I give them an eight out of 10 is because I had to go to the dentist and I had to go to the dentist office so that's about it, also thank you.

I am a teenager and I supposed to have a 2:20 PM dentist appt today and the office double booked my appt with another patient because my mom didn't reply to their text message to confirm appointment or call to confirm. My mom works at a location with no reception so it is obvious she gets no message. We also never knew about this new rule where dentist office cancel appt before if you don't reply to confirm.
We booked this appt at least 2 months ago and I haven't been able to see a dentist since the pandemic started in 2020 and now it has to cancel. It is not fair for patients like me. This new system of canceling appt is unfair, the office supposed to at least let us know that we should be calling the office to confirm the appt 2 days prior or else they will cancel. Patients needs to know this before booking the appt if the rule has change. Whoever created this whole new rule needed to make a change because it is unbelievable, especially we love going to you guys since I was a toddler. Too sad and disappointed.

I've had a wonderful experience with Simply Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics. They made every encounter pleasurable and I was well informed throughout the process. Getting any dental procedures done can be nerve racking but they always were ready to answer any questions I had. I would recommend this practice to all as I know no one will regret going there.

Took more than 2 years to bill me! I paid out of pocket cost of $150 back in July of 2019 for services. They billed the insurance in 2020 and waited until October of 2021 to even "email" me a notice stating I owed a balance of $69.00. I had to call them to request a copy of the bill and ask why they took 2 years to bill me. Their response was that they changed owners and billing systems and just caught it.
They mailed me an accounting as they no longer had access to the original bill. Then "emailed" me reminders to pay. I went online to pay and their system would not let me without giving them authorization to automatically withdraw payments in the future. So I called to pay and requested a discount due to their horrendous billing practices. I was told they'd call me back before 5pm that day, so they had just under 2 hours.
It took them roughly 48 hours to get back to me and offer me a whopping 10% discount. Then offered to "text" me a receipt. I had to ask for a paper receipt and full accounting showing $0 balance. Watch yourself with this company.

OK, so this place has gone downhill since Dr. Collins left. I'm not sure what happened. I had an appointment for one of my sons at 10:20 and the other at 11. We arrived five minutes early and were checked in promptly. We then proceeded to watch 6 other patients who arrived after us and had appointments later than ours to be taken before my first son was even take in.
When I asked about this, they said the hygienist we were assigned to was running late. It had been 30 minutes and 6 patients, so apparently other hygienists were available. Why weren't we given a different hygienist so we could be seen on time, and folks with later appointments would have gotten seen on time as well? "It's because of COVID".
That makes no sense since there were obviously other hygienists available. We've been here an hour now and other patients have come and gone. We're only here for a checkup and cleaning. It's a routine thing. In any case, we won't be back after this, especially given the weak excuses I was given about why 6 others who arrived after us were taken in first.
