Started visiting Dr Landman in 1966 before he moved downtown. I still have his unique solutions to alignment issues & will not let anyone touch them to "renew". Nothing holds up like Dr. Landman's work. My husband has all of his also, including 2 veneers.he referred me to him on our second date LOL. Never found anyone so confidently quiet & gentle.

I have been a patient of Dr. Carole Landman for almost 30 years. During that time I have had a good amount of dental work done! Dr. Carole is a perfectionist with a gentle light touch. She makes the patient feel at ease while in the chair. Her support staff is equally welcoming from Dania at the front desk to the dental hygienist. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Carole Landman

I was referred by one of friends who speaks so highly of Dr. Landman and her staff. I went in for my first appointment and Dr. Landman and her staff were so welcoming and helpful with any questions I have. I used to dislike going to the dentist and they made the experience so much better that I booked future appointments and I have a feeling I will continue to go there.

I've been going to Landman Dental Associates for the past 15+ years (it's been so long that I've lost track of the years!). I wouldn't trust my teeth to anyone else in Chicago. They were referred to me by my former dentist in Minneapolis and they are outstanding! Everyone is so nice and they have all the latest hi-tech dental equipment to ensure my teeth are kept healthy and looking their best. I highly recommend them! And they have a million dollar view of Michigan Avenue from the dental chair. An added bonus!

I have been going to Dr C. Landman since the early 90s. Not only is the dental work on the edge of science but the personal relationship and individual and warm attention is what makes the practice one I always recommend. I have had traditional care and cleaning and also state of the art bonding, Invisalign and in process of veneers.

I have been seeing Dr Carole for 20 years! I loved the idea of a father daughter practice. Dr Carole is talented, artful and has a lovely calm. I have sent my husband, cousins and anyone who asks. She is up on all that is cutting edge. Always updating the latest equipment. Highly recommended. She also always asks about my kids and family, which is so lovely in a business these days.

Growing up, the dentist's chair was the last place I wanted to be. I hated the whizzing sound of the teeth cleaner, the heavy bibs they place on you for dental x-rays, the mean dental hygienist who scowls at the amount of plaque you have ("Geez, lady, I'm eight! I don't know what 'calculus' is!"), oh, I could go on and on and on.
But that changed when my mother referred me to her long-time dentist's office, Landman Dental Associates. Patty has been my mother's hygienist for years, and oh my gosh, I think she is the nicest lady I have ever met in my entire life. I would go in there once a week to have her talk to me. And I wouldn't care if she spent the entire time scraping away, either. Dr. Carole and her father Dr. Paul Landman are both gentle and genuine people.
They make you feel at ease, and you feel like they're thorough. Now I can't say I understand the secret meanings of dental speak, but I've never had any serious problems, and I know they'd be the first to spot them if I did. So, if you're afraid to be in that chair, never fear. Patty and the Doctors Landman are here.

After having a terrible experience at Sears Dental on State (word to the wise: do NOT untertake medical procedures at the shop where one can procure a robe and/or a microwave, no matter how conveniently located it is) I had a large, bleeding crevasse in between my back two molars. This was not an isolated incident at Sears, if you are morbidly curious enough to read on about it please see my review about them. Now, time to sing Dr. Landman's praises~ Prior to even walking in the door, it was a wonderful experience.
I had called last week in a state of desperation due to the aforementioned hole- broken filling- quite painful, couldn't eat much aside from soup and soft solids, and even those were lodging themselves in the hole. I left a message outside of business hours. On Saturday, Kathleen, the office manager, called me from her home to tell me they had a Monday morning cancellation and offered me the spot.
She was incredibly nice and instructed me on how to take care of my injured mouth in the meantime. Went in today and met Kathleen in person- she is fabulous, makes a patient feel right at home even down to offering a cup of coffee. Dr Landman and his assistant (I want to say mine was Patty as well? She was a blonde woman, very efficient and good at what she was doing) were impeccable.
They were absolutely thorough- checked all my teeth out, not just the broken one, and noted any issues- then proceeded to fix the mess that Sears caused. The numbing process was practically painless due to a high tech beeping thing that numbs little by little (vs the giant needle jabbed right in by most dentists). The drilling and filling itself was also done bit by bit, so it was made to be a perfect fit.
They even used a file to get the space exactly right in between the teeth- sort of like dental floss but a little thicker. Perfect basically sums up the experience-- Dr Landman and his entire staff are obviously perfectionists-- and those are exactly the people you want to treat your teeth. I am so happy with them and will be using them exclusively going forward.
