Dr. Ross and the entire office team are exceptional. They have amazing attention to detail and go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied with your smile. I needed a crown veneer after a traumatic fall that resulted in a broken tooth and couldn't have asked for a better result. I can finally smile with confidence and feel normal again after a year of a discolored partial crown.

I've been to multiple dentist since I've had an accident involving my teeth, Dr. Ross was one of if not the best. He gave me my options and we discussed them in a way that was easy to understand and in a way that allowed me to make the best decision for me. His staff was extremely nice and attentive and the office environment was top notch. If you are looking for a dentist to meet your needs, Dr. Ross is the one.

My office moved out of DC years ago but I still go to Dr. Ross and wouldn't dream of going to any other dentist.

This office has been great! My husband and I both go here, and while it's not the cheapest option, it's well worth it to feel comfortable at a place few people love going to. They're really attuned to any potential discomfort or anything that may be bothering you, and frequently check in with how you're doing and offer options for making you as comfortable as possible.

The office does require full payment up front, and I totally understand it can be difficult to pay a large sum up front for many, but we have had no issues so far having them submit to our insurance and getting reimbursed (depending on your plan of course.) Finally, very minor thing, but my birthday is coming up, and the office gave me a parting card and a mini cheesecake as I was leaving! I understand this has nothing to do with the dental work itself, but minor things like this at an office make you feel like they care about their patients.

I've been a patient at DC City Smiles for close to 30 years. I've always received exceptional care and service. Dr. Ross is on top of the newest dentistry techniques and the staff are always kind and responsive. I highly recommend this service, particularly if you are fearful of dentists!

I had a wonderful experience at City Smiles DC after having a really poor experience at another DC practice. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful, answering all of my questions along the way. Dr. Ross was personable, knowledgeable, and upfront about all parts of his recommended treatment plan. I immediately felt like I could trust him. When I left, they even gave me a little new patient gift and invited me back for an ice cream party. It was such a great experience, I really can't recommend it enough!

Awesome dentist! The staff is so friendly & they try so hard to make a trip to the dentist fun. Dr Stuart Ross is an excellent dentist, who never tries to get you to do procedures you don't need. My mother was about to schedule an expensive & painful dental surgery that her dentist insisted she needed. She got a second opinion from Dr Ross who said. she did not need the procedure.

That was 13 years ago & her teeth are in perfect shape without the procedure. What she needed was a good dentist, not a painful & very expensive surgery. Bottom line, Dr Ross with save you time, money & pain. He's awesome!
