Services
C-Dental offers focused, small and large view CBCT scans with a simple and affordable pricing structure. Our NewTom VGi CBCT is the only machine with SafeBeam technology, which adjusts the radiation dosage according to the patient's size. The Focused View reduces the dimension of the scan, providing high resolution images for diagnosis in all pathologies where it is necessary to identify small details at high definition. Survey includes 1-3 adjacent teeth and in some cases 4-5 depending on each patient's size and anatomy.
Our staff is expertly trained to provide your patients a comfortable and swift iTero experience. Invisalign scans are available for Invisalign ClinCheck within 15 minutes of your patient's scan at our imaging center. STL files are available for download and backed-up in permanent HIPAA compliant cloud storage.
C-Dental provides ConeBeam CT scans for implant placement. Our standard implant survey includes prepared cross sectional images of the area of interest and panoramic images extracted from the full arch scan. These images are to scale with a measurement scale printed on the images and include indication lines for the IAN.
C-Dental offers Phase I, II and Final 3D orthodontic CBCT scans for doctors to evaluate the progress of their patients' orthodontic treatment. The OnDemand3D Project Viewer software can be installed on all of the computers in your office. It allows you to retrieve 3D data from your private HIPAA compliant cloud server provided by C-Dental.

Reading other reviews, I cautiously decided to give this place a try. My experience turned out a really pleasant one, thanks to the great help from the technician Gilma Cruz. After the first scan, I realized that this 3D CBCT doesn't work for me. I tremble more than normal people, especially when I am nervous and it is required to stay still. I felt frustrated when only fuzzy images were obtained due to unstable head/mouth. Gilma listened to my concerns and shared my feelings.
She understands that every patient may have a special condition. Her empathy and patience made me feel less guilty of having to do more scans. Gilma professionally caters to my needs. She found a pillow that can secure my head better. She placed a pillow under my legs so my body is less stretched. Gilma also found that a cotton bite works less efficient than a wood one to secure my teeth. Gilma also tried many other ways to help me calm down, such as turning off lights, inviting me to imagine something peaceful, and teaching me to press on hand pressure points.
She never rushed and waited until I signal a gesture of being ready. All these efforts paid off. I got good images after the third scan. Gilma is very cautious about doing multiple scans. I can feel that she prioritizes the minimization of exposure and stands on my side. We are really happy that no more scan is required. She completely turned a difficult task into a pleasant experience for me. PS: Before I went here, I learned from my dentist that 3D-CBCT is not covered by my dental insurance, even though mine is a decent one. So get prepared.

They asked me to pay the full amount while my insurance covers 50%. They said they will contact my insurance and my insurance will give me the money back. Half a year have passed and I never received the money -- I already forgot it and it just occurred to me because I want to see the dental. It's cheating. I will only update my comment when they gave me the money back. (I have pretty good insurance. All the other places never ask me to pay the full amount -- they only ask me to pay the amount that I should pay).

Very poor technical assistance, they made me feel guilty for moving my head when it was obvious that they never try to help stabilized my head properly. After three tries and more exposure to rays than safe, they said that they got a good image. I left feeling depressed, when I came home and told my husband about my experience, he was the one that open my eyes and told me that I should have left immediately and reported their bad technical assistance.
I will never go back to this place and I am reporting my experience to my dentists, two my regular and the one that is doing the implants. Hopefully nobody else has to go through that bad experience.
