Dr. Neil and his team are committed to making your dental experience as pleasant and painless as possible. Part compassion, part technique and part technology. The gentle dentistry we provide you is a dental experience that keeps you coming back. Dr. Neil graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 1979.

Laser dentistry isn't new for dentists, but it is becoming more widespread in how we use it. Some forms of laser dentistry began in 1990 and began what is known as "no-drill dentistry" or "shot-free dentistry". Lasers are usually used in conjunction with other dental tools, though. Using a laser during a dental procedure can greatly reduce tissue trauma.
It's your smile that offers a first impression which is why teeth whitening is so important these days. There are plenty of over-the-counter teeth whitening products, but none can truly whiten teeth like a teeth whitening procedure in a dental office. We take the time with all our patients to determine the best course of action to whiten your teeth and we work with you to ensure you get the results you are looking for.

I had my first appointment at Destination Dental today and highly recommend them for people with dental anxiety and issues with laying flat. Dr Neil and Holly listened to my concerns, explained everything in much detail, and did a fantastic job fixing two cavities with their Solea machine. I have to go back for them to fix another, but have less anxiety than normal, because of how they took such great care of me today. Thank you!

Dr. Mighall and the staff are not only professional, but exceptionally good at their jobs. I've heard many dental practitioners in the area comment on the level of work Dr. Mighall performs and how his staff supports that work with their areas of expertise. Everyone is thorough from the work they do to teaching proper after care and then making sure you are scheduled to continue the ongoing care of your dental health.

I recently received care from destination dental and I absolutely loved my experience there! All of the staff there were really nice. The dentist and the dental hygienists were very professional and very very thorough with the exam. I walked out the door regretting I didn't come through that door sooner! I am very happy to know that receiving care from them going forward will be the best and this dental office is one i most certainly trust when it comes to my smile

I have been having some dental issues of late and I'm glad I finally gave Destination Dental that first call. The staff is courteous and Dr. Neil Mighall is like the friendly family dentist of bygone eras who really cares about his patients unlike some of those "franchise" dental concerns. I'm very satisfied with Destination Dental and recommend them highly.
