Cowgill Dental

I've been a patient at Cowgill Dental for over 15 years. Everyone is professional, friendly, and efficient! I visited yesterday and appreciate how they've modified procedures to keep everyone safe through COVID while still providing for our oral health needs.

Made an appointment over the phone specifying I needed a tooth fixed due to a work related injury and that workers compensation would pay for it. Was told over the phone this would be fine. I arrived and was told I was expected to pay the full amount myself, and that they refused to bill it out to my workers compensation. I left. Wasted my time and theirs.

I was having a problem and as a new patient, I called and was given an immediate appointment! The staff could not have been nicer! They were very thorough in diagnosing the problem and explaining all to me. I so appreciate the friendliness everyone showed me! I feel confident about the procedures to be done to alleviate the problem. So happy I chose Cowgill Dental!

Cowgill Dental has been my dentist for more than 20 years. I won't go anywhere else. I have never had a bad experience. They are extremely professional. From the minute you walk in the door the staff makes you feel at ease and welcome. I would and have recommended them to many others.

First time going here for a cleaning and check up and I'm glad I picked this place. They were professional and organized at the front desk. The hygienist was gentle when cleaning but still thorough. Usually I'm in pain once I leave the dentist. My mouth doesn't hurt at all and didn't hurt during either. The dentist came in shortly after the cleaning so I wasn't left waiting around. I've had some not so great dentist experiences that made me dread the dentist but this visit wasn't bad at all!

This is my first experience with Cowgill Dental. The Onalaska office is lovely. Stacie, Dr. Schmit, and staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. The cleaning was comfortable and my teeth feel great.

Sorry, I'd give you five stars, but going to the dentist isn't my favorite thing. I can say these guys are great. I have been going here for over 10 years. Best dental facility I have been to. They will take care of an emergent situation as quickly as possible. When you call after hours, your calls are returned promptly.
