I have been a patient of Dr. Veneman's for approximately two years now. I am very impressed with his expertise and helping me get my teeth and gums back to a healthy state. Dr. Veneman also has a friendly and competent staff! I am very happy with the care and compassion I have received there! I would happily recommend Veneman Dental care to everyone! I feel very comfortable and confident in the work they do! If you are looking for the perfect place to have your teeth taken care of, I suggest giving them a try.

I was previously a patient of Dr. Bunce who had been my dentist since I was young enough to start going. Since then, he has retired, and it is now Veneman Dental Care. After that change, I kept contemplating making a switch closer to home. I brought up the idea to my mom and she had said "see Dr. Kelsey, you will love her!" For my next appointment I requested Dr. Kelsey and I am HOOKED!

She is so sweet and fun. After all these years, my mom is still right, as I instantly clicked with Dr. Kelsey. Dr. Kelsey is a perfectionist with my teeth and extremely detail oriented. I feel so comfortable with her as it makes my experience more enjoyable and relaxing. My mom and I are both patients of Dr. Kelsey and I am so happy I decided to stay. I may have a 30+ min commute, but it is so worth having a great dentist to work with that I trust, who will help keep my teeth in great shape and looking their best.

I feel Dr. Veneman, and his staff have treated me with kindness and a unselfish service that is done regarding my feelings not just as a customer but as a person. There has always been a full explanation of the procedures they follow with a focus of helping me feel comfortable with the work needed to be done. When I have a significant problem in my mouth, the clinic always makes the time to see me on a very short notice. Everything in the appointment is done with a smile.

I had my first initial exam today. I was very impressed by Dr Venemans thoroughness.

I just had my initial visit with Dr. Veneman. It was the best experience I have had at a dental office. He and his staff are incredible. It started with Tammy, at the front desk, continued with Mary, the Hygienist, and Melinda, the assistant. All were knowledgeable and friendly. Not all dentists are created equal! My wife refered me to Veneman a number of years ago because she was happy with their care. For the first few years of care I was happy. Good dental care, nice people, not pushing to sell dental work I didn't need - in fact, they didn't push me to do work I did need. Two months ago they warned me that I should have a crown done.

While eating a burger the tooth they warned me about cracked. I was not in pain, but they fit me in the next day. I have had a lot of crowns done, and none were a good experience. Dr. Kelsey was great. I was fitted with a temporary crown that day and the permenant was ready within a few days. The new crwon is better than the real tooth that chipped. It almost makes me want to have more crowns done! I said almost.

Dr. Derrick Veneman is the worlds most amazing dentist! He LITERALLY saved my tooth, I visited him the day before I was scheduled to have my tooth extracted (which was damaged by another dentist) after Dr. Veneman took an x-ray (at no cost to me) he told me he could help me save it. My entire life I have been telling other dentist that I am still feeling pain after having the "maximum amount of Novocain", they have ignored me and instead blamed me, telling me that I have extreme dental anxiety and that I am a difficult patient. Dr. Derrick Veneman spent more than an hour talking with me, joking with me and helping me to feel comfortable on our first appointment, he even ground down the damaged crown to elevate my immediate jaw pain without charging me.

I told him how much trouble I have been to other dentist and yet he still assured me he could help me. At our appointment to re-do a damaged crown from another dentist, he gave me a different kind of Novocain and for the FIRST time in my entire life I did not feel any pain during the dental procedure, I felt calmer and more comfortable than I have ever felt during a dental procedure. Dr. Veneman was kind, humorous and made the experience the best dental experience of my life. Dr. Veneman and his office have my complete trust and admiration, I will never visit another dentist!

Went in last weekend for a molar extraction that had became infected. I was in pain for weeks but hate going to the dentist even for a cleaning, i have had bad experiences in the past. Dr. Kelsey made the experience great for me i felt nothing at all not even the novacaine. I was expecting getting a molar pulled at 30yrs old would be painful but she proved me wrong.

She was very upbeat, positive and made me feel very comfortable and got the tooth out in minutes! Now four days later i still have not experienced any pain what so ever and the infection is gone! I will definitely be making this my go to dentist and would highly recommend it to anyone and will be spreading the word. Thanks again See you soon!

Dr. Steen is the BEST dentist I've ever had! Highly recommend him. He made sure I was comfortable when I got my fillings. As a former smoker I am very apprehensive about going to the dentist but Dr. Steen was very supportive of me quitting and getting healthier teeth/gums. Thank You!

Saw Dr. Kelcey yesterday she is by far the best Dentist I've ever been to. I had to have a filling done and she was so gentle with the novacaine and was quick and efficient! I strongly recommend her to anyone that needs an amazing Dentist!

Dr Veneman is the most happy upbeat dentist I have ever met I really feel he is listening to me and not doing things that I do not need done, as my last dentist did. His receptionist Mia, is top notch on top of things.

I first visited Veneman Dental back in 2010 or 2011 at the recommendation of my boyfriend, now husband. I have had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Veneman and his staff -- they are personable, experienced, and professional. The thing I like most about Dr. Veneman is that he always goes above and beyond to take the very best care of his patients' teeth.

He has also fitted me for Invisalign retainers and helped me out with fixing a couple of "dental emergencies" such as a chipped front tooth. I trust him and his staff with my teeth and can honestly say that he is my very favorite dentist. I can't recommend him enough!

Dr. Veneman and his associate Dr. Steen are outstanding in dental emergencies. After my daughter had a riding accident they fit her in the next day, were able to restore her bite and made referrals for orthodontic care.

Tim the Dental Hygienist that cleaned my teeth at my last visit was super nice even though I was long over due for a cleaning. I'd recommend the folks at Veneman Dental Care in Maplewood any day!
