At my first visit I became very leery of Dr. Gardocki after her and her staff tried to sell me medicated toothpaste for my weak, frail teeth THAT I DO NOT HAVE. I went for a second visit where they attempted to give me a $40 fluoride treatment that is not covered by insurance. Then she got moody when I declined it. I also had four cavities suddenly.

Today I went to my new dentist who told me how naturally strong the enamel on my teeth is, never talked about me needing medicated toothpaste or fluoride and let me know that I did have two tiny cavities that need attention. Be careful of the gimmicky song and dance here.

Fantastic staff, all very friendly, especially Frankie the dog. Fair prices, sedation available so that's a plus. Great place

This is the best experience I've ever had with any dentist! I have avoided going to the dentist for other work, except cleanings, because of bad childhood dental experiences. Having the sedation and the very caring staff made all the difference! The staff is wonderful Dr. Gardocki, Laura, Amy and everyone else! Thank you! I highly recommend them!

The information provided to me seemed honest and made good sense. I have had the run around with other dentists and the direct honest approach works best for me. I need to trust those caring for me to know what they are talking about, and so far, I trust Advanced Care Dental.

I am new to Oregon and was looking for a dental office who offered more than cleanings and fillings. After hearing an ad on the radio I looked up Advanced Care Dental with DDS Gardocki. I am so happy I did.super friendly and knowledgable staff has plan of action in place to get my smile back. Eased my fears from the moment I stepped in the door. I can't believe I am actually looking forward to going to the dentist! Genuine kindness radiates from all of them, schedule your visit asap!

Had an appointment yesterday with Dr. Gardocki. The experience was great from start to finish. All members of the Advanced Care Dental team were professional and courteous. Considering the challenges associated with COVID-19, I felt like Advanced Care Dental had an effective, efficient and safe plan in place to make my experience enjoyable.

They are great! Everyone is super friendly. Through sedation dentistry, they have completely changed my partner's smile and overall life. I recommend them with no hesitation.

I am the quintessential "chicken!" However, Dr. Gardocki and her staff have always given me calm, comfortable attention and care. I was especially nervous to go in during covid, but they really have things under control. Please give her a try if you are looking for a new dentist.

Not acceptable at all! Here's a recap, all during the pandemic and I'm high risk. A tooth in the far back of my mouth broke off. 5 visits required starting September 1, 2020 *The dentist smoothed the tooth, scheduled appointment for temp crown *Tech made the temp crown (Dentist should have done) Cuts to tongue and cheek due to poor temp crown by TECH *Before leaving that appointment I mentioned roughness, tech indicated it would be better after permanent crown *Returned next day, tech tried to smooth out the crown but had to have dentist come in who smoothed the temp crown out, dentist indicated I had an ulcer next to the crown *Had to return again, couldn't bite down because of pain, dentist removed temp crown, bad smell, replaced with new temp crown *Returned again for large sore in front of mouth, dentist prescribed lidocaine and another medication. Trauma due to stretching of lips and after multiple visits *No discount, paid with credit card because they have to pay percentage, asked for refund or compensation because of the poor service, wouldn't do it *I wasn't offered a choice of crowns or explained the cost of different crowns, gold vs porcelain vs silver *Very expensive, could have just had the tooth pulled *They still have my porcelain crown costing over $1000.00, I was too afraid to go back because of pandemic. *I have to go back to get my permanent crown

Dr. Gardocki, Laura, and Mary have been absolutely wonderful. As most people do, I have never enjoyed going to the dentist - however, they make it a very easy experience!

As a dentist, I am generally critical of other dentists. I travel almost an hour to have my dental work done at Advanced Care Dental. The quality of the dentistry, the competence of the team, and the moral integrity of the doctors are truly excellent.

I called today for an emergency appt; a broken tooth and horrible pain. I am also not a patient there, and they were able to get me in within hours. I have horrible dentist anxiety and was terrified. Everyone there was very welcoming, kind and understanding. I was very impressed with the care and attention I received today!

Dr. Gardocki helped me get years of dental work done in one day through sedation dentistry (I have a disease called Ehlers-Danlos which prevent me from getting numb) and it was an absolute life changing experience. For the first time I felt confident in myself and my smile! She also came in on her day off to help me with a dental emergency. Her staff is incredibly comforting and pleasant and always make me feel at ease.

Dr. Gardocki was great when I first saw her. However, after my MS diagnosis, my dental health was greatly diminished for a number of reasons. This was made clear when my lack of oral hygiene was continually blamed. Although I had cavities that desperately needed treatment, they were ignored and instead I had a number of deep cleanings for 18 months despite my pleas for actual fillings.

And when I missed an appointment due to a severe MS flare (I couldn't walk), I was scheduled out for another 4 months. Just for a progress check. I had called while waiting for that appointment to schedule additional appointments, knowing that I would need more treatment in a timely manner and was assured that Dr. Gardocki would be available for those within a couple weeks max, that I need not worry.

Because of this delay I was forced to seek treatment elsewhere. The cost of all of this delay and not listening to my pleas for help? To save all my teeth will now cost around 50 grand. 50 grand that I don't have. The only thing this office did was make my problem exponentially worse by not listening to me and not respecting me as a person. I wish I had never trusted these people with my care.

My MS diagnosis was something they refused to look past and I'm pretty sure they were just waiting for things to get bad enough so that they could force dentures as a solution, something they mentioned frequently even though I made it clear it was an option I was not okay with, since I had and, and still have all my teeth firmly in place, damaged as they may be.

I can honestly say I am much worse off now than the day I walked in and asked for help. I did love the office staff and assistants that worked with me. I just wish I had been medically treated appropriately. But apparently that was too much to ask for.

Dr. Buttar is a personable, friendly and efficient for any dental procedures for A to Z. It was started with examination using X-ray and other diagnostic tools and techniques. I was advised me about the concerns of my bite patterns and dental erosions. I especially appreciated Ms. Dulce and her genteel nature for compassionate conversation while she started initial procedures before Dr. Buttar took over.

It was more relaxing for me to not to engage in friendly chat with them. AT the end I was given a bite guard for me to take home. I have never seen such efficient, professional well skilled staffs that work in a unison in an institute Advanced Care Dental in Tukwila, WA. I would always keep them in my heart and on my fingertips when it comes to any dental issues for me, my family or friends. I highly recommend them as a FIRST choice. ***** Balwinder Dhillon

I recently purchased dental insurance out right. So it's been some years I had a full exam and my teeth cleaned. I was extremely pleased on how staff walked me through the process when you have questions or concerns. Also Dr. Theresa Gardocki is the only dentist ever that has accomplished the impossible numbing my mouth when I needed a tooth pulled a couple years back.

Wonderful staff! They made my 4 ear old son so comfortable, he was laughing 1/2 the time and asked me to go back again after his nap, lol! Our favorite part was Mr. Thirsty, that was the best! Thank you for a great experience!

Doc G is really talented! I'm glad I heard her radio ad and began my teeth care again with her. All of the folks there are knowledgeable and do a wonderful job!

I have had problem teeth all my life. Since switching to Dr. Gardocki she has been great at working with me to save the ones I have left. She is great to work with and discuss what to do next and makes any procedures she does as painless as possible. When I walk out of her office I know I and my teeth are in great hands!
