Dr Russell is fantastic and I fully trust him. After I moved to Westminster, I considered switching to someone closer to me but I realized that I'm happy to drive an hour each way to see him and his staff!

Very positive experience. New patient, hoping to find the right dentist fit since my previous dentist recently retired. Chose Dr. Russell based on reviews and he accepts my particular dental savings plan. Routine cleaning and exam, and I have some minor perio issues that need to be closely monitored. Tierney and Dr. Russell were great. Both examined me closely, asked questions, and clearly communicated findings and advice. Friendly, efficient and professional sums it up. I plan to return for my next check up and any other dental work

If you ever go here, please make sure you know your own benefits for EVERY visit. The fact they do any service/work on you and don't tell you your patient's responsibility, is so unacceptable and unprofessional. Also don't ask to talk to Dr Russell via email, because either he won't get the message or he just don't care to call you. Oneal Russell DDS is a thorough and competent dentist, he found issues that the last dentist neglected and promptly treated it. The office is clean and nice and the staff was pleasant. I have seen several horrible dentists in Bowie where I live, finding Oneal Russell DDS feels like a blessing.

I've been going to Dr. Russell since 2014 and won't go anywhere else. He and his staff are professional and friendly. The work flow is extremely efficient. My appointment confirmations are digital, which I love. His office feels like a spa and I've never, in 6 years, waited. I got a filling two weeks ago and was in and out in less than 30 min. The procedures are always painless. I feel very safe with the changes they've made due to COVID. Thank you to everyone there!

I have moved around quite a bit, therefore having to see various dentists and hygienists. Let me tell you, this is hands down THE BEST practice I've been to. I showed up for my appointment and was taken back within 10 minutes of arrival. My hygienist was phenomenal! She was super laid back while also being incredibly knowledgable. The staff here is clearly very talented and everyone seemed happy.

They were so gentle and provided open communication throughout, making sure I was comfortable. I was tense at first but after a few minutes was at ease thanks to the wonderful hygienist. I was in and out in an hour, including a full set of xrays and a detailed cleaning. Thank you all for a lovely experience and I'm (for the first time ever) looking forward to my next cleaning :)!

Michelle from Dr. Russell's office just called to say I *WILL* have a preventative exam by Dr. Russell at my next appointment for teeth cleaning. (Cost over a hundred) I don't think so. Only compliant patients need apply.

Every experience at Dr. Russells is an amazing one. Michelle is always so friendly on the phone and in-person. The office is very clean and the waiting room is inviting; although I haven't spent much time there because they take you back so quickly. Besides Dr. Russell's skills being top-notch, he has impeccable bedside manner and is easy to talk to. Susie did my cleaning today and was kind and gentle. I highly recommend this Practice to every person I know because it is the absolute best experience you can have at a dental office. I wish I could give them 10 stars!

Everyone here is so gentle, kind, calm, & competent. Somehow they manage to motivate you to take care of your teeth without scolding or fear mongering. Michelle, the office manager, also went above & beyond to help me get my insurance company to stop dragging their feet & authorize some needed dental work. Highly recommend!

I always have the best dental experience with Dr. Russell and his staff. The entire group is very professional and friendly. I feel like part of the family as opposed to being a patient. Dr. Russell also takes very good care of my wife and my two young children that are 6 & 4 yrs old. I recommended Dr. Russell to my sister in law, and now she and her family are patients.

Hands down the best service I have experienced in the medical field. My hygienist (I regretfully didn't catch her name) has incredible personal skills and did a great job with my cleaning. Outstanding service! Very nice to be in the "chair" with Dr Russell working on my tooth and hearing another long time patient telling the Dental Assistant that she's been coming to the "family" practice forever and when the day comes that she can no longer drive, she will take a cab! If you are looking for a dental practice look no further. Fresh and modern office. I had a thorough and careful cleaning. The staff was mindful of my insurance and I was started right on my appointment time. I am so happy to have found Dr Oneal.

Went in for a fine scale cleaning and to have a temporary crown put in after a root canal. I am not a fan of dental procedures of any kind and normally have terrible anxiety when it comes to that type of appointment. Both Stephanie and Dr. Russell were absolutely fantastic! Having back to back appointments on the same day, you would almost anticipate being there forever, but it was super quick. The professionalism and kindness of the staff of this office should not be overlooked, they are great and I am glad that I found the practice! Thanks again!

Today was my first visit here for a check up and some X-rays. All went well, Stephanie the DH and DDS Russell Jr went through the procedure quickly and painlessly. They were both very nice and answered any questions I had with confidence. Will obviously be using them from now on and recommend you give them an opportunity if you are new to the area like us or looking for a new DDS.
