Upon entering the office, the atmosphere was very welcoming. Staff was as friendly in person as was on the phone making my first appointment. Dr. Campbell not only listened and offered options, but was very detailed in explaining his concern for his patients as to what service is best for the individual.
Working in close partnership with our referring doctors is an important aspect of the care we provide. We value each and every referral and take great pride in providing a warm, comfortable and technologically advanced environment. Our friendly staff is here to assist you when you need us. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Costa. I wish other dentists knew how to numb their patients with the ease that he did. I never felt a thing, from the numbing through the whole procedure. I was so comfortable that I started looking at the tools being used when they started finishing up. Bebe, his assistant was also awesome. Very conversational, puts you at ease before the procedure starts.

Great professional skills. WORST service especially careless estimation and impatient/bad temper billing office. There was a more than 900usd decrepency between estimation and the real costs because the front desk never really checked with the insurance company about the policy and potential charge. (Even there were more than 24 hours to fix the error between appointments and operation) Furthermore, people in billing office was lack of patience to deal with the issue. (They insisted nothing wrong from them) Although dentist/staff were great and friendly, but there are way more clinics around this area with good dentist, honest/professional front desk and reasonable billing office. Don't go for your money's sake.

I had a positive experience with preop and root canal with Dr. Acosta. He's intelligent, compassionate, knowledgeable and patient. He finished my procedure in one visit and on time. The only inconveniences I has were with the front desk personnel, one being I wasn't notified that my appointment needed to be rescheduled until I showed up for my appointment and one having to wait 31 minutes for my Rx as she "forgot" me. I was annoyed by the inconvenience but would return to the Clinton office again.

My experience here has been nothing short of amazing. The front desk women are truly helpful and friendly. Ask for Dr. Petley! He is compassionate, personable and beyond good at what he does! He will tell you his honest opinion on how to get your teeth done. I had a wonderful experience here and would definitely recommend! A+++++++++++++++

Unfortunately, I am no stranger to root canals, fillings, crowns, etc. I expect a certain level of expertise from my dentist and, in this case, endodontist. I returned to Dr. Acosta for a persistent problem with tooth #10. Dr. Acosta listened to and acknowledged my concerns and explained everything that he was doing. Dr. Acosta also beautifully completed a root canal that was poorly started by another endodontist at this practice. Fortunately, that endodontist no longer works out of the Clinton office.
I actually refused to have my follow up procedure completed by that endodontist and was assigned Dr. Acosta. On that note: speak up when something doesn't feel right (not necessarily physically but that feeling you get in your gut)! Dr. Acosta is exactly what I am looking for in an endodontist. Please stay in the Clinton office!

I was referred to this office and can honestly say that this was one of my most pleasant visits to a dental office. This being my first root canal, I was terrified but Dr. Aregbesola put my nerves to rest. He went over step by step what the procedure was going to entail, and made sure that my tooth was numb. The root canal was painless, and 3 days later I'm only experiencing mild discomfort. I would definitely recommend Endondotics Associates to anyone in need of dental work.

When I called to make my appt, I read my referral to the receptionist which included that my abscessed tooth should be treated ASAP. She said they could see me in 1 week for a consultation. I arrived at 2:10 for my 2:30 appt. A few minutes later, a family of 3 came in --the son had a 3:30 appt. Shortly after 2:30, the receptionist called the son in. Hmm.
After about 5 minutes the receptionist (I think her name is Heather) said "Don't we we have not forgot (sic) about you. His appt is shorter." I was just there for a consult, so that did not ring true. So I waited until 3 PM. Nothing. I then went to the receptionist and asked for my referral back and left. I am not sure whose decision it was to rearrange the appts, but I will never go back there. (The next day, I called another endontist, they saw me that day and treated the tooth immediately.)

My nurse and doctor were great. Front office staff sucks badly. Not friendly at all. Although my temp filling did fall out within the first 2 hours; I'm sure it was at least partially my fault. I went back and the nurse threw some more in quickly and I was on my way. To the nurses and Dr. Good I say thank you. To the front office staff, lighten up.
