Randolph S. Moore, DMD, has practiced dentistry in Buford, GA, and its neighboring communities for more than 25 years. He has served North Gwinnett residents of all ages since 1994, and he has built a reputation for delivering excellent patient care. Dr. Moore grew up in Alabama and completed his dental schooling at the University of Alabama in Birmingham.

I've been to Dr. Moore's office on and off since I was a teenager. I would try new places that were a little closer but I always end up coming back here. They are some of the nicest people I have ever met and I've never had an issue with any work I've had done here. I just had 3 fillings done all at once after a different place said it would be impossible to do them in one visit. It was fast and painless. I don't know how he gives painless needles but it's amazing!

This was my first time going to Dr. Moore's office and I couldn't have had a better experience! The office was super clean and peaceful and the nurses at the front desk answered all questions I had and really took the time to talk with me. The dental hygienists and Dr. Moore were both really caring and I could tell they care for their patients with the treatment I received today! 10/10 recommend!

Neither myself nor my boyfriend could say we'd had a good experience at the dentist before going to Dr. Moore's office. Quite frankly, I was impressed as soon as I called to get more information about the office and upon our first visit we were not disappointed. The admin staff is warm and welcoming, the dental assistants made sure that we were comfortable and aware of what was being done the whole time, and Dr. Moore was very honest and kind to both of us. 10/10, highly recommend.

Today was my 6 month check up at Dr. Moore's office. I have been treated by him for over 20 years. You will never find a more caring, kind, efficient, professional dental office. I never wait long, and I am greeted and seen rapidly. The dental hygienists are very thorough and knowledgeable. And finally, Dr. Moore is always immediately trying to solve all of my dental problems. He is kindness itself.

I was a bit nervous about going to the dentist for a cleaning but everything and everyone were following all the important guidelines in order to keep us safe. The people at the office, including Dr. Moore were great and very thorough. I appreciate all the adjustments they have had to make in order for everyone to be safe and healthy.

Great experience with Smile Moore! The staff was fantastic and Dr. Moore is excellent at his craft. My sons tooth damage was an interesting situation and he worked with it until it was perfect. Just in time for Senior photos. I can't thank you enough for the attention to detail and your honest care for your patient. We will most certainly be back.

Great 1st visit experience from meeting the front office staff, to the thorough check-up, consultation with Dr Moore, to the dental health check & cleaning by dental assistant & hygienist. I was extremely pleased with the attention provided to me. All resources spent the time required to ensure all my needs were met. Dr Moore provided a detailed phased plan to deal with my specific dental issues for me to consider. Definitely will follow his recommended plan and look forward to the final results! Great job by all!

Dr. Moore is a great dentist. He takes the time to explain any procedure in detail and answer all of your questions. The office staff is very friendly and efficient. You rarely, if ever, wait when you arrive for your appointment. Dr. Moore and his staff always make you feel welcome and comfortable. I just had a procedure that involved a front tooth that, of course, I was concerned with the way it would look.
It looks wonderful, and I couldn't be more pleased. Dr. Moore took the time to be sure everything was perfect. I am always happy to recommend Dr. Moore to anyone looking for a good, dedicated dentist.
