I was a patient here since November 2021 until now. Great dentist and Courtney (my hygienist) is awesome. However, the people running this office are terrible. Most of the time nobody is answering the phones and when they do, they really don't know what they are talking about. I recently had a change in insurance and like any person with common sense would do, I called several weeks prior to my 6 month cleaning to inform them of that.
The person that I spoke with took the new insurance information and said that if there were any issues, I would get a phone call. Well I got no phone call so clearly that meant everything is all good right? The day of my appointment I was running about 5 minutes late due to an accident and called to let them know. About a minute later they call back asking if I had new insurance.
I said yes and explained my previous phone call.which occurred weeks earlier. They asked who I spoke to and exactly what day lol.of course I don't know all of that as I'm driving trying to get to my appointment on time. I was told my appointment would need to be rescheduled because they don't do same day new insurance appointments. Does this not sound ridiculous?
You obviously knew I had new insurance because you called me back to verify that. Therefore, it's the burden of your administration to call ME and get that squared away PRIOR to my appointment. I already did my due diligence. It's also YOUR burden to figure out who I spoke to. Either that, or train your people better. Instead, you inconvenience an already existing patient by canceling an appointment at the VERY LAST MINUTE. Absurd!
My entire family have been patients here over 20 years so this is a huge disappointment. I rearranged my entire work schedule and lost money for nothing. Bad review well deserved for this!

THIS FRONT DESK IS SUPER RUDE! I had someone that referred me to the office for a cleaning and whitening. I was hoping to get on the schedule because I was truly looking forward to doing business with you all, but I have to say this. The older woman that you have at the front desk answering the phone is extremely rude and disrespectful. On the initial call, I was asked to provide my social.
I explained that I was not comfortable with doing so because I have had my information stolen by another dentist office when I did provide my social over the phone. I asked for an alternative and she told me to go to another dentist office if I did not want to provide my social over the phone. I said I'm able to bring my information in person and she told me "well you just need to go to another dentist office if you can't provide your social over the phone".
I really wanted to come in so I called back to speak with a manager to see if there was an alternative to providing my social over the phone. She said and I quote, "let me tell you something, I don't have time for this." I felt extremely disrespected as a potential patient and proceeded to let her know that I felt disrespected and undervalued as a person. I will find another dentist that does work just as good.

I arrive 15 mins prior to my appointment, I was ask to wait in my car til 2 until staff was available. I notice people was going in at 1:55, I then went ahead and went in I was ask to sign in and how much my visit would be. I ask what the charges was for, I was then ask to take a sit so she could look them up. I was call back to the front and a break down was given to me and one of the charges I didnt understand, so I explain what was told to me from my previous appointment and it became a back and forth conversation because I didn't understand.
When I was about to make payment iI was told I had to reschedule my appointment because I spent to much time inquiring on my charges! Since when the patient don't have the right to ask questions? that was very unprofessional and I will not be going back!

Hostile environment and lazy dental practice! I was a patient for years and recently Dr. Kimble has allowed her unprofessional incompetent staff to run her practice. I had already encountered several issues with the staff and dental care earlier this year. However, my last appt. was unbelievable. I made a courtesy call letting them know I would be nine minutes late due to the harsh storms in the area. Receptionist James is disrespectful and unprofessional.
He told me he was in charge and that I would need to reschedule. I informed him I typically wait about 20 min. in the lobby before seeing a tech anyway so nine min. shouldn't make a difference. He told me he didn't need to explain anything to me because he didn't work for me. I asked him to ask the office manager and/or Dr. Kimble to give me a call.
He said they would not be calling me back. I requested a form to release my records since I would not be returning as as a patient. He said I would not be buzzed into the lobby and that I would fill out the form outside (in the rain). He then hung the phone up! I arrived and was made to wait outside and another staff person told me I could only enter the lobby with an appt.

Finally, I made it inside to complete a form and pick up my overly priced mouth guard that didn't fit properly (deemed useless). He yelled out, "I didn't own him!" making a racial comment towards the color of my skin. No one in the office spoke to me or addressed this issue. They were completely okay with everything that went on that afternoon. I have made a complaint with Delta Dental about this practice and they should be removed as a dental provider. Unacceptable!

I had been following the dental office on IG for some time with the intent to switch from my current dental office. When the time arrived for me to go in I called to make a appointment. I stated I need a tooth extracted. The lady on the phone said we do not do that. I said ok and called my old dental office Brookhaven Dental Group. They said they don't do that either, but followed up with questions.
What made me think I needed extracted. I told them and they stated to come in get a x-ray and we will try to save the tooth. I told her I will call back. Called Right Touch back and told her what my old dentist office said and asked can they do the same. She very unprofessional said yes. (I'm trying to over look the unprofessionalism in her voice.

First, let me start off by saying that Dr. Kimble has been great over the 10 plus years I have been goin to her practice. However, at no time should any one disrespect a patient for simply asking to speak to the doctor. I will not go into the situation, but long story short, I asked to have Dr. Kimble to contact me. The young lady on the line said she handle all calls and she said to me, with all the assurance that she could possibly have (she not gonna call you).I said excuse me.so she replied it about 2 more times.
I stated that then I will never come back and she asked me (do you want me to cancel your appointments for your husband also). I had nothing else to say after that. Speechless and highly disappointed!

Dr Kimble was referred to me by a neighbor and I went to see her I had several really bad issues! Her staff from the front door to the back were kind, professional and made me feel welcomed and comfortable. This Lady of a dentist is EXCELLENT at what she do! Truly she is fulfilling Her calling. They all get along like family and they are very knowledgeable in all aspects of dentistry.
I thank God for what she did for my smile! And later I sent my daughter to her as well my son will be going soon. My friends have been referred to her as well. They really do care about the Health of your teeth and your smile! They come to the door and ask you to go straight to the bathroom and wash your hands then you come and do whatever business you have at the front Desk! They are very clean and follow Covid 19 protocol. Thank you Dr. Kimble, you are the bomb Diggity Lady! God bless you and your practice until the end of time. In Jesus name!
