I had a dental emergency and called them on a Thursday. Begged to be seen but since I have MASSHEALTH for insurance they said they couldnt see me over the weekend. Had to go to the ER twice for pain killers and antibiotics. I was in so much pain if they had asked for Cash I would have gladly paid it. That was not an option I guess. Poor disabled people like me have to suffer instead.

Will never go back. Will use a dental clinic from now on. Too bad the state had to pay over 700- for those 2 ER visits. Bottom line.no emergency services here (for people like me)even though every time I go in there Im the ONLY patient they have in the office :/
