Best dental office experience I have had in my life. I was in excruciating pain got an appointment sameday and took care of the problem at that time and I left feeling 99 percent better than when I walked in. Highly recommend Innovate Dental.

I had mouth pain for 3 weeks and found out yesterday that I needed a tooth pulled. They got me an appointment the same day and was able to remove my tooth. The doctors and staff were very courteous and sensitive to my pain. And for that I am truly grateful. I will definitely go back to them for my future dental needs.

I have anxiety when I go to the dentist. However, Minny is understanding and she makes the experience smooth and easy. She is the best hygienist! Thank you Minny!

The dentist is always something that gives me anxiety but I drive over an hour to innovate dental because of the excellent care I always receive! Minnie my dental hygienist is always so cheerful and makes me laugh several times during my visits! She always checks in to make sure I'm doing alright.

As soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted with smiling faces and warm welcomes. This was just the beginning of my exceptional experience at Innovate Dental. Doctor Bowen was very kind, and my cleaning didn't hurt at all. As someone who usually doesn't like the dentist, this whole experience was like a well-needed breath of fresh air. Would rate 6/5 if i could.

As someone who dislikes the dentist I found Innovate to be very welcoming and friendly. Dr Bowen was respectful of my hesitations and is treating me in steps. I appreciate that I didn't feel like just another patient and felt like he really listened and cared about me!

Best experience I've had at a dentist. I called them the day before I was seen and they were able to get me in the next day. They took care of my three worst cavities and scheduled me for the rest. No pain and I was in and out in no time. Would highly recommend.

I called in the morning to be seen because of a severe toothache. They fit me in the same day. I was very nervous and Doctor Jay and Sarah were very good with easing my anxiety and pain. I would definitely recommend them if you are anxious about dental work.

I have to admit that I'm a difficult patient. The dental hygienist is incredibly patient and sweet. i have never felt so comfortable at a dentist appointment. The office staff does whatever it takes to accommodate you. And the Dentist is very knowledgeable and genital.

I worked here one day to help out the office. I live in Connecticut and traveled 1hr. 15mins. for work. If I lived closer I work want to work full time there. When I arrived, all the employees were very welcoming and so helpful. Let's not forget how funny and sweet they all are. I would recommend any one looking for a new dentist and an awesome hygienist to look no further.

Teresa has been my hygienist for many years and does a great job. All the ancillary staff are very friendly and welcoming. I have had a few of the dentists and they're always personable and approachable. Love this place!

LOVE Innovate Dental I recently left a review on Google, however I have to put it on here! Innovate Dental changed my opinions on dentists! I never truly had a good experience at the dentists office. When I recently moved to the area, I decided it was time to find a new dentist. From the moment I called to schedule the appointment, all the way to meeting Dr. Platt, everyone was beyond kind and caring!

They were so helpful! The dental assistant Lori & my dentist Dr. Platt truly changed my mind about going to the dentist! They made me feel extremely comfortable AND they are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to knowing what is really going on. I cannot say how happy I am to be a patient of Dr. Platt, 500 star rating for me!

I made an appointment with the Leicester Dental Assocoiates two weeks ago because I had a loose bridge. That was the primary reason for the appointment. I made the appointment at the recommendation of my niece who had been seeing Dr. Millett for years and loves him. I learned while making the appointment that Dr. Millett does the Business portion of the practice and no longer practices dentistry.

I had an appointment today at 11:40 AM and arrived at 11:20 in order to fill out the paperwork. I was seen at 12 PM and had x-rays but a very professional dental hygienist by the name of Frankie and then I met Dr. Fiect Who examined me, stated that I needed all types of dental work and then said he had no time today to fix my Loose bridge. I insisted that the reason I attended today was because I was medically concerned about it.

Because I pressed, he attempted to remove my bridge and then informed me that he would not be able to do so without damaging all the teeth around it. He then asked me if it made me feel any better he could give me antibiotics between now and my next visit if I was concerned about infection. Then I was told that they did not have time to clean my teeth today. I've never had this experience in my entire life.

I quickly called my former dentist and made an appointment for Monday morning at 8 AM in order to address my medical concern, and then I filed a formal complaint. Something is seriously wrong there and I informed, my niece that Dr. Millett is no longer the acting dentist.

Friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff. I've received the best care and advice at Leicester Dental Associates. I highly recommend this practice to everyone!

I have been a patient for 20 years and have always been greeted with professionalism and pleasantries. Office is meticulously clean and my hygienist is the best! Love her! Modern technology when filling cavities has resulted in no need for novacaine with the right kind of cavity.

5 stars for a dental office? Am I on the laughing gas? No! In fact, this place is so great, I don't even NEED any! Here's the skinny: I usually hate visiting the dentist. I hate pain, I hate the smells, and I hate the judgemental, knowing glances exchanged about all my grungy teeth. I moved to central MA several years ago, and had a dental emergency. LDA was nearby, looked very nice from the outside, and was across the street from the police, in case I had a complaint!

I wandered in, half unconscious from the pain of a dying root, and fully expecting to be lectured and sent away. I was pleasantly surprised at the patience, the welcoming environment, and genuine concern for my comfort. Fast forward many visits later, and I still have nothing but wonderful compliments for every member of the staff that has endured me--from the front desk folks, to the wonderfully optimistic insurance/billing liaison, to Dr. Perry and the ever-delightful Dr. Hopek--they truly care about what they do, and how they do it.
