Dr. C and his staff are fantastic! The front office is amazing and make it so easy for me to schedule, even over text message! My kids adore Dr. C and all of his staff. They are so fun, and create a warm and welcoming environment. My girls look forward to their appointments and I never knew braces could be so fun! We have 2 younger boys that we wouldn't think of taking anywhere else for their care.

I cannot recommend Dr. C and his amazing staff enough. I feel so good knowing my kids will all have amazing smiles and a great experience along the way. Thank you Lake Hills Orthodontics!

We love Lake Hills Orthodontics. The staff is friendly and helpful. They send out the best Christmas cards. Dr. Charoenkul is patient, funny and kind. It takes an extra special human to work with teenagers.

Great experience! Dr. Wisanu Charoenkul was great and very efficient. When he was done I thought there must have been more still to do because it was all done so quickly! He was making jokes and fun conversation during the appointment which was a great way to stay distracted from dental work. My permanent retainer broke and I had it removed at another orthodontics office who was unable to see me for another month to put a new one back on, which probably would have caused my teeth to shift.

They were able to fit me in the next day, which was amazing. Their prices were very reasonable since insurance wouldn't cover my specific scenario, but they still are attempting a claim for me to see if they'll cover it just in case. Would definitely go back in the future!

I love LH Ortho! The doctor and all the staff are amazing. All three of my children as well as myself have been patients. Treatment is easy and they are so incredibly easy to work with! I would absolutely recommend them! We've been patients as a family for over 11 years!

Dr Chareonkul and his staff are the very best! He is such an amazing orthodontist- really an artist at his profession. The staff is amazing as well- friendly, helpful, caring, and super punctual. The office has a very modern but intimate feel, as well as being clean & sanitized. The staff is very friendly, and Dr. C is a riot, the smartest in his profession, and all around great guy.

I came here for a consultation for Invisalign. I had no prior experience with braces or Invisalign so really looking for expertise to address a bite issue that I had. My teeth were in good shape and I've always had good oral hygiene. Now my experience at Lake Hills Orthodontics was frustrating. I went for an Invisalign consultation. First, there was no explanation on the process for consultation.

They had me fill out a form with all my insurance info, and then took some pictures of my facial. All this before I saw anyone or anything was explained. The gal, Angela, was very condescending when answering any questions. When I finally saw Dr. Charoenkul he made the whole thing sound so complex and went through the whole risks about Invisalign and even tells me that I may have to consider removing a tooth or two.

He told me it would take 2years and be prepared for additional work and cost. He would not show me the 3D modeling process on how the teeth would move and evolved on the screen and says that if I want to see that, it would cost me $200. Again, this is a consultation. I decided to seek out a 2nd opinion with another Orthodontist and luckily I did. With a different Ortho, I understood and was able to see exactly what the process would look like, what I can expect, and saw on the 3D modeling screen exactly how my teeth would move and evolve, without additional cost.

He quoted me 12 months and I decided to go with him. Today, I'm happy to say that instead of 12 months, my ortho bumped me up to 6 months, I didn't have to have any addition work done or any teeth removed. My bite issue has been addressed and I love how my teeth turned out. I can't speak to other dental services at Lake Hills Orthodontics, but I can say they have limited experience in dealing with Invisalign. That's really why they feel they need to cover their ass and all the basis to tell you to prepare for additional cost and additional work, in case they have to charge you extra. It wasn't a complicated process yet they made it really complicated. I would not recommend this office if you're looking for Invisalign.

This office is the best managed health-based practice I think I've ever had the pleasure to experience. Both my daughter and I have been going thru the Invisalign process for about 18 months. During that time, through a bevy of check-in appointments, neither of us has ever had to wait. Every single visit, we are met by pleasant, engaging staff.

The few visits we've needed to be seen between planned appointments have been scheduled for that same or the next day. As treatment has gone along, we've been informed and included in decisions. Just top notch across the board!

Got braces here. Been with them for 4+ years. Services and doctors are exceptional and awesome. I highly recommend this clinic.

I was considering having my teeth fixed at Lake Hill Orthodontics but after a consultation with them, I am very glad that I chosen not to proceed. The main reason was that I found Dr. Charoenkul very difficult to talk to. I felt that the entire time I was getting my teeth looked at he was making snide remark after snide remark. He was extremely long winded and unhelpful-- basically blaming me for the fact that my teeth were hard to fix and making all sorts of comments that I found extremely unprofessional.

It is not my job to budge on fundamental things I didn't want to do (for example, he insisted repeatedly on me getting 4 teeth removed after I insisted that I didn't want to several times.) A good doctor should respect what the patient wants or have the integrity to admit that he can't do anything, not go on long winded rants meant to force a patient into doing something they're not comfortable with. The staff was very friendly and the woman at the front desk was particularly nice. I was running a bit late that day and she was really nice in accommodating me.

My daughter had her first (and hopefully last) phase of braces here and she had a very positive experience. The staff is very friendly, including Dana and Dr. C. It's a very responsive office and always allows for quick response and appointments for their current patients. You don't wonder if you're a priority here. The pile of goods you receive for treatment also ensures every potential tool you may need during braces treatment and retainer is available from the start.

The rewards program is very encouraging and there are a lot of self reliant steps they encourage for each visit (self check in, brushing, getting passport are rewarded behaviors). They have a great sense of humor (Christmas card) and help in the community with such things as a Candy buy back after Halloween they donate to the troops overseas. We don't live as conveniently as we did before but I'd still consider using Lake Hills if either of my babes needs another phase.

Dr. Charoenkul and his office staff have always been so kind and helpful. My sons teeth are straight as an arrow now after his braces. They have always been super great at answering questions. And it is super easy to schedule appointments. They call with reminders. Always there to help with a smile. My son loves it there. And they came highly recommended from another family in Bellevue. So glad I made this choice!

All 3 of my kids go to Dr Charoenkul and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good orthodontist. Very nice office, staff is organized, professional and makes patients feel at home. Dr Charoenkul and staff clearly explain and answer questions at each visit. You won't be disappointed.

I have braces, they are straight forward and helpful. At my orientation they told me what was going to happen and helped me get rid of my fears. They have multiple options with the type of braces. They also have rewarding system as per how well you do in your part of the job. They have many different options and the staff is friendly. I would reccomed them to any one who wants to have a perfect smile, with a painless journey.

My son has been seeing Dr. Charoenkul and his staff for a while now. I couldn't be more happy with everyone we've worked with there. Always friendly and accommodating. They have been helpful when working out financing for braces and make my son comfortable every time. The atmosphere is warm and very kid friendly in a way that makes younger kids and teens, like my son, feel at ease and feel like they are cared for and cared about.

Everyone here is so great. From our consult to the ongoing care has been great. They are efficient and polite. Dr. Charoenkul explains everything that he did in the visit and what the next step is. They have a great easy system and the kids (patients) have the responsibility to check themselves in, get there rewards book, brush there teeth. My son really likes the staff. I'm d recommend them for sure. We continue to come even though we live in Bothell and the are in Bell-Red. It's well worth it

I have been going to Dr. Charoenkul's for about two years. The staff is very helpful and makes visiting the "Dentist" fun. Most of the clients are younger and they have fun too. I would bring my kids here if they needed braces. The office is modern and impeccably maintained. Although I look forward to removing my braces in a few months. I have enjoyed my visits here.

We've been going to see Dr. Charoenkul for about a year and a half now. Orthodontics can be painful for the whole family and the team in this office gets it - they go above and beyond to make everything go smoothly from start to finish. They give the kids perks and reward their positive oral hygiene. They never overbook and are always pleasant and caring. A+ for being outstanding all around. We highly recommend Dr. Charoenkul and his team!

My daughter loves this place, great staff and excellent service! Dr Charoenkul is a great listener, he was very patient with our questions, explaining our options. Overall great service and great prices too. We can't be happier with our experience. My daughter is done with her braces and now moved on to wearing night guards only at night, the whole process is just painless and she also loves the rewards they give out to kids to encourage them to be on time for appointments, take care of their tooth and braces. Highly recommended!

We love Dr. C and the staff! They are very thorough, never quick to start or do anything that isn't necessary. He followed my youngest for over a year before he felt she had grown enough to start braces. Highly recommend them!

Great office with great staff! We were referred here by our pediatric dentist for orthodontic care, and even though it wasn't the closest office to us, I am really happy we were referred there! Love the check-in and passport system to earn prizes that they have for the kids. They are very personable and make you feel very informed and comfortable with their treatment plans. Dr Charoenkul explains things very well to both the parent and the patient.

My daughter had an emergency when a band holding her lower expander came off. Of course, this happened late on a Thursday while our regular orthodontist was out of town for 2 weeks! The on-call orthodontist was not going to be in the office the next day on Friday, which tured out to be the same case for 5 other orthodontists I called! I was desperate. Dr. Charoenkul's office staff called me back the same afternoon and said that they would squeeze us in on Friday. Actually, the Dr and his staff saw my daughter during their lunch hour!

They were so kind and made my daughter feel at ease. I was just so thankful I'd probably have paid amost anything, but they only charged us $50. I was elated and my daughter was relieved. I can't say more about this doctor and his staff. They really go the extra mile!

My review is based on the first ever visit to the office. Fantastic staff and doctor with his assistant.wow first time I actually understood what's going on in my daughters mouth. We had previously consulted at two different places and I always left with uncertainty.uh? What? Where?. I agree with review Elizabeth wrote, very detail oriented and explanation was so precise to the situation, I felt I'm in the classroom learning about my daughter teeth. My daughter also liked the doctor and his assistant a lot, she is 14 and she had her portion explained to her very well. I will update the review once the braces will go on!

Dr. Charoenkul and his staff are wonderful! I have had my braces on for about a year now and each visit has been very pleasant. The staff are very friendly and Dr. Charoenkul has a great sense of humor and is very detail oriented. I received two quotes prior to visiting Lake Hills Orthodontics (my friend referred me over) and they were by far the most reasonable!

I was impressed with Dr. Charoenkul's eye for detail and his ability to explain things or address concerns I may have had. Only about 7 more months to go but it has been a great experience even as an adult with braces! I am looking forward to seeing the final results and will definitely recommend Lake Hills Orthodontics to anyone that is looking at getting the smile they always wanted! It is definitely worth the time and money!
