I like the whole team. Dr. Ilya Sherman is a bit of a savant - a trait I appreciate in my dentist.

Believe it or not, I am an individual who does not like going to the dentist, however, ever since I started to going to Dream Smile Dental, I look forward to my visits. Everyone from the hygienist to the Dr. is very friendly and accommodating to my needs. Everyone there is professional and caring. I usually have Stacie do my cleaning. She's great as is Sandy! She's the office tight hand person!

I am a patient of Dream Smile Dental for over 20 years and this is the best dental practice! From the moment you walk through the door you are greeted with friendly smiles and professionalism. My favorite dental hygienist Courtney is amazing, she is caring, very professional, she addresses attention to every tiny detail. Everyone in the practice is extremely friendly and helpful, it's well run and organized Dental office.

I've been coming here for a year now and definitely a place I'd recommend. Venessa was my assistant today, she had great communication and took care of my braces for me well.

For 3 min. maximum in the room with me, not even examining teeth, because he was taking "couple minutes" from very perspective patient in adjacent area, asking me to point to the problem, dr. Ronkin charged $110.00 for Oral evaluation! After I asked written report for this "evaluation", he dropped $20.00 and agreed it was Partial evaluation, steel $90.00 for 3 min.

Not bad. He started to claim, that he allocated 1.5 hours for me, and I must pay for the time he allocated. Thank god, he didn't allocate 3 hours, and if he did allocate, he spend this time not doing nothing, but with another patient. By the way, it was my first (and last, of course) visit. On the top of it, he didn't have time to discuss treatment with mi, just briskly commanded dental assistant to make next appointment for crown.

Another thing I didn't like was, that, when they gave me new statement, old one was demanded back in a very rude manner. If you go there, better go with somebody else in a tow and immediately check statement. P.S. I am sure, not all dentists in the office are the same.

I came to see Dr Evetta about having work done. The office was nice but Dr Evetta was not. I told her my issue to which she responded that I have to look at the shadow under a molar because ' what if it's cancer'! I had not been in the chair 30 seconds before those words came out of her mouth. When I spoke with her she became abrasive and frightened me.

I also noted that she did not want to address my concerns and had an agenda on how she wanted to cut open my mouth for a possible problem. When I attempted to speak with her she became rude and not forthcoming. This is a red flag and should not be dismissed because of urgency, that she made me feel DID NOT REALLY EXIST I have since gone to a very reputable Dentist who did a new set of xrays and found NO INSTANCE of anything to worry about let alone imply cancer. The level of integrity is questionable and my conscience requires me to warn others. BUYER BEWARE.

I can't say visiting the dentist is my favorite thing to do, but the team at Dream Smile makes it a great visit. Courtney and Sandy are so sweet and nice, and the team is so friendly!

I recently scheduled a new patient appointment as it had been over a year since my last cleaning. Unfortunately the earliest date was October 12th for exam/X-rays and October 29th for a cleaning. Luckily some time became available and Jeanine emailed me to see if I could come sooner so I was able to get a much earlier appointment with Dr. Shwartzman.

The front desk staff is very friendly and the office is very clean. They treatment rooms are very neat and have giant flat screen monitors to see you X-rays. The dental assistant Adrienne was very professional and friendly. Dr. Shwartzman is extremely knowledgable. I had gotten a Cerec crown a few years ago and had felt it wasn't done right but since I really liked me dentist I took his word that it was okay.

Well she confirmed that there was a margin where it was not completely sealed and needed to be replaced. Otherwise it would become decayed because of the space. He had buffed it down because the bite was off after putting it on. Unfortunately because it wasnt properly glazed the material it was made from is very abrasive and it was causing damage to the teeth above.

I was obviously disappointed that I had spent $1500 on a faulty crown but appreciative that she noticed this. I also suffer from TMJ. It's awful. My doctor basically told me that I could take ibuprofen and apply ice/heat for pain. She mentioned perhaps I could get some physical therapy and buy a mouth guard from CVS but that was it. Dr. Shwartzman did a thorough exam and explained that my jaw was out of alignment and that was why I was in so much pain.

The good news was that they offer a wonderful treatment plan and a custom made mouth guard to correct TMJ! I was under the assumption that this was something I had to live with. So after a very thorough exam, Dr. Shwartzman designed a treatment plan to correct and replace old dental work. She started with the most important things like the defective Cerec crown and TMJ. Going forward will be a long expensive road but I feel confident putting my dental care in her hands.

I would also like to mention that Dr. Shwartzman did an exceptional job on my husbands bridge. First they whitened his teeth then made the bridge. They provided him with before and after photos as well. I was very impressed. This prompted me to leave my longtime dentist and schedule with Dr. Shwartzman. I'm glad that I did and am looking forward to a healthier, prettier smile.

Dream Smile Dental literally lives up to its name. It is dreamy. What they do for my own teeth is terrific, but the majority of my experience and source of deep appreciation for their expertise and professionalism comes through my three children - all of whom have their braces done by Dream Smile. Let's face it, nobody likes to have their teeth worked on much less covered in metal and then adjusted and tightened multiple times a year.

But the staff at Dream Smile seems to handle this with extreme care and patience, to the point where even my 9 year old doesn't mind the trip. From the office managers to assistants to lead dentists, everyone is super friendly, caring, and thoughtful in their handling of each and every one of us. I highly recommend this high class operation.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ronkin for about 7 years now. He is highly educated and progressive dentist, who is in touch with modern developments in dentistry. He is also personable and available to answer questions and make recommendations. The staff of DSD is exceptionally nice and very professional. I drive from Cambridge to Canton because I think DCD is worth the trip.

I have been going to Dream Smile Dental ever since I got married and moved to Canton, back in 2005. They are absolutely the best! The staff is amazing. Upon entering, you will always be greeted with a smile and the appointments are always timely. Courtney is my Hygienists and she is the best! I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a good dentist.

They offer a wide array of services. I also bring my daughter (age 4) to Dream Smile Dental as they have a Pediatric dentist on staff, he is amazing and she loves going to the dentist!

I responded to a new patient special a little over a year ago, which included cleaning, exam and X-rays. The hygienist was thorough and did a nice job cleaning my teeth. However, I was inundated with sales pitches for all kinds of products which was a bit uncomfortable for me to say the least. The dentist even recommended Invisalign for me (even though I'd already had braces!).

I was feeling pretty good about my smile up until that point. Given that I'm extremely busy and thought the cleaning was efficient, I figured I would stick with them for awhile. What followed when trying to schedule another cleaning is comical. Various staff members would email available times, I'd respond back only to be told that the time had been taken (even if I responded an hour later).

I called to book an appointment, but left a message after no one answered the phone. Again, I was emailed a time in response and quickly replied to confirm I never heard back, so I assumed it was all set (my mistake!). A few days later, a different staff member emailed to ask if I wanted to schedule an appointment. I let her know that I was already booked and forwarded correspondence from the previous staff member. Wouldn't you know it?

That time was already taken (not by me). This nonsense continued until I stopped emailing back. Fast forward to this past Friday, when I get an email asking if I'd like to book an appointment for a cleaning (I'd been seriously neglecting my teeth, so I figured I'd give it one more shot). I told the staff member Monday and Friday mornings before noon were best for me.

She emailed this morning with an offer of Friday morning at 10 am. I got back to her a little over an hour later and. WAIT FOR IT.the appointment was already taken! I'm sure you get the idea. In closing, I can't really comment on efficiency of any particular dental treatments but the lunacy of the appointment handlers and sales pressure is what I'm basing the 2 star review on.

I have been visiting Dreamsmile Dental now for 3 years and I usually hate going to the dentist and avoid it like the plague. However, this place not only makes you feel welcome and comfortable, they are friendly, sincere and care about their patients. Even when I cancel a million appointments because I am tied up or busy, they stay on me to get in and take care of my teeth.

They have a very pleasant staff and I really like not only the Hygenists but the dentists are great too! They try to work out payment arrangements and take most insurance carriers and will work with you on any procedures that need to be done. They also have the most high tech, up to date equipment and the place is very clean. It is convenient to Routes 93 and 95 and is quick and easy. I highly recommend this office and will continue to visit, no matter where in the city I live.

It is solely through my fiance's experiences that I report this venue of less than 1 star! He set up a new patient appointment. BTW, he found out the reason this place is so expensive: the new patient package included a swanky DVD and fancy, glossy, non-recycled brochures and paperwork! **From one earth-conscious gal to whoever is reading: That part BITES.

The main reason this place sucks is that they charged him $50 for a legitimately-timed, kind cancellation. He told them on the phone he was planning to propose to me and so he needed the money (an EXORBITANT amount, like I said) to help him cover dinner. Without more than one word the woman on the phone said "ok" and hung up. He didn't get a courtesy "aww" but even worse was the customer service: an "ok" and a hang up?

Not even a "may I reschedule for you?" or a "what day would be more convenient for you?" That's right, you reel us in like fish with your fancy paperwork and your promises. Then you gut us for 50 bucks. According to the invoices we now keep getting: the reason for the charge? He canceled. Period! Unbelievable. Needless to say he's not paying it and he's never stepping foot in the place. (His decision, not mine, I know what you're thinking: she wears the pants :-P but I do happen to agree, haha)
