For years I've always hated my smile. I was always embarrassed by it, tried to hide it, hated taking pictures and when I did take pictures I would smile with my mouth closed. I tried every quick fix in the book and eventually at one point just kind of gave up hope that my teeth would ever be straight. That was until I met Dr. Gianino and his beyond amazing team.

Those thoughts of never having straight teeth started to disappear and there was a light at the end of what felt like a very long tunnel. I was in metal face braces for a year and as much as I hated it I trusted the process and the team and couldn't be happier. Today those braces came off and the results are amazing. I can't thank that team enough for everything.

For giving me back a confidence I thought I had forever lost, for making me want to smile in every photo, talk to a crowd of people and to truly make me feel confident in my own skin. I never thought this day would come but I'm so beyond happy it did Amy, Jen, Chelsea, Lindsey and of course Dr. Gianino thank you endlessly you're all so amazing!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Stay far away from this dentist. Worst I've ever seen. The nurses and office staff are awesome. Other than that, stay far away. When I moved back to MA, I needed a new dentist, figured I'd give this one a shot. My first appointment, he was very thorough, explained everything I needed done. Some seemed rather excessive, but I heard him out.

After all was said, it came out to about 14-15,000$ Worth of work. Once I explained to him that I cannot afford it all at once, and that I needed to take it one tooth at a time, pay that off before I start the next, his ENTIRE attitude and demeanor changed. Anytime I've returned afterwards, he is nothing short is rude, disrespectful and nasty. The last time I went, his words were "if I were you, I'd be knocking on everybody's door asking for the money to get all this done NOW".

This all AFTER explaining my financial hardship struggles to him SEVERAL times. I was purely, absolutely disgusted and that was the last time I will ever step foot in there. So again, Doc. Not everybody has $14,000 at their disposal. Not everybody owns a dental practice. Some people are out here living paycheck to paycheck and are absolutely disgusted by your practice. Will never ever return. If you're contemplating going here, all the negative reviews are 100% accurate. Don't waste your time.

My wife is terrified of the dentist to the point where she has used sedation. She never commits to any single one and then goes years in between appointments out of fear. After having children she knew she needed to establish a better dental hygiene plan, she first went to Townsend dental and had a poor experience and then found David Gianino, he is professional and honest.

It turned out that 10 years ago when she had her metal fillings replaced for $$$ using sedation the Dr that did it was unethical and left gaps/decay and all of her fillings needed to be replaced to prevent further damage. Dr Gianino told her honestly, you can wait, or go get another opinion but these are the facts, and he wanted to set up a plan to help her not need sedation and to go at her own pace.

She was able to fix about 10 filling and only needed one crown with ZERO sedation and by her last session didn't cry/fear going. I don't think she will ever love the dentist, but her teeth feel better then they ever have and are pain free. Dr Gianino left no sharp edges or sensitive areas. And now after 3 cleanings her teeth and gums are still in perfect shape!

We now bring the entire family and are always welcomed by the amazing staff from the front desk to the hygienists! Lindsey and Laura are amazing friendly and beyond welcoming! Great team, Thank you!

What an amazing staff! Very polite and caring. I called first thing in the morning for an emergency visit and was able to get me in within a few hours. The Doctor was awesome and made me comfortable. I was also able to get in that same day for a root canal. I can't thank them enough! Highly recommend.

I have been going to Dr. Gianino's office for dental care for many years. The office is clean, staff if efficient and helpful and Dr. Gianino provides the highest quality dental care. I highly recommend his practice!

Everyone here is very kind and friendly. The level of service is far above any other dentist office I've been to. The small added touches make a big difference for me. I appreciate the Warm towels, chap stick, and clean comfy rooms.

I never thought I would say I love my dentist. But I do! It's amazing how clear, and caring communication about your dental health, and your health insurance can take away a lot of one's dental anxiety. Not only is Dr. Gianino phenomenon but absolutely everyone on his staff is as well. The hygienists, receptionist and billing specialists are all so polite, kind, and professional. My husband and I highly recommend!

Highly recommend this dental office. Dr. Gianino and his staff members are knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. They made my partner and I feel extremely comfortable. They took the time to educate us, answered any questions we had, and discussed payment plan options. Can't say enough great things about them!

After YEARS of neglecting my teeth, I reached out to dr. Gianino and made an appointment. I was super comfortable right from the moment I came in. Everyone from reception to dr. Gianino himself made me feel right at home. They have outstanding technical equipment to show you exactly what and why they are recommending the course of treatment and it was all explained very well.

And not a hint of pressure. My only complaint is my hygienist, Lindsey, is really mean. KIDDING! Lindsey has already worked on me several times and she is fantastic. 5 stars!

Dr. Gianino is an excellent dentist. His staff are incredibly hard working and pleasant. I needed quite a bit of dental work and everything went great every step of the way because of the Dr. and his team!

I've now been with the good doctor for some two years. Though there has been some investment on my part, I have been more than pleased with the quality/skill of his work, along with a staff that has always been helpful to me in a number of ways. as a bonus to me, they seem to enjoy my humor.

Today I had my first visit and to say that I loved it is an understatement! All of the staff was very nice and I felt confident leaving from there that I finally found a dentist team that I like. The introductory offer is very affordable and a great way to get started. They explained the whole process to me and let me know the best care plan for my teeth.

I am very happy that my mom found this place. The scheduling is very flexible and I can easily get an appointment. I definitely will recommend to everyone who is looking for a new dentist. I am very excited for my next visit!

Excellent experience! My family and I including two toddlers had our first appointments there a couple weeks ago. The front desk receptionists were prompt and polite and on top of things. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The doctor was easy to talk to and highly professional. When seeing my toddler they were patient and flexible and happy to take care of her. As we waited for my husband's appointment to finish, the kids stayed busy with books, tv, and even a small snack provided.

The dental hygenist Angie is very kind. I would give her 5 stars if I could, other than that this dentist and this practice is just a money hoarding scam. I came here for the new patient appointment that was supposed to be $59.00 and they were supposed to do a a regular cleaning on my teeth. That's literally all I wanted. Instead these people didn't even do a regular cleaning on my teeth, and tried to convice me I have some huge gum disease, just wasted 1 1/2 hours of my time, and said to make another appointment and pay more money for a "deep cleaning".

Like what? I'm 20 years old. My teeth are not about to fall out and I dont have some insane gum disease? So basically I just paid $59.00 for nothing. I didn't even get the cleaning I wanted, and have to come back and pay more money for a new appointment and more cleaning that they may not even give me because before that I have to schedule another appointment for consultation? They're just wasting my time and money. It's not a good idea to go these kind of private practices.

Most dentists do a regular cleaning, floss out your teeth, if you need some fillings do all of that in one go too, do a dental exam, and then send you home. All in one visit. They also give you floss and mouthwash in the bags to take home. This place didnt even do that. Lmfao I'm sorry but this place is cheap. My $59.00 are gone and I dont have dental insurance so i'm not paying $130.00 for the next appointment and who knows how much more money on top of that for some "deep cleaning".

Overpriced and the desk people are disorganized and contradict one another. Told me my dental work was covered by insurance then slammed me with a $2,500 bill stating they "misread". They didn't work with me on a payment plan at all- just harassed me for payment. Don't waste your time.

My family and I started going to the office of Dr. Gianino last year. Previously to this, we were going to a dentist in Worcester that retired. We had searched for dentists in the area and decided to see how the office/care was provided here. The first visit was very thorough. We received a comprehensive exam and dental evaluation with a promotional service the office was having.

Well worth the money! Subsequent follow ups were just as good as the first one. My family was amazed with the service and profecionalizm we received from the receptionists, our assigned dental hygienist to Dr. Gianino. Although the initial diagnosis for my dental needs was extensive and expensive, the road to a perfect smile is being led by a well trained team. The promotional exam is a good way of trying out this facility - try it, you will not be disappointed.

I went to this dentist when I moved to the Lunenburg area 5 years ago. I scheduled a cleaning. When I got there I was told I had gum disease and several other dental issues. They tried to pressure me to sign up for a dental loan so I could pay my $10,000 in dental treatment they claimed I needed because I didn't have dental insurance at the time.

I knew something wasn't right and told him I had no intention of doing this. I had a feeling I was being scammed and didn't think I had many of the dental issues they claimed I had. I decided to go to another dentist for second opinion. I got a copy of the treatment plan Dr. Gianino said I needed and showed it to the other dentist. The other dentist said I didn't need any of these things to be done and I didn't have him disease.

I needed a cleaning and a few fillings. I've been going to the other dentist for the last five years and he has never once pressured me for services I didn't need. Do not go to Dr. Gianino. Also - he offers some kind of "reward" for leaving a good review.

Cassie does a fantastic job. She is very thorough and gentle. She is thoughtful and professional while she anticipated and responded to my needs. She gave me up to date tips to improve the health of my mouth. I am an older adult and have had several hygienists. Cassie is by far the best dental hygienist I have ever had. I highly recommend her!

My experience here has been pretty horrific. It started with a normal cleaning, which actually went pretty well. I was somewhat taken aback by the $25 discounts for positive reviews online. After the appointment, I was ushered into an office to listen to a somewhat high-pressure sales pitch. To me, it was like being asked to buy a timeshare. I felt somewhat mocked when I said that my idea of dental care was twice a year cleaning.

The second visit 6-months later was a shock to me. I was told that I had 4 cavities, needed to replace six mercury fillings, and needed a root canal. I declined everything but the root canal, because that tooth really hurt. To my shock, the root canal took 6 visits to complete, each costing me a great deal out of pocket, even with the pre-payment "discount" of 10%.

Some of the visits were merely to replace the (uncomfortable) temporary crown. I eventually left, after spending far too much money. When the new local dentist assessed my situation as not needing to replace the mercury fillings and he found no cavities, i felt used. I would not have left this review, but i'm stuck on his spam list and recently received an email ad that left me feeling even more used.

In it, there is a reminder to use up your year-end insurance before you lose it. I felt it in incredibly poor taste. We're not widgets, Dr. Gianino; We're not cash mines. We're people.

My review and rating will still stand despite any responses. " educating " people regarding any health care issue is appreciated, however that is NOT what my appointment was. Sending promotional materials promising a certain price point, losing my appointment in the online system, then asking me to take out a personal loan and giving no other options is just plain greed.

They knew I did not have dental insurance and I left their office in tears because 2,500 was not in my budget, nor will it ever be. This is clearly not a way to do business no matter what type of business that is. This office needs an education in customer service, as well as be transparent about their REAL FEES!

Scam Artist. Do not go to this dentist. About 4 years ago I moved to the area and needed a new dentist. His office was down the street from where I lived. I went in to get a general exam and cleaning but when I got there I was told I would need 10,000.00 in "restoration" work. My teeth are in good shape so I knew this guy was a shyster. I left the office and told them I would not be returning.

I then found a different (and wonderful) dentist through a colleague. He looked at the "plan" that Dr. Gianino had written up for me and laughed. He said none of the work Dr. Gianino said I needed was necessary. DO NOT GO TO THIS GUY.

First off- There is a big sign in the office advertising $25 off your bill for a positive review left online. So keep that in mind when reading positive reviews. I came in about a brown spot on my tooth, and left being told I needed $1200 in dental work- I, like the other reviewer, was also advised to take out a LOAN to pay for my dental work. I had a concern about a small issue that was important to me, Dr. Gianino looked over my head, asked the hygienist "have you ever even HEARD of someone being worried about that?" and rolled his eyes.

It was embarrassing, and it's not how a medical professional should EVER act when asked a question by a patient! I could not believe a dentist would treat a patient so rudely.

This was an amazing experience. Door in and door out, this office makes you feel safe and comfortable. The synergy in the workplace is on point. Very knowledgeable staff, answered all my questions with precision. It takes a great team to run a business as smooth as this one. 5 Star recommendation here! Thanks again for the wonderful experience.

I was referred to Dr. Gianino's office by a mail piece advertising $99 for new patients. It had been 8 years since my last dentist visit and I knew that I needed a good amount of work done. Sure enough I needed several cavities filled and wisdom teeth removed. They referred me to CMOS for the wisdom teeth and I scheduled several appointments for the cavities.

Everyone I encountered was always welcoming and friendly. All of the work that I needed was explained to me thoroughly and Dr. Gianino himself ensured that I completely understood what needed to be done. Jen in the office answered all of my questions regarding insurance in a timely fashion. I have quite a phobia of going to the dentist and any time I expressed my concern they did what it took to calm my nerves. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist in this area.

If there was an option for zero stars this would be it. This guy is a complete scammer. He and his team act all nice to you and behind their back they scam you hardcore. They are over priced, and give you bad quotes. They pocket insurance money and make you pay the difference. DO NOT GO HERE. THIS IS MY WARNING.
