Dr. Mack is the best dentist very kind caring and thorough I've been coming to this office for many years. The staff is always top notch and the office is modern and clean with all of the latest technology.

I'm a long-time patient of Dr. Mack. The practice has met all my needs for hygiene, oral surgery, etc. And the staff is top notch and friendly. Highly recommended.

There was a lot to love about them: comforts and friendly staff. I've grown tired of being pushed to get X or Y. Every visit they try to push some new thing or try to convince me to ditch my dental insurance. I thought I was just being singled out until I referred someone else and then read these reviews. I'll join the masses and find me a new dentist.

I have been going to Dr Mack since she first set up her dental practice in Watertown Square more than a decade ago. She has been doing all of my general dentistry, crown/bridge work, dental implants and cosmetic dentistry since then. She keeps her practice up-to-date with the latest in dental imagery and scanning. She has both a periodontist/endodontist, Dr Govostes, as well as competent prophylaxis (dental cleaning) technicians.

Her office staff is well-trained and friendly, making it easy to work out appointment times and financial matters if necessary. I highly recommend Dr Mack for both general and specialty dentistry.

Complete rip off! Took my boyfriend to them and this happend $600.00 for a cleaning and xray longest apt for nothing 2hrs. Do not go here! SCAM.SCAM.SCAM.

I had been going to this dentist for years. While most staff are helpful and friendly, they are pricey and suggest aggressive treatment plans. When the previous office manager left and the new one took over, everything took a turn for the worse. Every visit is a negative experience, from appointments, (asking for payment weeks in advance of an appointment) billing (calling for payments on bills already paid), follow up (every visit expands the 'treatment plan), insurance (using wrong codes, getting minimum reimbursement) and attitude (continuous arguments from office manager). Needless to say we transferred to another dentist that is working out much better, no more needless stress.

The staff was polite and friendly. The doctor was personable, efficient, and professional. They make recommendations for services and products, but don't push them. Overall, it was an excellent experience. EDIT: While I had a good patient experience at this clinic, I am concerned that they may have recommended unnecessary medical care. After I moved to a different region of the country and saw another couple of dentists at two different practices, they both informed me that the periodontal disease diagnosis and treatment I had received was not, in both of their opinions, necessary and may actually have caused harm to my gum health.

The procedures were expensive (4 total) and resulted in more appointments with this office (4 a year instead of 2 a year) than I would have if I was not treated for periodontal disease. While I still had a great experience with Dr. Mack and her staff, these second opinions made me concerned that I may have been receiving treatment that was in the best interest of the practice's finances and not my health.

I hope that this is not the case and that the treatment I received helped my gums recover, but from what I have read and been told that is not normal for gum disease. Clinic: please feel free to respond and address any of the above, would welcome an explanation of the differences in clinician recommendations.

I've been a patient of Mack dental for a couple of years now. I love coming here. I am always treated with respect and the staff is always so friendly and personable. Once I reach the front desk I never state my name because they already know who I am which is awesome. I recommend them to anyone looking for a good professional dental office.

If getting bullied into paying thousands of dollars for your 'treatment plan' by the office manager is your thing, then this is the place for you!

Dr. Mack is thorough. The office uses the newest techniques in cleaning. Rhonda the hygienist is very gentle. I love the team at Mack dental I trust them to take good care of my teeth

The staff here is fantastic. They make the experience so comfortable and friendly, not to mention the work they do is great. As soon as you walk through the door you have friendly administrative folks like Haley, Alissa and Rachel. Then there are fantastic hygienists like Joelle and Maria who prep you up for the wonderful Dr. Mack by putting you at ease and taking great care of you. Dr. Mack herself is so cool, calm and collected and definitely knows her stuff, you can feel confident knowing that you are in good hands when she's looking at your teeth.

The Periodontist on site, Dr. G, is fantastic as well and makes any experience you have with him comfortable, and light-hearted. I've had bad experiences with dentists before which led to me staying away from dental work for a while, but Dr. Mack's office makes me want to visit them all the time!

Mack Dental is professional and honest. They have the latest technology. I have been going to the office for several years and each time I go in they have either updated the machines or the way the perform a procedure. Which makes me feel like they are constantly educated the staff. I love Dr. Mack. She takes the time to make sure I am comfortable. She is very gentle when she is doing work on my teeth. This is such a horrible dentist and they overcharge you for everything. I guessing that is how they pay for all their fancy new equipment and expensive office personal. Beware of the cancellation fees they charge! They are real high and expensive! Just be ready to pay out of pocket for a lot of things you really do not need! I know i am not going back after all the cancellation fees and how pushy and rude they are. i know they will erase my review because i have heard that a thing that they do.

Sorry. I hope in the future you accept other office X-rays. In fact the new dental office after yours thought they were fine and clear to read.

I love coming to Mack Dental. My previous dentist for the longest time just didn't care about me and it's a complete polar opposite here. Everyone in staff knows me by name and I know theirs. Every e is smiling and happy every time I come in. Now even though my insurance is out of network I would still rather come here for the quality of care I receive. Thank you!

I've loved going to this dentist for over 8 years. The staff is friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable regarding insurance issues. They really care about my oral health! They stay on top of me to make sure I schedule my regular cleanings which is very helpful as I forget at times, and encourage better self care when appropriate. They have very high-tech equipment and they really know what they're doing there. I highly recommend Dr. Mack's office!
