Our family started at this practice after moving here in January 2021. We had a nice experience in the beginning. As we have a blended family we have different insurance providers. With my children having upcoming appointments scheduled in May 2022 for regular cleanings I had received email reminders. Today I get a call from the office telling me that the office is down a provider and the 2 children's appointments will have to be rescheduled for February 2023.
What in the world I ask? Upon further questioning I discover that it is because of the type of insurance that the children have that is the cause of the delayed appointment. So when I state that they also have another type of insurance because they are covered under 2 different insurances starting this year in 2022 then of course they won't have to wait!
Sad that children or anyone really is discriminated against in the year 2022 because of the type of insurance they have! Even sadder that a practice can do this and get away with it. Shame on the providers and shame on this practice for picking and choosing based our insurance provider! SHAME

Dr. Dubransky and Sunday are an amazing Dental team! Like many people, i get quite nervous and feel very uncomfortable going to the dentist. Fear no more! Both of these professionals explained what they were doing every step of the way. One of their key priorities is to make certain you are comfortable with your dental care experience. They are very patient and couterous and from my experience they perform very good work. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking excellent dental care!

From beginning to end, our experience was incredible! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. It's very obvious they enjoy their jobs. We never felt rushed, and Dr. Cecilia was thorough, extremely experienced, and professional. We would definitely continue our care here if we decide to stay in the area. Dr. Rob and Sunday were an amazing team! My procedure was done quickly (for what it was) and efficiently. The entire time they kept asking me if I was ok or if I needed a break. Customer service is the name of the game in any customer related business, and they have it nailed! I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is need of dental care. Thank you guys so much!

I just had my first dental implant. I found it to be a good experience, Not as bad as everybody makes it out to be. Thanks to Dr. Mark Dobransky, Sunday, Tamesha and Chris. The team really worked hard to make sure it turned out successful. The healing time takes a bit but it is all part of the process. I highly recommend this group. I also go there for other treatments. They are professionals.

Coastal Cosmetic Family is the BEST most friendly place I have ever been for a Dentist! It was like walking into a family reunion and I kept looking for the crazy uncle or aunt which are usually my favorite to visit with, yet sadly perhaps had not arrived on staff yet! Fantastic service and staff. Far exceeded my expectations and nothing like any dentist I have ever been to. I would absolutely recommend Coastal Cosmetic to everyone. Please go and see for yourself!
