Best dentist experience I have ever had! I left with freshly clean teeth and with a lot of information. The staff does an amazing job with explaining terminology and why they are doing what they are doing. They are the nicest group of people as well, HIGHLY recommend!

I was so afraid to go to a dentist until I had no choice. LV smile center was one of the best choices I've made. The dental assistants and the dentist are so gentle, caring and make you feel comfortable. They are very professional and really take care of your needs. The office is very clean and when they give you an appointment it's always on time.

Only my first visit, but I am very pleased so far. The office is close to me, they take my insurance plan and everyone is really nice. I'll be going back again soon to get started on my dental procedures and will update further. 5/31/2022 UPDATE: So I've only had cleanings done so far but my opinion hasn't changed about this office. Maria and Destiny are great people and their Hygienist Melissa is awesome. They all make you feel like you're an important patient to them and their business. If you need dental work of any kind, this is the place to go.

Best place to come. The doctor and staff is amazing. They treat you with kindness and gental hands. They truly make you feel welcome. I am so happy to have this excellent staff take care of my family's dental health. Please don't waste your time in other offices trying to feel welcome and like you matter.

What an amazing experience! Customer service was excellent! Everyone that we encountered was friendly and knowledgeable. The Dr listened and communicated a solution with up front fees and several payment options, including financing. We have finally found our forever family dentist!

This place was so helpful and easy. Destiny in the front was so nice on the phone and made me feel comfortable enough to come make an appointment. I hate the dentist and having someone speak Spanish made everything so easy. The staff was so kind and the office is very nice. I plan to come again!

Maria, Destiny, Brandy and Dr. Hamblin, practice professionalism at the highest level and provide services that allow patients to feel both welcomed and in control. They explain their procedures very thoroughly and are easy to understand. Whatever your dental needs are, this office will not disappoint. Very impressed with how smoothly this establishment is being ran. Everyone is really friendly and professional. I have nothing but good things to say about them. I've lived by this place for 3 yrs now. Never thought much of it or the businesses there in. However that was all changed today when I had the pleasure of walking into this business for a dental exam. On first appearance it was well lit, very clean and streamlined. The receptionist (Maria)greeted me by saying my name. Then once I was checked in and awaiting to see the doctor her assistant (Anna)was just as welcoming.

She shared some best kept secret that's not known to the drivers that pass bye ( like myself) miss out on. Then to top off the visit the doctor herself was the icing on the cake very friendly, personable, informative. She listen to my comment I made about my smile and she addressed it in her final recommendations. Thank you very much for that Dr. Legaspi.

No other dentist that I've been to in the last 5 years ever paid attention to my concern of losing what I feel that's apart of what makes me Me as my smile. Lastly the cost wasn't as bad as I expected so yes I would say, Las Vegas Smile Center is a must to have in your life. This is a wonderful and professional dental office that does an awesome job at making their patients feel calm and relaxed during their visits. Dr Hamblin is the best at what he does. With Dr. Hamblin you feel with absolute confidence that you are getting the highest quality dental work and care. I am no longer nervous/anxious for dental appointments because of Dr. Hamblin and his attention to detail and his passion to make dental visits as painless and relaxing as possible and give you beautiful looking teeth.

Very great experience! The staff is great, Destiny was one of the workers who assisted me and she was very great and easy to deal with. She went out of her and made sure all my needs where assisted, and the office is very well maintained as well!

This dental office was great! My son needed a tooth removed and the doctor along with his assistant Ana were so patient and wonderful. A great office and great staff!

Our 1st time here and it was a wonderful experience after being with Absolute Dental. Clean the staff was attentive. I believe her name was Jennifer she went above and beyond to make sure we received the best care that was needed. The other receptionist was just as wonderful she assured me of some things and followed through! The Dr was caring, thoughtful, and thorough.

All of my children will be going to this dentist office from here on. This was the best upgrade from Absolute dental that I've made! Thanks to you all at LVSC! I feel like I will always smile leaving from my appointments here

Melissa, Dr. K, Brandy, Destiny, Ana and Maria are extremely kind and helpful. I love coming to The Las Vegas Smile Center they make you feel like family. The care they provide is above and beyond. I would definitely recommend The Las Vegas Center to everyone. See you soon for my cleaning in June 2022.

The front staff is very personable and friendly. The techs and doctor were all amazing as well. My implants healed well and my new teeth look awesome! The process takes time, but well worth it and definitely deserve 5 stars for service and quality! Thank you

I have extreme dental phobia and they have been amazing. Always willing to deal with insurance for you. And they offer an affordable dental plan themselves if you don't have insurance (saved me while I was between plans). They see my daughter also and are great with kids and working with schedules to get us both in at once.

Great service! They made sure my insurance was billed correctly. I got my implant here and they made me feel so comfortable. Staff is gentle and caring I would recommend.

Excellent work! Was so hesitant after two years (I moved from the Midwest and don't trust LV medical really at all) but the care I received was excellent. The doctor and the hygienist were both friendly and knowledgeable and explained things thoroughly. Front desk staff and office manager welcoming and communicative as well. The doctor is honest and isn't trying to have you do unnecessary work, which is exactly what I was looking for. Overall, great care!

I'm honestly disgusted by these money hungry rats, it's truest sad that Dr. Arian is not able to practice what he loves anymore. My check up over a year ago they randomly diagnosed my with 3 cavities by "Dr. Patterson" after the said I needed 3 fillings she took off her gloves and walked straight to the front (Did not go over my ex rays to show me my suspected cavities) at the front she suggested that I get this procedure done as soon as possible. THIS PART IS WHAT REALLY PISSED ME OFF, she said I can pay on arriving for the procedure or if I pay that instant I could receive a 5% off. are you kidding me?

What kind of low unsophisticated individual offers a percentage off of a procedure? Oh wait places that don't give a f*** about you they only care about how good of insurance you have. What a shame that the people now working here are money hungry rodents that lie directly to your face. Avoid this place at all cost especially if you have good insurance. Months after the false diagnosis I am being emailed once a month to no "forget" to use my dental plan! (Another failed attempted for me to go in and get my teeth drilled on just so this dump has the monthly rent) I went back to my original dentist 2 days later and they confir that I DID NOT have 3 cavities out of now where.

My child and I both have seen Dr. Patterson and her staff & felt compelled to let others know what an amazing experience we had! This is such a great practice, because they are very professional, kind, thorough, and accommodating. They make going to the dentist such a wonderful experience. The entire staff is phenomenal!

I love these guys. I've never had a bad experience here. The technicians are wonderful. Dr. Arian is very personable and a great person to talk to. I would recommend anyone to come here for dental work or cleaning!

I broke a tooth while my dentist is on vacation. The office called me back and recommended Dr Arian. They got me in the same day I called and took care of me. I was in and out and very impressed. Dr Arian must be a great boss because it is reflected in his staff. Everyone was super friendly and professional. Well done!

Everyone is very friendly and they treat you as a family. Dr. Arian is a great dentist i got my tooth pulled out and I didn't even feel that much pain. I highly recommend this place.

Great Dentist! the atmosphere is not like a normal dental office, it is very warm feeling and everyone is so helpful and kind. I was having alot of pain on a tooth and they saw me right away were very caring and concerned and it was not pricey but affordable. A nice lady that works there in the front signed me up on a dental payment plan with no money down!

I was so happy, not only to be out of pain but they made everything fit my budget! This place is a keeper, it was very clean, new technology. I was so happy to be out of pain and love how personal they are! I am definitely going to be returning.

My family loves coming to see Dr. Arian and his staff for our dental needs. From Deanna at the front desk, always happy to answer my endless questions about my insurance, to Christy, Nicole, Tammy, Crystal - everyone who has cleaned our teeth over the years - they are friendly and comfortable to be around. Even my 3 year old enjoys getting his teeth cleaned. They're very gentle and make it fun for him. Dr. Arian himself is a kind and patient guy, taking the time to answer my questions about various procedures, never making me feel rushed into a decision.

I appreciate his perfectionist nature - he truly wants my family to have healthy mouths. We've found our family dentist and would recommend his office to anyone looking for a great dentist.

Dr. Arian is an amazing dentist! I've been his patient for over 10 years now and will not go anywhere else! He is always honest about what is going on with my teeth and he actually has a sense of humor! Shocking, right!? :) I actually did cheat on Dr. Arian once, since I live and work in Henderson; so I wanted to see a closer dentist. That one visit that I didn't book through Dr. Arian has cost me a great amount of money! Dr. Arian's diagnosis/suggestions are always on point and addresses the issue from the beginning. I definately learned my lesson. Dr. Arian is definately my Dentist for life! You rock Dr. Arian! :)

Dr. Arian is amazing, this will be my permanent dentist office for life! I felt so comfortable during my visit and everyone was extremely nice, it's like walking into candy land. Thank you Dr. A!

Dr. A is amazing! I had a really bad tooth issue and he fixed it right away and PAINLESSLY! (I did opt to get the "laughing gas" since I'm so nervous) I hate going to the Dr, but the service was quick staff was super nice and helpful and everything was SUPER CLEAN! Which I loved! They also have payment plans available. Although certain procedures are a little more expensive, I highly recommend this place!

I visited Las Vegas Smile Centre today, in town with a tooth that has played up for a couple of days. After calling in the morning I was fitted in around 2pm. I was very impressed with the care and concern shown by the Dr and staff, with an infection in the tooth not much to be done but treat and then give me all the options. I can continue the trip with my friends and hopefully delay tooth removal until I return home to Australia, if not guess its Vegas here I come again for treatment

The staff was great. When I went to get a clean after my clean on my mouth I expected that I will have the doctor check me afterwards but that didn't happened. Im also a huge when I comes to dentist I like everything to be with the latest technology but that wasn't the case.

In the early hours in Las Vegas I found myself in the need of some emergency dental work. A friend referred me to Dr. Afshin Arian. He took my call very early in the morning; I told him about my dental issues and informed him that I could not wait much longer. The pain was too much. After reassuring me that I could meet him at his office and he could start working immediately I was starting to get relived. Dr. Arain's office is welcoming, extremely clean and well appointed.

His assistant Diana greeted me and led me to the exam room while she and my assistant completed the paperwork. Dr. Arain has a warm bedside manner and was gental yet thorough in his examination of my issues. Before I knew it I was no longer in agonizing pain and was on my way to enjoy the rest of my visit to Las Vegas. Dr. Arain went above and beyond what you can expect from a dentist at 8 in the morning.

While my early morning visit might be unique, I'm sure my general experience is not. I can recommend with confidence Dr. Arain and his staff to anyone in need of a great dentist office.

Great service today by these guys! I needed a cleaning, they were fast, kind and very, very professional! It is my first encounter (since I moved in Vegas) with a dentist and the services are up to the european standards, without paying top money! I've been using other services on different dental offices before just to be a little bit scammed!

Lots of advices for maintenance from these guys that usually you won't get it other places, they're just interested in having as much or as many damages as possible so they can take your money! Dr. Arian is THE guy I want to take care of my teeth from now on! Thank you and your beautiful team!

I bought the Groupon on offer from this dentist for free teeth examination and tooth whitening. From the moment I stepped in the door the staff was hustling to try to get me back in for other services not covered by the Groupon. They even offered financing(!) for medically unnecessary braces. I submitted to their suggested cleaning (which I did need) and paid cash for the service.

I booked and then missed an appointment for the Groupon tooth whitening service. When I tried to reschedule, I told them upfront that it was my fault and I was willing to pay the missed appointment fee, usually between $25-$50 for pretty much every other medical office I have been to. I was told that they usually do not reschedule appointments, but especially for me they'll charge $125 in addition to the Groupon -- a $25 reduction from their regular missed appointment fee.

I don't recommend this office. It is more like buying a car with a pushy salesman constantly suggesting upgrades, and this is especially true if you don't have insurance or you're not prepared to get every treatment suggested by the doctor. They're looking to get people in only to find other ways to extract money from their wallets.
