This place is shady! When doing my bridge I had to go back three times in one week, each time I was there for more than five hours! And then they kept adding to my bill and I've asked for a detailed bill that I have not received and then they send the bill to my boyfriend! Very shady and I think that breaks a lot of HIPAA rules! Will not be going back to this place

If I could rate 0 I would. I didn't even get a chance to make an appointment. The lady that answered the phone was extremely unpleasant the second she answered. I called THE NEW PATIENT number that they have displayed on the website. & she said they didn't see me in the system. Well duhh. I called the new patient number. She sounded like she didn't want to be answering phones and doing her job.
Just because you don't like your job doesn't mean you take it out on your patients. She spoke to me like I was dumb, and asked "did you see if we are in network" all snobby like. Yes why else would I be calling your office! I hope you guys can get nicer people in your office. Do better.

Just had my check-up at Riversbend Dental! What a great experience (another one!). Love this practice! My hygienist (Danielle) is THE best; my dentist is GREAT! Everything about the practice makes it EASY to come to the dentist, and I HATE coming to any dentist.so thank you Riversbend for making this another great experience!

Amazing staff! I have a major phobia of the dentist and this office really puts me at ease! They are gentle and slow, explain everything very clearly, and make sure I am okay often. The staff here is SO friendly and give you a genuine welcoming feeling. Highly recommend this dentistry! Very clean pretty office as well. TVs to watch while getting cleaned also. Go here, you won't be disappointed!

My husband and I were looking for a new dentist, and both got scheduled as new patients in July 2019. My husband made his follow up appointment for January 2020 in the summer, and I had to call to reschedule for him since something came up with our daughter. I called four days before the appointment and fully expected to not be able to reschedule until February or March.
The next available time they had open was in August.and my husband can schedule an appointment as early as 2:30 in the afternoon. I know dentists book very far out, but that seemed a little extreme. On top of it, the scheduler seemed annoyed at me and generally grumpy. I was disappointed in this experience since I'll have to find another dentist to see us earlier. If you can actually get in, we were both very impressed with the hygienists and dentists!

The office is fabulous, and most are great! Dentists are really good, and friendly! Though.there is one particular dental hygienist to watch out for. Sorry, I'm not going to say her name, .but, after the lady cleans your teeth, it feels like Mike Tyson just punched you in your mouth! I have had that same experience with her every time before. I always have to go home and take ibuprofen! You'll know if you get her!
