This was exactly the kind of dentist I was looking for. Found them by chance. Hadn't been to the dentist in years. These folks got me in the same day for cleaning, x-rays, and a consultation. Luckily, I was clear of cavities! Great place and they seemed really honest and straight forward. Definitely going back regularly. Highly recommend.

The staff was so nice to everyone they came in contact with, they got us in quickly and I saw the doctor within 5 minutes of me being in the back. The doctor and the assistants were so nice and made sure to explain everything to us and make sure that we knew what was going on and how to fix it. I'll be going back for my cleaning within the next month and we were so satisfied with our visit my mom and sister even made appointments as well.

The very first time I called and they were able to get me in as a new patient within two days. I was in serious pain for weeks so I was glad I was able to get in so quickly. All of the ladies at the front are so nice. My hygienist was sick that day so they were limited on staff and were willing to switch people around to make my experience a good one. Dr. Clark extracted my tooth within 20 minutes of me being in the chair with absolutely no issues.

I was completely numb and didn't feel a single thing. I had to even ask if the tooth was out. The whole visit was 45 minutes, if that. Everyone I came into contact with was so nice. I have a huge fear of the dentist and was dreading going. I would recommend this office to absolutely anyone. Everyone was amazing!

Amazing! Honestly other than being booked out super far in advance for cleanings there isn't a single thing I would change! I don't think I've had a dentist I was this comfortable with ever. He communicates very clearly and honestly about what's going on and is knowledgeable. Seriously can not recommend enough especially if you're looking for someone afforable that won't treat you like you're just a number.

We were told my 14 yr old son needed a root canal or a tooth extraction. We scheduled to have his root canal from a place that the Dr referred us too. The dentist is an hour away. First off the new dentist after an exam said he saw no tooth that needed a root canal maybe, minor irritation. They asked which tooth it was because Dr Clark didn't mark which tooth.

After another xray and exam and confirming with Dr Clarks office on the right tooth. The New dentist couldn't find anything. So after trying give my son a root canal he didn't need and taking off work then driving over an hour for his appointment. I wouldn't recommend this dentist to anyone. In fact the opposite

The staff are different every time I am there and never seem happy to be at work. The last time I went, I had cavities filled and pain remained for several weeks. Several dental hygienists spent some time complaining about how the equipment was old and needed replaced for a long time.

Dr. Clark is extremely skilled, educated, and compassionate with his patients. He is friendly and never pushes unnecessary work. Super impressed with his ability to perform numbing injections with little pain. Hygienists and support staff are amazing and helpful, as well. I especially appreciate Ginger, the expanded function dental assistant, and all the hard work she puts in! She always asks about my children and I enjoy catching up with her!

Very bad customer service! I had an appointment and called 15 minutes before the appointment time to let them know I'm running 10 minutes behind. I was told it was okay. Arrived at the dentist office at 11:36, my appointment was scheduled at 11:30. The front desk person was staring at her computer screen and just raised her pointy finger in my direction, didn't say a word to me and didn't look my way, so I'm taking it as I'm busy, I'll be with you when I'm ready.

So I sat down and waited.waited for 10 minutes. Then another lady was in the front desk, they were talking for another 5 minutes then she called me and when I got up, before I can even approached the front desk, stated we will have to reschedule you for another day since you are 20 minutes late. I didn't argue just told the lady, you can keep your schedule, I don't want it anymore.

First of all, if they couldn't accommodate they should have mentioned it when I called to let them know I'm running 10 minutes late. I would have been okay to reschedule but to tell me it's okay and then lied about being 20 minutes late when I was already there waiting for 15 minutes. If the front line of this dental office is not reliable and very unprofessional, I don't have to give them my business. There are a LOT of dental offices in Lebanon, OH that treats their clients with courtesy and professionalism they deserve.

Went with my granddaughter to get her cavity filled. Dr. Clark was fantastic! So when it was time for me to go, I went willingly. I had all my top teeth extracted, hardly felt pressure or pain and he prescribed me 5 vicodin which I used 2 and tossed the others. Not needed. No pain where they put needles in to numb your mouth. My husband also went there, and he hates dentists. Loved Dr. Clark also. I don't think his office people should bring down his rating, but I had no problems with anyone there.

They take 3 months to schedule out dental work, and don't want to work with you. I called in to talk to office manager, she is on maternity leave, nobody is covering her position, so it will be 3 months before even get an answer. Several other people I know have had the same problem and have left his practice. The dentist doesn't want to know anything going on, just have to deal withthe manager who isn't even there. I don't recommend this office. unless you want to wait 3 months between appointments for dental work.

Friendly staff, little wait time, good location. For someone who has bad dental anxiety, they made me feel comfortable. My previous dentist wanted to do a root canal on a cavity on my front tooth but I came here instead and they were able to just do a filling on it. The tooth looks great and you couldn't tell there was ever an unsightly cavity there.
