Our Front Office team has many years of experience in the dental field. They are highly trained in customer service, business systems, and insurance submission.
We take whatever time is necessary to listen to your concerns and understand your needs. That is the primary purpose of your first visit in our office. Whether your needs are simple or complex, we present our findings and offer you a range of options to best meet your dental goals. We allow you to make the best decision for you.
We understand your need to receive treatment in a practice that makes you feel comfortable, safe, and welcome. Please feel free to schedule an appointment or stop by for a complete tour of our practice. You will get to meet our team, walk through our office and treatment areas, and learn more about the services we provide.
Once an appointment is made, the time is reserved for each individual patient. To avoid a broken appointment penalty, patients are required to notify Westshore Family Dental at least one business day in advance of any cancellation. Will I be charged for missed or cancelled appointments? Sometimes a missed appointment fee will be charged for a missed or cancelled appointment depending on the individual situation.

The fact that my six year old son actually looks forward to his dental appointments with Dr. Chapman and the staff here tells you everything you need to know. He feels very comfortable during his exams, is not afraid to ask questions and has learned about his teeth. Everyone is extremely courteous, accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly. THANK YOU! :

New to the area and new patient. There are 2 dentists in this practice and my husband and I had each had one due to accommodate scheduling on our end. We both raved after our appointments! They talk to you like people, not just patients. They even followed up our first visit with a handwritten note to the house. Family is in the practice name for a reason. I would highly recommend.

I cannot give enough stars for this office. Dr. Chapman was gentle, kind and his assistant, Bridget was amazing. To be honest, his entire staff was welcoming, fun, and comforting. I hate going to ANY dentist but they actually were amazing. I will be a long-time patient! Also, love the ease of the work that is done, cosmetic, and taking care of teeth I've let go for too long! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We absolutely LOVE everything about Westshore Family Dental. My husband and I have been coming here for almost 10 years, and it feels like family every time we walk in the door. We just took our two toddlers for the first time today and they had a great experience. Shout out to Heather, she is the best! We have each had both doctors over the years, Dr. Marotta and Dr. Chapman are both so wonderful.

First time visiting Westshore Family Dental and I couldn't have asked for a better dental office experience! Staff is friendly, kind and very accommodating. Dr. Marotta was very understanding and listens to each patient and does his very best to make sure every patient is satisfied! My wife and I had a great experience and will definitely be going back!

Great team at Dr. Marotta's office! Our family has been served by this office for 20+ years. The facility is spotless and welcoming. Today I took a 97 year old friend to see Dr. Chapman. The doctor and the staff were incredibly understanding. I have to say that Dr. Chapman is an artist. He did a root canal and rebuilt the broken tooth. I can't even tell which tooth it was for the expert matching. Two weeks ago I had a friend in from FL who lost a cap. Dr. Chapman squeezed him in and, again, a perfect match. I cannot say enough about how great this practice is. And a big thank you to Julie and Becca at the front. These are good people. I highly recommend it.

I have been a patient at Westshore for over 20 years and they are simply great. Dr. Marotta is patient, thorough and excellent at his craft. His team and hygienists are all professional and supportive. Now with COVID 19, the protocols in place will make u feel very comfortable. By far the best Dentist practice in Cleveland.

Everything about this place is great. Making a new patient appointment was quick and easy and they got me in for an exam and cleaning in 10 days from when I called. The staff is EXTREMELY friendly- they were kind, accommodating and explained everything from the X-rays to the cost of a filling. The dentist was very down to earth, listened to my dental history and concerns, and took a very real life approach to solving my problems. Overall, awesome experience- didn't think I'd ever look forward to going back to the dentist, but WSFD has proved me wrong.
