They were on time, efficient, knowledgeable I feel comfortable moving forward with further treatment

Had wisdom teeth removed and was very nervous. Dr was very professional, thorough and listened to my concerns. Was in no pain during the procedure. Definitely will be back for future procedures.

Dr. Solway is the best! He is always willing to accomadate a busy schedule. Your comfort is his top priority, I have had intensive work done and was back to normal in a day, no pain during the procedure and minimum of discomfort afterwards

Up until very recently my experiences with this dental office were pleasant. To make a long story short, I had to reschedule an appointment because the doctor was running behind, and I didn't want to be late for work. I was understanding, and didn't leave with an attitude over not being able to have my teeth cleaned that day. Today was my follow-up appointment for my cleaning. Overall, I found my cleaning to be very rushed over upset feelings in regards to my needing to leave during my last visit.

My appointment was at 4, and my cleaning was done, and I was back in my car before 4:30. Had I not asked about the results of my x-rays from the last time, Dr. Soloway would not have bothered to even mention what the results were. It seemed as though he hurriedly tried to end the appointment without asking me if I was having any problems with my teeth or even trying to go over the x-ray results with me.

As I was leaving I waited by the receptionist desk to see if I would be asked about scheduling my next cleaning 6 months from now. I was dismissed basically, and told that I was all set. This left me feeling as though they didn't want me to return. And I won't. If speaking up means that I am met with contempt I will gladly take my exit. It should go without saying that the staff at this dental office is extremely hard-working, however often times they are short staffed. Keep in mind that when you go, you very well may be expected to wait. The choice is up to you.

I had a bad toothache went there to get my tooth pulled after xrays the dentist told me that I had to come back on the 17th today is the fifth to get it pulled 12days in pain not acceptable he a dentist can't pull a tooth joke they charge me 66.00 office vist and xrays if you have a bad toothache don't go there

It's a comfortable and very pleasant place with a very comfortable atmosphere and caring people. I love the way that they treat you with care and friendliness.

I love this office! Me and my children are seen here and there has never been a long wait. Dr. Solway is amazing and so is the staff. Just had a tooth emergency for my son and he returned my phone call and saw my son within 2hrs.

Second review. I had originally rated them two, then edited it to four. This is my last attempt at a visit. It's 9:36am and my appointment was at 9:30. The building is still locked. I would like to be reimbursed for my 1.5 hours out of work and 10 miles driven for this appointment. This is a pattern with this dentist and I will certainly be finding a new one. Do not - I repeat - do not use this dentist if you value your time.

I broke my retainers and needed a replacement quickly. I reached out to a number of dentists in the area for a quote and Dr. Salway gave me a very good price - $350 for upper and lower halway retainers. On top of that, he saw me on New Year's Day of this year to get me fitted! As I was very busy during this period, Dr. Salway offered to send me the retainers once they were finished, and they came promptly.

The retainers poorly fit - both the top and the bottom. I've gotten impressions done before for retainers, and they've always fit perfectly off the bat. I contacted Dr. Salway and he insisted on a refitting - I declined, as I knew I wouldn't be able to find the time to do so. He agreed to a refund and let me send it back to him. Life got In the way and I sent it back to him around mid-March.

By the end of March, I didn't get a reversal of the charge so I called the office. dr. Salway wasn't available, but I was promised a call back. After our call yesterday, he did insist he gave me call, but I certainly did not get a voice message, which he did not deny. Reminding you that today is May, and I had totally forgotten it until then.

He didn't call me or send a refund from March until today. When I called him the other day, he kept insisting on a refitting, but again, i repeated, I did not have the time. He fought me for a good five minutes, but finally relented to a full refund which was done promptly. Regardless, I was upset at the fact that despite me sending him the retainers and giving him a call, I felt that he tried to dodge giving me a refund and was not proactive whatsoever about returning my money. I did everything I could do on my part, and i felt that he was incredibly dishonest. Take the story as you will!

Fantastic Service - Highly Recommended. Needed a last minute Teeth whitening because of an issue with another Dentist, they got me in the following morning for a Zoom treatment. Awesome staff. I was literally running 2 minutes late, and they called me to help with directions. Upon getting in the chair, the Dental assistant told me my teeth where so white, I may not get any results from Zoom, and offered me an at home kit at a lower cost for as a better alternative. When I told her it was a touch up before my wedding, they proceeded with the Zoom treatment which turned out FANTASTIC. Great place, great service, great feeling to it.
