Dexter Dental Center

I was really nervous about my appointment after having some negative experiences elsewhere. I'm so happy with the care that I received! Everyone was extremely kind and friendly, my dentist was gentle and had great bedside manner. The facility was beautiful. All in all, I had a wonderful time considering I came in to get my cavities filled.

Very rough cleanings and very unfriendly staff. You never see the same face twice. They send you to other dentist around the area to get procedures that aren't on the menu. I was surprised I had to go across town to get a tooth pulled, and to Ypsilanti for yet another procedure. When I asked questions they asked me to leave.

Sahara was rude and gave me a very painful experience as a first time patient there. Do not recommend her services.

I've been to Dexter Dental a few times now after moving to the area. I've always been really impressed with the service that I receive. I definitely like this office better than my previous dentist. I have been to this office post-reopening after the covid shutdown and I was impressed with the steps they have taken to minimize potential exposure. All employees are masked and suited up.

They have an air filtration unit in each patient room. They ask you to remain in your vehicle until they call you (the waiting room is kind of small). I will say that they are pretty busy and if you have to cancel or change an appointment, it can be difficult to get it rescheduled within a reasonable time frame (especially now because they are trying to catch-up after being closed for a while).

I went to them years ago when I first moved to Pinckney. I had no problems with my teeth that I was aware of but was just looking for a cleaning after going without for a while. They said I had 10 cavities in between several different teeth. They wanted to use all of my insurance allowance for the year, then schedule me for a revisit the first of the year and use all of the next years insurance to take care of them.

I went for a second opinion and my new dentist agreed I had just a few spots that he would continue to monitor but certainly did not need work done on them yet. It's been about 8 years now and I still have not needed any work done on those teeth. Very similar situation happened with my wife and after a second opinion her teeth were fine also. I was telling this experience to a friend at a card game in Pinckney and he said the same thing happened with his daughter.

They wanted to do lots of work for supposedly several cavities and after a second opinion they were not needed. This is too many negative experiences close to home for me to be able to trust Dexter Dental. If they say you need quite a bit of work done you may want to get a second opinion.

The team at Dexter Dental Center are the best. I had an issue with a crown late on a Friday on a holiday weekend. The team got me into the center and taken care of with basically zero noticed. Even though I was the last person in the building and standing between the staff and a long weekend I was treated great. I couldn't have asked for better service.

Professional and knowledgeable dentists, friendly and thorough hygienists, with modern technology--what more could you want? I appreciate the text message reminders! Oh, also love the scenic views out the office windows. I feel very taken care of here.

Happy patient here! I just moved to the area and I found this dentist. Clean office! Friendly staff! High tech gadgets! I'm sold.

I Love Dexter Dental I have a large family and the accommodations are wonderful, they work around our schedule and are Great with kids but better yet Myself who has a scare of Dentist but not any longer since I have been coming here for Years!

I would highly recommend this Dentist. I was introduced to them a few years ago after not going to the dentist for 10+ years. And I'll say I love them. Dr. Cairo is definitely top of her field and all her hygienists are top notch. The office is always up to date with technology and the newest procedures. I promise you, your first visit there, with their friendly staff, will take the worry away from going to the dentist. You'll be happy to schedule that 6 month cleaning. I promise!

Absolutely the best dental office I have ever been to. I am not sure why the person below had such a problem honestly they have always fit my family in and even my husband was fit in for an emergency dental problem when he was not a patient which is why we began going to Dexter Dental Center. By far the customer service amongst the employees and dentists at the office is superb!

The all around care and comfort is amazing. The massaging dental chairs and views out the window are so relaxing. I never feel like I am at a dental office and neither do my children. They always look forward to their dental visits. I have been to some pretty horrible dental offices and this is definitely not one of them.

I would never recommend this dental office to anyone. if you need a filling or broke your year old crown (that dexter dental put in) they will not fit you in their schedule immediately. Oh wait let's wait a full 24 hours before they can find time to fit you in. You aren't their priority. I would never recommend this place to anyone I cared about.
