This place is absolute TRASH and very unprofessional. The doctors do not get back to you at all im speaking of marrisa to be specific I was told they would give me a call back for some information I needed and never got a call from her or the assistant. I highly recommend you do not go here. The doctors here do not care about you or your needs as a patient. someone honestly needs to close this office for good. The receptionist is rude and incompetent who does the hiring at this place. if I could rate it zero start I would. This place is just awful STAY AWAY!

The dentist at this dental office was so nasty to me I left crying. If you need dental work, don't go here.

Don't come here if it's quality or spreed or costumer service. Needles to say it's trash. They don't care for you or your needs in specific laura and marissa I'm talking about you. So there's no questions I'm not here to be subliminal I asked them to simply follow the rules of they're own office and just told us that blood spraying out of your are is normal. Someone should report this place this location to the BBB!

45 minute hold time only to get hung up on before getting to talk to receptionist. No option to leave message or get a call back. Don't waste your time.

Now let alone bad public sevice, they just let all your med records personal information and ss# get hacked and so they will be responsible for any identity theft Way To go! Our med system at it's finest!

Love Dr. Nick Wilson, but the receptionists are terrible. Half the time it seems like they don't even know what they're doing. I've called and left messages that never even get to the Dr. or nurse. It's pretty much pointless unless you actually physically go in and ask why your issue hasn't been resolved.

I cannot say enough great things about this place or its care team. I've been coming here since I was 18. I'm now 47 and I bring my 4 year old here as well. Everyone is so helpful and kind. I'd be lost without them. Everyone's bedside manner is so pleasant and warm. I wish all my doctors offices were as efficient and awesome to work with. Thank you for the opportunity to say thanks.

Trying to get Covid testing today and they do REQUIRE a referral from your doctor and then you have to make an appointment with their physician who determines if you get tested or not. My physician's office has no more tests but already determined I need a test! This place has a 7-14 day turnaround for results too. Told them they need to change their website. Waited 15 minutes on hold to be told this. Ridiculous!

The receptionists are rude, and act as if it is a chore to do their job. Consistently have issues getting my prescriptions refilled too.however, nick is an excellent physician.

Worst doctors office ever. Still waiting for a phone call back 2 days later. My daughter probably has a kidney infection now thanks to the lack of care or concern for their patients. She has been there twice with pain and fever with no diagnosis, now has new symptoms but being ignored. Very unprofessional!

The ladies here were very kind and helpful. The peer recovery couch Stephanie and Heather the substance abuse councilor made me feel great and not judged. I definitely recommend these ladies to anyone who is seeking help with their addiction!

So far we've all gotten good care and treatment there Have only been using them for a few months though, so others might have better insights.

If I could give no stars I would this place as well as their other offices r a huge joke! some of their drs and receptionists are very rude, speak over u constantly, have no compassion let alone beside manners and even LIE to u.they don't care if they let u run out of medication and they go out of their way to push u out the door and get out of any testing.when u bust them lying constantly n making excuses to u n even turning the blame on u its sad n pathedic. running out of any good drs in monroe.

Once your in your good! Love the sliding fee based in your income if you don't have insurance. My dentist is so kind make you feel so comfortable. My doctor is kind. Gyn is kind. They make you feel comfortable to where you can tell/ask them anything. I love that I can get all my services in one place! Making appointments are great they get you in ASAP and no sitting for too long, just never show up late they will make you reschedule even if you are 2 min late!
