Edward Street Dental - Kevin Homer

I see a lot of great reviews posted about this dentist office but I don't know how friendly they stuff are Because when I called, I spoke with someone name Lynn who say she the stuff manager, that was very dismissive in wanting to help. Her tone was nice, but her questions was very short and dismissive. As if they was booked out until April, they didn't need anymore new clients. Gave her the name of my insurance which she said they didn't take but she didn't even give me an option to say if I was willing or wanted to pay in cash for just a cleaning before she dismiss me. I was referred by one of my Clients and was excited about meeting and doing business with this business that has wonderful reviews but my experience wasn't that.

Dr. Watzman and his staff are the very very best. Staff know you by name when you walk in. So friendly and so accommodating. I recommend Edward Street Dental & Dr. Watzman to anyone who will listen.

I've been going here for 10+ years and even though I moved a good 40 minutes away 4 years ago, I won't leave this group. Very professional no matter who I've encountered so it's not just a concept, it's the culture. I've been in the medical field for 27 years myself and that professionalism is a true rarity now a days.

The whole office - Dr. Homer, dental assistants and front desk are always super nice and friendly. They are very efficient and procedures are always completed fast even when they are working on multiple patients - who wants to spend the afternoon in a dental chair? Dr. Homer once redid a new crown before putting in because he didn't like the color match so perfectionist is a good trait in a dentist.

I don't have insurance and their prices are reasonable for top quality. Edward Street is also good with my kids - who fortunately got their teeth genes from their mom and not me!

I've been going to Edward st. Dental for 20 years. They are very professional and very caring regarding your teeth. It's the best dentist I've ever been to. Love the staff! Modern technology! I would go anywhere else!

I love Edward Street Dental. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel like family. Dr Homer is the best! He does everything to make your visit fun, relaxed, and affordable. I have also never waited more then 5 minutes to go back for my appointment.

Very accommodating for a dental emergency! Very friendly staff and an extremely welcoming relaxed atmosphere. Prices were very reasonable with a special dental plan for those without insurance. Saw me within an hour of my call. On site lab thus same day crowns. Easy to find at 12 mile and Edward Street in Madison Heights.

Edward Street Dental & the staff are wonderful! I always feel welcome when I enter the office. Dr Watzman & Dr Homer are the best dentist ever! They are both so cool. These guys saved mine & my husband's teeth! We love these guys! Keep up the great work, we are clients for life!

Dr. Homer is the best, the perfectionist you need as a Dentist and it's a delight to be there every time. Very professional and up on new technology. Heather is an excellent hygienist, very knowledgeable. Buffie is also very knowledgeable and fun to "hang" with while I'm there.we just laugh and have a good time, in the midst of cleanings, root canals, fillings, and implants. Been coming to Edward Street dental for 20 years. Great team they have, great atmosphere! :D

Dr. Homer, is excellent and so is his staff. When you arrive you are always greeted by his friendly staff who know exactly who you are when you arrive because there is no wait time. There is no overbooking. The staff is polite, humorous, and respectful. You know the doctors have a good rapport with their staff when you always see the same faces at each visit.

Your hygienist is gentle, friendly, & always has something good on the tube to watch as she washes away 6 months of cavity creeps. Doc Homer, always comes in with a smile, has some sort of news to deliver, & has great tunes on the radio (yes he often sings or hums as he manipulates your mouth). He always assures I am comfortable and feeling no pain before he begins.

If I have the slightest pain he will stop until I am comfortable. I have referred many coworkers and friends. They all think the office is wonderful. Granite I have pretty good insurance but I haven't had any issues with billing or high costs yet. We will see how the root canal goes in the near future. They have comforted me that all will be well.

Rarely will you be there more than 45 minutes unless you are having something major done. They do value your time. If you make Dr. Homer your Dentist, you will not be sorry. You will wonder why you didn't find his office sooner!
