Like most people, I dread going to the dentist, but those fears disappeared as soon as I sat in the chair. And I had many visits, as Dr. Reilly revamped my teeth. I actually enjoyed my visits, looking forward each time I went because the staff, Dr. Reilly included, were so friendly, kind, and supportive, while maintaining their professional roles. Dr. Reilly gave me a sense of joy and self worth as a result of his work, and now I smile all the time! I wish I had come to him sooner, but still feel lucky that I did! Thanks to everyone in the office for helping with this journey.

Being scared of the dentist and extremely self conscious of my smile/teeth, I was extremely comfortable and never felt judged. Everyone was very helpful, knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. Needing a lot of work done, I know I'm in good hands and excited to smile again.

The facility is clean and they seem to follow the Covid-19 guide lines. I'm a new patient here and my overall experience is that Advanced Dentistry is a factory. It doesn't seem to me as though health care and compassion is high up on the scale for them. They do the job that you pay for but not a thing more.

Today was my first time visiting Dr. Reilly and I have to say it was the best experience ever. It started with his phone call the night before and ended with compassion, kindness and experience from he and his staff. I'm so glad I finally decided to call for an appointment.

Charmaine's excellent cleaning procedure with kindness and patience made me feel less nervous especially the needle injections. Being a new patient I will definitely recommend Charmaine & Dr Reilly dental office with confidence.

When I moved to the area, I looked for a dentist I could trust as I have quite a few dental issues and consider myself a pretty high-maintenance patient. This office has been nothing but kind, supportive, and accommodating. I never worry about the work I have done being done incorrectly and everything has lasted far beyond my expectations. I never leave the chair without feeling happy with the results and comfortable.

During the pandemic, they took every precaution to keep patients safe and were extremely conscious of my health concerns since I am high-risk. I never once worried about being there. The dentists, hygienists, and staff are all great people who make you feel welcome and know you by name. Financially, they work with you and explain everything - no surprises.

I recommend this office to everyone, especially if you need a little extra care. Thank you to all of them for keeping me feeling great/more confident and making my once very stressful dental situation into something manageable and stress-free! Can't imagine going anywhere else.

Dr. Reilly is the best dentist I've ever had. I have a lot of dental issues and he never once made me feel ashamed or embarrassed. He's always positive, happy, and extremely friendly. Best of all, I never feel any pain during any procedures! Everyone at the office are wonderful, friendly, and caring. The only negative is that I can't afford to get all the work I need, if I could I would be there tomorrow getting the rest of my teeth fixed! Thank you Dr. Reilly and thank you to your entire staff!

It is true, this place is the best! I needed a new dentist and read all the reviews before me. All the good things you will read are true. Dr. Reilly leads a great staff who are truly dedicated to making you feel comfortable and safe. Kristen was awesome and is amazing at her job. The rest of the staff, I am sorry I do not remember all their names, were outstanding, professional and friendly. I am happy to have found a new home for my dental needs. Thank you all again! My experiences at Dr. Reilly's is always excellent. The Dr. and staff are always polite, professional and pleasant. I would only say that sometimes it's a bit confusing when they are communicating to each other via headphones. I'm not sure if they're speaking to me or each other. It seems the office isn't that huge to communicate in that way. Who am I to say. It just seems like over kill. I'm super happy with all the work that's been done on my teeth. They are a great team!

I had a great visit! Christen and Dr. Reilly made me feel super comfortable and I could tell them everything about my dental care routine and symptoms with no judgement. They said I needed a deeper cleaning, so I have to come for a follow-up visit in a couple weeks, which I was fine with. Everything went smoothly and I was happy with my care, until I saw the cost of the deeper cleaning which was over $1700 (WITH my dental insurance coverage).

While I'd love to come back to this practice for normal check-ups and cleanings, any other procedure seems WAY too expensive for my liking. I'll be looking for another practice that will provide the care I need for a more affordable price. Their care and skills are 5/5, but their cost is ridiculous which is the only reason they're getting a 3/5 from me.
