I had the most wonderful experience here with doctor Solana, the entire staff made me feel comfortable and listened to all my concerns. I never had such a painless procedure they were so fast and accurate I was in and out in a flash! Thank you so much for everything you guys are truly the best dental practice around! Can't wait to come back!

It's called dental excellence for a reason. All the staff from the receptionist to the Doctors are polite and professional. Everything about your procedure is thirdly explained and you are kept informed during and after the procedure. Your are made to feel welcomed, comfortable by the entire staff. It was the best experience I have ever at dentist office

I would highly recommend you go to this dental office. The staff is very nice and professional. As for my dental service Dr. Patel made me feel very good about having dental implants done. He was confident and reassured me everything would go well. I was nervous about getting them. I have them in and the healing process is going very well. I am very appreciative of all the assistance I have received going through the procedure and look forward to returning for my next visit.

I had a great visit with Dr. Patel where he took his time to explain the different OSA devices. If I didn't think he was a good guy or cared for the quality of the practice, I wouldn't bother to write a review. My feedback, you he needs to do all or a combination of the following: 1) Hire a competent front office manager 2) Better train from desk staff or if some are just not able to do the job send them packing. I tried not once, not twice, but three times to have your office complete a one page document which would have allowed my insurance to allow your services.

Alpha Dental has given me the best experience ever. I visit all the way from NY! Dr. Shah and his teeth gave me the smile I have always wanted. Deff left me in happy tears once I was done with my process. I recommend everyone to this dental office and will always go here. Clean environment and such a caring and understanding staff.

I'm not one who likes going to the dentist, I never did. I always had a fear, but the entire staff was friendly and very professional and made me feel so comfortable my entire visit. I would recommend Alpha Dental Excellence to everyone! Believe me I would not be seen by no other than the best.it's worth the drive

I started visiting Alpha Dental Excellence in 2019 and my experience until 2021 was good. However, come 2022 and the attitude has changed a lot from the staff in the Reception area. I had a regular Dental Cleaning appointment in first week of February 2022 and I went to the appointment as scheduled. Upon arrival, I was told that I need to pay $165 for Periodontal Maintenance visit that happened on 08/30/2021.

I asked why I am being told about this when I have arrived for my appointment and why it wasn't communicated to me earlier. Had I been informed earlier about this, I would have called the Insurance Provider and checked why I was charged as ideally I shouldn't be charged anything for regular Dental cleaning appointments. However, I was told in the Reception area that I was notified via message a day before the appointment to which I have clearly shown the messages on my phone and there were no messages from Alpha Dental Excellence in regards to this charge.

In spite of showing the phone to the staff, I was kept on being told that they have sent the message to me the day before my appointment. The staff were very rude and I was told that the appointment time was past by 15 minutes and I had to reschedule an appointment. Having went through all this, I felt that I was being cheated as the expectation was that I would be paying out $165 as I will be in a hurry to get on with my appointment.

If there really was $165 due for 08/2021 appointment, why wasn't I notified about it much earlier and why was I tried to be notified a day before my appointment in February 2022. I am still not sure what was stopping from notifying me about this charge (if it was genuine) 6 months beyond my appointment. Icing on the cake is I was charged $50 for the broken appointment even though it wasn't my fault.

Clear lack of professionalism and I would have given 0 rating provided I had the opportunity to do so, but looks like 1 is the best I could do! Never going to come back again and I would request everyone to check their payments when being made. Thank you.

Had a good first experience, so I came back to inquire about getting bonding on two small, but healthy teeth. The dentist wanted to do crowns on my two teeth, and made it sound like that was the only option, but made crowns sound great and I was excited. After talking to my orthodontist and doing my own research, crowns are way too aggressive, and normally only done on damaged or decayed teeth.

Completely unnecessary to shave down healthy tooth for crowns. But they cost way more than bonding, so that's why they wanted to do it. Guess they need to pay for all that construction that's going on in the office some how. They don't value the long term health of patient's teeth here, just want to do whatever is the most expensive. In the long run, this is not a good business practice. Glad I dodged a bullet and don't go through with the crowns

I called for an emergency root canal and they were able to see me on a Saturday. At the consult, they were attentive to my concerns and fear, explained everything that was to be done, and were very clear about follow-up and aftercare instructions. The office staff is friendly and helpful, the hygienists are great, and the doctor exceeded expectations. 13/10 would recommend Alpha!

I came to alpha dental excellence with pain and fears.and poor credit. Petra took her time and my concerns to help with my fears and financial worries. Cheryl set up my financial payment options without credit checks. Dr Mastroda took 12 teeth out and set me up With partial dentures.her knowledge and her patience all with such a welcoming smile made me more comfortable. I left today with a wonderful smile. I very highly recommend all to come here for all their dental procedures
