I just hate writing bad reviews, especially for our health care providers. They work hard and are there when we need them most. I had no choice but to finally cut my ties with this practice after 15 years. Each time I go for a cleaning, I am constantly being up sold for additional products and services that I don't want. In the last year, I have been solicited for a sleep apnea insert, grinding guard, gum medication, sonic care tooth brush, and 2 preventive tooth crown replacements.

My teeth are great. Where does it stop? During my exams, personal conversations and anecdotes are entered into my medical file and referred to during subsequent visits. When approached, they acknowledged they want to provide a more personal experience. Since when is recording personal notes in a patient file acceptable? Lastly, my blood pressure was elevated during my last cleaning.

The dentist insisted she speak with my primary physician and cardiologist. I don't see a cardiologist and explained I had a physical 4 weeks prior with a clean bill of health. She was not satisfied when I insisted not to contact my primary. Please respect my body, my choice. There was a time when dentists had boundaries and stuck with what they do best. I can appreciate this practice wants the best for their clients but they are crossing the line.

Dr. Faust is an Artist (say with French accent!). Freshened some old dental work on my front teeth and now I have a smile like the 6:00PM Anchor! Wonderful!

They got my money! Paid cash, paid, left went on with life and I get a bill months later for more money. for what? Does the supermarket send a bill after the fact? What about the auto mechanic? No. Greedy and grimey crooked way of dealing with honest people who actually PAY their bill you are not getting another dime from me

Great dentists, terrible customer service. Have been a patient at the practice for years - things have changed. Never question the dental skills. But recently I have been charged significant amounts on my credit card with no warning - after having asked for just a courtesy call so that I could plan. Called to express concern, was informed this is the policy and won't change. But I can change dentists easily.

Bucks County Smiles has made me feel welcome for years. My hygienist Nina feels like a good friend. The staff if friendly and chats with me about whatever is new in my life. They treat me like an important person.

Bucks County Smiles is the ONLY dentist I go to. I have anxiety with Dentist in the past, Bucks County Smiles does not give me and anxiety. The staff is very friendly, the Doctors are patient and understand my anxiety. Dr. Amy D is my one and only. She restored my trust in dentists and makes me calm during my visit. Office is always clean, reception area is always organized and the facility is always up to date wih technology.

Dr. Faust was recommended to me by a friend who is also in the dental field. I've been looking for a dental provider who would be able to look at the "big picture" and not just one tooth at a time. I'm confident I have found that provider in Dr. Faust and his staff who are patient, kind, accommodating, and so knowledgeable.

Dr Amy D is a great dentist and realigned my teeth in my 60's! First time even I've felt proud of my smile. They are competent, kind and understanding and completely supportive. I have dental anxiety and they manage my care to accommodate this issue.

Awesome dental experience from start to finish. Office staff welcoming and accommodating. Dr Derby was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and kind. If I could give more stars I would!

Dr. Faust's approach is very professional. His knowledge is unsurpassed. Dr. Faust takes a holistic approach to dental issues. He asks various questions in an effort to ascertain what is causing the problem with the tooth. Afterward, Dr. Faust proceeds to visually ascertain causes by watching the movements within the oral structures. Excellent! Thanks Dr. Faust!

Bucks County Smiles is friendly, professional and efficient. It does not matter what day of the week the visit falls on this team is consistently pleasant and a comfort. The dental work performed is top shelf. The administrative staff do a great job and many have been there for years. This is a plus! The sign of a steady office with happy staff. The dentists are excellent, dental hygienists are excellent and dental technicians very good. George is a hoot! Keep up the spirit and positivity George! Thank you all! I so appreciate how patient and friendly everyone is. Janine is the best Dental Hygienist I've ever had! She's explains everything she does, is very thorough, and manages to make a visit to the dentist enjoyable.

I appreciated her taking the time to explain everything she did during my cleaning and teaching me about the technology she was using. She also researched and found the best toothpaste for my specific teeth.

Dr Dand dr Faust are unbelievable! I had a bout of Tmj and they fixed it pretty quick. They are friendly, careful and knowledgeable! I have serious dental anxiety from dentists in the past. I just had an onlay done and it was painless. I might chew my lip I'm so hungry

This was my first time seeing Dr Glatt and I was a bit nervous. He was amazing and made me feel very much at ease. I think this was the best experience I have ever had at the dentist office. The work was done very well. A very happy patient!

I hate the dentist a lot less because of the wonderful staff! Every experience I've had since I was a child to now (30 years) has been a great one. I highly recommend them.

The staff of Bucks County Smiles has it down! They have always been wonderfully communicative and the current times are a testament to how they have risen to the occasion even higher than one could expect. The safety fittings in the office and the protocols all make for a very safe, thorough and relaxed experience. And yes, I am one of those who was never nervous at the dentist to begin with.
