Anyone who reads my reviews knows that I review a lot of dentists. I always want to find the best ones whenever I move into a new area. B/c I am a total dental chicken I always start with those who provide sedation (not just laughing gas and pills). This office had good reviews and when I told them I had a toothache they got me in very quickly. As always I had difficulty getting xrays done b/c of my anxiety and was basically crying (embarassing).

The hygienist Carol was so, so sweet and patient and we finally did xrays via digital xrays and then a 3D option as well. I met w/ the dentist Dr. Keith who was also really kind, patient and thoroughly explained everything to me. I'll be going back to get multiple issues fixed but feel relieved and happy to be in what seems to be good hands.

My wisdom teeth rupture before COVID and they had to come finally come out. As I'd recently moved back to Washington, I did my due diligence on who have to remove them because my first experience was pretty awful. Looking for a more than qualified oral surgeon led me to Dr. Marxen. I met with his staff, went over the procedure, and also voiced my concerns about too much anesthesia, and made my sensitivity to it very clear.

The day of my procedure was easy. I was in and out in two hours as I followed their instructions. Post recovery I was not overly woozy and had no ill effects from the drugs. While I had post opp pain from impacted teeth removal, within two days I was back to a normal routine. And all I had to take was Tylenol and ibuprofen! The only painful thing really was listening to the nursing staff talk about lunch before my procedure (as I couldn't eat and was really hungry). If you want someone who's not going to have you living a nightmare for a month after removing teeth, I highly recommend this group.

I had a really great experience 6/1/20 with both Dentist from this location. They gave me such peace and comfort and handled my personal dental care, being gentle and delicate due to my neck and brain injury I couldn't be more pleased and feel safe with this team. Thank You for your safety and comfort during this rough time our country is facing, it's comforting to have your team on my side, Blessings.

I am new to the area, and needed a new dentist. After much research, I decided on Advanced Care Dentistry. Great decision. My first visit with them was a complete evaluation which included cancer screening, x-rays and cleaning. I highly recommend Advanced Care Dentistry.

These folks are the most amazing team! I have been seeing them for several years and cannot express my gratitude for their professionalism and compassion and painless procedures. They have worked so hard to get me on the organ transplant list and they succeeded big time. I am now the proud owner of 2 brand new lungs that replaced a genetically defective pair.

I am alive and this team had a big hand in making sure I made the list and was well during my wait. I highly recommend Dr. Marxin and team for all your dental needs. They are an amazing group of human beings.

Great Staff! Dr. Keith does a great job & is the best. I've had my front tooth replaced or rather filled 3 times in the past & was never satisfied, but Dr. Keith did an amazing job!

The dentist and the entire staff are always professional, personal and very good at what they do. Collectively they are very much partners in my health.

I have been going to Dr Marxen since he opened his practice. His office is a warm and welcoming place. The staff is similarly warm and welcoming. They use the latest technology and are very careful. Dr Marxen has a great bed(chair) side manner always being thorough in his explanations and answers all my queries. I highly recommend Advanced Care Dentistry

UPDATE: I was contacted by the office and they apologized for making me feel like anything but welcome! this means a lot to me : so I would have to change my review to a 5 star, with the care I got from my dentist and the hygienist and with the fact that they recognized I was not 100% happy, I think this speaks volumes to a company! Thanks team for reaching out and making sure I was ok, and that I felt comfortable coming back and being 100% informed!

I never thought I would say this about someone who is digging deeply into my gums and giving me shots, but I absolutely love my Dental Hygienist Shirley. Extremely professional, caring, and present with me. I didn't experience any discomfort and felt connected with her. I am very grateful I chose this place. Five stars, best clinic you will find.

Great staff, billing is really easy. They are always on time and explain the what, how and why of all of my dental work.

Dr. Marxen is an exceptional dentist and is always knowledgeable and friendly! I had to get a root canal, and his expertise and technical abilities really amazed me. He is a truly gifted dentist and made the whole procedure seamless. I had virtually no pain and the crown fit perfectly. He genuinely cares about his patients and even called me a week later to check up on me. Also, the hygienists and staff were all very professional!

I could not be happier to write a review for Dr. Marxen - and his entire staff. My wife and I are both extremely happy with the way everyone has taken care of us. Our daughter is going to be their next patient (PLEASE DO NOT TELL HER! Just kidding.) Joking aside - has your dentist ever called you a day after an appointment.just to make sure you were okay?! We hadn't -- until we saw Dr. Marxen and team. Anyway - there aren't enough stars to rate these guys high enough.

This is, by far, the best dentist I've been to. Dr. Marxen and his staff are always warm and friendly when I come in. I am never a fan of the dentist but they all make each experience a positive one for me. I had my wisdom teeth removed early in the morning. They called me back on time and constantly made sure I was comfortable. Overall, a perfect office to go to!

As a total dental wimp, I had not been to a dentist for 4 years. Now I was forced to go due to a crumbling tooth. The initial scheduling was easy and quick. The examination was painless and we scheduled for a couple weeks out for a crown and two fillings. I initially found them under a search for sedation dentistry, which they offer, however with the sedative they gave me, and the masterful needle work, which I barely felt, I felt none of the extensive work they did on my mouth, and I believe I even fell asleep during part of the procedure.

The crown fits perfect and was created in the lab on site during my appointment so there is no follow up, and I have NO pain. Dr. Marks on even called me to check in with me the evening of my visit to make sure there were no issues. I have found my new dentist and I will recommend him to all my friends.

Dr marxen and his staff are amazing! The best dental office Ive ever been to! I would recommend his office to any of you looking for a dentist where you can have all your needs met. I felt very comfortable and it was nice to not have to be reffered to many dentists to have work done! They dealt with my dental fears so well I will be coming back for sure!
