I had a check up visit and had a great experience here. I like the office, especially how kid friendly it is. Also Sarah spent over an hour and did a great job cleaning my teeth and answering all of my questions. I got a sense that they do care about teaching their patients how to properly floss and brush.

My experience with Crisafulli dental has been very positive. I went in initially to fix multiple cavities and Dr Vulpoi was patient in explaining my options, and extremely gentle and through with my procedure. Front desk is very cordial and responsive. I would highly recommend this practice

Dr. Crisafulli was gracious, attentive&thoughtful. She listens to her patients needs. She is so thoughtful. She even takes time to educate me on my interest. Her hygienist assistant what thoughtful and was aware when I needed a break or rinse needs. The reception staff were attentive and polite and even took time to explain my paperwork. I would recommend Crisafulli Dental.

Hard to believe, but I love going to the dentist for my twice a year checkup and cleaning. The hygienist has coached me over the years on preventive care, proper flossing and brushing, etc. My teeth and gums have become so much healthier. Crisafulli's staff are gentle, highly trained and joyful. I've had issues like a broken front tooth; they saw me right away to repair it so I didn't have to walk around looking like that. You can't tell it was ever damaged. Highly recommend!

My family of five have been patients for over twenty years. At this point we are visiting friends when we go to the office. We look forward to having Helene clean our teeth. Over the years I have also had chipped teeth repaired and a couple of gum grafts. The office is pleasant, spotless and always has the latest equipment.

Had my six month visit today and as usual I wasn't disappointed. Helene was thorough but gentle and Dr. Vulpoi was talented and professional. My new fillings are beautiful! I highly recommend Crisafulli Dental.

Helene is a rock star! Very very gentle touch. I am actually a little anxious saying this because she may get so busy there will be a huge backlog

I have been coming here for over 5 years and it's been a good experience. My normal hygienist Helene is always very energetic and interesting to talk/listen to. I have a lot of sensitive spots on my teeth and she does a good job working around them during cleaning. They have been up front with giving estimates for work to be done. They will offer up suggestions on optional treatments but I don't feel pressured like I have been at other offices. I would and have recommended them to friends and family.

I graduated from Cascade Dental Assisting School this year. I was very fortunate to have Dr. Crisafulli as my teacher! She cares deeply about her students and patients. Dr. C made my experience welcoming, fun and I learned so so much through her. If you are someone who prefers a hands on, small classroom environment, I highly recommend this Dental Assisting program!

The hygienists here are great. I've been coming here since 2013. They are always really nice and not overly critical about lacking oral care. They really seem to care here. I did have a tooth extracted here recently and the doctor was really funny and disarming. He did a good job at keeping me comfortable throughout and I had 0 pain after. I never once felt pain after the numbing wore off.

Dr Crisafulli used to be great, not anymore. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else! I have a retained baby tooth, my adult tooth never came in. Well, she said that the filling needed to be replaced in it. I told her I was extremely nervous about her messing with it. She laughed at me, said it would be fine and that it needed to be done. Ok, well if it NEEDS to be done.

I wasn't having any issues with this tooth but she saw something on the X-ray, never really told me what though. So she does the procedure, when she's all done she tells me that it wasn't as bad as she thought it was so she didn't replace the whole filling. While she was in there she went ahead and did a filling in the tooth next to it too. Well, my baby tooth never recovered from that procedure!

I have since switched to a different dentist. My baby tooth had to be extracted and I'll be getting an implant. Thousands of dollars later all because she messed with a tooth I didn't want her to touch in the first place. She has just turned into another money hungry medical provider and she treats her staff like crap. Yelling at them while working in your mouth. HORRIBLE!

Dr. Crisafulli is so innovative, this is why I really love coming here. I was having some awful sensitivity in my teeth; I couldn't enjoy my favorite ice cream and when I told Dr. C about it, she did not hesitate when she said there was a cure. SHE HAS THE CURE! She has this amazing in office laser that just made all my sensitivity disappear after just one session.

After going to a different dentist for years, I had no idea this laser even existed. She is constantly updating the office with new technology that makes every dental visit easy. Dr. Crisafulli gained a customer today.

Dentist pulled wrong tooth, do not go here. As I stated, I went to DR Crisafulli to have a broken part of my tooth removed, they forced me to get a non IV sedation (called the day before surgery to tell me this). When I woke up from the surgery, I found out rather than taking out the part of the tooth they were supposed to, they removed my wisdom tooth ON THE OTHER SIDE OF MY MOUTH. DR. Crisafulli then lied to me about what happened, and offered me $4,000 in compensation due to their malpractice and negligence.

I have gone to this dentist for years, they have always had horrible customer service, which I should not have done, they treated me horribly and do not care about their clients. They obviously didn't care about me or my dental health.

Avoid at all costs. Run! Don't walk! I was a new patient and went in for cleaning. They completed a full exam and didn't ask to have my medical records transferred from my previous dentist. Cristifulli ran my insurance and told me what my payment for each visit would be for following services and appointments scheduled. I paid that amount on each subsequent visits.

Fast forward 4 months later I get a bill for $500. 1. It was marked 90 to 120 days due. It was the first bill I had received for my services performed months earlier. 2. They performed services I wasn't eligible for because it was too soon for them. Their response. 1. The woman who helped me was no longer there. 2. The form with the amount owed after insurance said it was an estimate. 3.

They will try to get my bill changed. The Manager I spoke with continue to argue with me when I said I was done. She wanted to prove her point that this was my fault. Their form says "estimate." My only real resolution is to let others know about what their service is like. They do not deserve to have this bill paid because of their deceptive business practices. I willI pay the bill, because unlike them I have integrity. I hope this review costs them thousands in lost business. Needless to say I will not be back.

Worst experience I've ever had at a dentist. New to the area and needed to see a dentist, I looked some up online and chose this one. First, the person who did my X-rays took a really long time and had to re-do some of them. My consultation with the dentist was her telling me I needed to have ALL my previous dental work re-done and wanted to go over what the cost would be.

Not to mention a few insults I got from her when she was commenting that I was no stranger to dental work and bragged about herself for most of the visit. I got out of there FAST and before they could clean my teeth which I told them I didn't even want, I was there for a separate issue. Never again.

Received mail today from this office stating there is a $20 fee for Patient Protection Service due to their new office protocol. It is going to get expensive as every store & service tacks on a fee. Thankfully my dentist does not do this.

Dr Crisafulli is mean and rude. She is always yelling or trying to report other tenants. There have been complaints on how she treats her patients. There are a million dentists out there. Find someone who's nice because all of them can fix your teeth.

I understand safety and sanitizing as I work in a medical facility but charging $20 for the business ensure they meet the safety standards to stay in business should be on the business and not the patients. They should be thankful patients will be coming in and making them money. However charging them a fee for them to ensure everyone's safety isn't a patients responsibility- it's something that's expected by going into anywhere that's healthcare related.

If you pull up stats on how much money has gone toward getting cleaning supplies and PPE anywhere the numbers have sky rocketed in every single business. Be thankful for the patients that will be coming in once things open back up- it will take time for things to get back to normal and for people to feel comfortable enough to come in like they were before. Every company has take a major hit. But that doesn't mean you charge them for their business.

I had horrible pain in my back tooth. Dr. C was so through in asking me questions to get all the details of my pain. She figured out that it was probably all the popcorn I was eating and a bit of it was prob stuck where I got my crown. She was able to numb me up and get in there and lo and behold it was popcorn! I feel so much better! She was so wonderful, professional and it didn't hurt AT ALL! Love her and her office! HIGHLY recommend!

Dr. C has been my dentist for about twenty years. The dental services here are always of the highest professional standard. The staff is very friendly and Helene is a great hygienist. Dr. C is not only a great dentist, she's a very special person. She does volunteer dental work in the area and overseas, provides free dental health care days for veterans and she and her husband raise service dogs (you may luck into having one in the office during your visit!).

Ok, first I go to this dentist on a recommendation from a friend. My dad was a dentist and I would hang out in the office my entire childhood so I know what is wrong and right and ethical. When I go for a checkup I tell them right off the bat that my teeth are 10/10 sensitive. The hygienist pulls out a sonic cleaner, tells me how wonderful it is and uses it.

I almost jump out of the chair. She continues to try to convince me it is wonderful and everyone loves it but me. I finally had to stop her. I had a migraine for a week after the cleaning. First do no harm! Next they found and filled 3 cavities which I don't have faith needed filling now since I have seen them be unethical and incompetent. When I arrived for the fillings an assistant saw me drink water and started yelling throughout the office that I was to be sedated and shouldn't have drunk or eaten since the night before. BS!

I wasn't sedated. I had nitrous. The dentist knew that and proceeded of course. While giving me the fillings her(Wendy) and her assistant gossiped the whole time like it wasn't serious what they were doing and like I couldn't hear. And they didn't checkin with me to see how I was doing. I had nitrous, I wasn't unconscious. Geez!

One of the fillings still hurts after a year. I prepaid for the fillings to get a discount but as we were checking out, they charged my husband $200 more dollars, I don't know what for. So much for the discount. When my husband went for a checkup they said they could bring in their own surgeon to do implants. So, he scheduled the first step which was 3 extractions.

When the extractions were healed, he called for the next steps. They acted like they had no idea what he was talking about. Seriously, they had NO idea what he was talking about. He had to call several times and went in one final time where they gave him an updated schedule of all the work they wanted to do. All of a sudden they tell him he needs 5 crowns in addition to the implants.

At this point he is mad, understandably. They are showing him their new plan which they say will cost $11,000. Anyway, those are the highlights of this trainwreck of a practice. I'm tired of going on and on so I'll end it here.

Worst experience with a dental office/head dentist ever. Wendy Crisafulli will actually yell at patients instead of taking ownership of her staff's mistakes. They over charge, take forever to refund, and communication is extremely poor. Don't waste your time!
