I called today for an emergency appointment and the friendly office staff was able to get me in within the hour. I had such a great experience during my visit that I will be using this dental office moving forward for all my routine cleanings!

Very pleasant staff. On time. Where other dentists told me I needed thousands of dollars of procedures, Dr Bates said my teeth were fine. A few years later all is still well.

We are patients of Dr. Bates office for 20 years and have always received gentle, caring and detailed dental care! The staff is personable and always calls us by first name. Can't say enough good things about the care they provide!

I'm no fan of the dentist, but my experiences at Dr. Bates are always great. Office team, hygienist, and Dr. Bates are all awesome. Everyone needs to go to the dentist, so if you have to go, why not go to someone you like who treats you like family?

Dr. Bates and his staff are a great team to have treating you! They're knowledgeable, patient, compassionate, and keep themselves up to date on all the latest technology. They go the extra mile to make you as comfortable as possible! My family and I have been going to Dr. Bates for 34 years, and will continue to do so! Dr. Bates will help you keep your teeth healthy, and give you a reason to smile!

I have been going to Dr Bates since 1984. The office staff are kind patient, and go beyond helping to set up for another provider. Dr Bates is thorough, efficient, and tells what's up, very much a fun guy to be around as being in a dentist chair. The very best you can get.

The staff here is wonderful, it was my first time in and I have nothing but good things to say about their exceptional level of care! Barb is next level awesome at her hygienist skills and Sue is the friendliest office manager I've ever met! I'll definitely be seeing them soon!

I have been going to this dental office for more than ten years. I wont say that each visit was pleasant, but everyone associated with this office have been very friendly and made me as comfortable as possible. The last few years have been mostly uneventful and I think this is due to the work put in by the dental staff early on. All the hygienists have kept me on the straight and narrow in looking after my teeth when at home.

I would recommend this office to anyone who is new to the area or is looking for a new dentist. Why did I not give 5 stars? How do you improve if you give 5. I would have given 4 1/2 but that was not an option.

Dr. Bates and his staff have always treated me great and have provided excellent dental services. Dr. Bates is an excellent dentist. My Orthodontist who taught at the UW said he was an excellent dentist to me when he was coordinating my care with Dr. Bates. I have had multiple procedures through my years with Dr. Bates. He stays current with new technologies and has an excellent staff backing him up. It is no wonder why he has so many lifetime clients.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bates for 30 + years. He and his staff have come through for me numerous times over the years and have consistently given professional and caring attention. They have come in on days off when I was in need, and have offered over and above customer/patient care when dental care and costs can be a stress. Dr. Bates and his team are compassionate and have been very thoughtful with council when larger issues are at hand. They are definitely a part of my 'Woodinville family' in this community.
