I explained to Dr. Wagner that I needed a tooth extraction from a tooth that couldn't be saved but, I also let him know that I had a fear of the dentist. After that brief moment I see why he has great reviews. He followed up with informing me about the situation on why it's important it needed to be taken care of. The consistency in his office is what made me realize that I found my permanent dentist after my tooth was extracted.

My experience With Dr. Wagner and his staff just was Phenomenal. From the front desk to going out her way to make sure i was taken care of (I can't thank you enough) to the valued assistants who put numerous hours into their craft to make sure I was comfortable about the procedure. He has put so much love into his craft that the hard work backs ups his experience in this field.

I'm glad i made the right choice to going here. Not only that but, his care for his patients and giving valuable information on proper dental care made me feel appreciated, valued and excited for my dream smile. I'm looking forward for Dr. Wagner helping my long term goal of having the dream smile I want in the future because i know I'm in good hands with someone who's passionate and cares. You truly deserve a higher rating. Thank you for helping me get thru my phobia of the dentist and looking forward to the future for my teeth.

On January 23 around 5am in the morning, I experienced a bad tooth ache. Immediately I got up and went Online to find an emergency Dentist and surely, I found Town And Country Dental Care, Doctor Wegner's Mission. The best experience I had everrrrrr. The team and staff were great! I was shocked because I never met Dentist who give shots in your gums, and you never felt it. OMG this doctor was so caring. The surprising part, Doctor Wegner's, called to find out how I was progressing. Wow! THANKS Mrs. Annie Copeland

I went to get crowns at a different dental office. They messed up the job so bad I had to find somebody to fix my teeth. I was recommended to Town & Country Dental and couldn't be happier. I currently have my temporaries put in and they are 100 times better than the permanence they gave me at the other dental office. The doctor and his team are great.

I found my new dentist! Updating: I received my permanence and love them more than my original teeth. Dr. Wegner is awesome. He called to check up on how they were feeling and if I needed any adjustments to come in no problem. He make sure that his job is done correctly. I wish I would've went to him first he made this so easy.

Simply hated the entire experience never been to a dentist like this before. I never even do yelp reviews but I just had to create an account just to let people know not to step foot in this office. Dr. Wegner is very unprofessional, pushy, and rude. I took my child here just to get his teeth cleaned and he complained that his mouth was hurting afterwards which makes no sense to me if we were just going to get his teeth clean. Didn't make us feel comfortable at all.

The staff was just as bad very distracted by phones. You can tell that they are just in it for the money. It wasn't even money well spent. I wouldn't recommend anyone even bring a dog here to get its teeth cleaned that's how bad it is. I just wish I had read the yelp reviews myself before I decided to bring my son. If you do anything find another dentist because this one should be your last choice. Signed a unsatisfied angry parent.

Dr. Wegner and his staff are very caring and committed to the best patient experience. Netta the hygienist was very committed to make my experience as pleasant as possible. She took her time with me and I felt very well cared for. Lily, who works at the front desk, is always friendly and accommodating. Everyone does what they can to make sure patient expectations are met.

All of my family members are long term patients and very satisfied with the care received. If there is a concern, Dr. Wegner wants to be sure that his patients are satisfied and pleased with the results.

I've worked with Town and Country Dental Care as a temporary employee for the past 6 months. I was immediately taken with the office, it's not often that you connect with an entire staff, from Lillie the office manager, to Crystal her assistant, Lynette the Drs' assistant and Nada the hygienist. Customer service is so lacking in our society however; the superior care and courtesy shown not only to patients but, also each staff member is refreshing. Excellent patient care starts when you enter the office, expect a wow experience with Dr Wegner, whose skill with anesthetic is like no other.

Our young daughter had a great experience getting several cavities filled! Dr. Wagner made it fun for her so that she wasn't scared one bit. All the staff is equally warm and knowledgeable. Town and country Dental is great!

I do not have words to explain how thankful I am for Dr Wegner and his team Nada, Lynette, Christal, and Lily. I prayed that my front tooth could be saved as I have been worried about it for a while now. Dr Wegner was able to save my tooth! I had the most painless and comfortable experience at the dentist when getting oral surgery done and he even called me that evening to check on me that was very kind of him. I have found a dentist who finally addressed my dental concerns.

Everyone at Town and Country Dental I encountered is very professional and friendly. My hygienist Nada was able to clean stains possibly caused by the mouthwash I used and redirected me to a different brand. Dr. Wegner was rigorous in his approach in locating the pain/sensitivity of my tooth and proficiently addressed my dental issue with the minimal invasion.

The Dental Assistant Lynette was very gentle and friendly when assisting with the dental procedure. I immediately was able to drink room temperature water after the dental procedure, which always caused sensitivity in the past. Throughout this process, Lilian was very patient and supportive in working with me on scheduling and payment. I am very happy with my experience here!

I went to Town and Country Dental for the first time today, and I was blown away by the amazing experience! Everyone there was extremely kind and friendly. Lily at the front greeted me with a warm smile and was very helpful. My hygienist was Nada. I seriously could not recommend her more! She was thorough, yet very gentle. Dr. Wegner has amazing bedside manners, and made my visit incredibly comfortable. This was truly my best dental experience by far! I will certainly be back. Thanks to everyone at Town and Country Dental!

Horrible experience. Be prepared for major hustle. And you only have one set of teeth so I recommend getting a second opinion if you are given a very long list of work you need which is totally inconsistent with your previous dentist. You will also be very encouraged to think of some cosmetic changes you might like before the bomb is dropped about all the work you need done asap. The crown fell apart in three months but I guess a good lab could do that as well as a mediocre lab.just proceed with caution. I do not as a rule post negative comments.

I highly discourage this practice. My sons were pediatric patients from Dec 2013 - August 2014. Triple check that your insurance is filed correctly each and every time you visit, the back-end of this practice is so frustrating.which new office manager, Jessica, admitted to when I spoke with her earlier this year as she was hired to fix the past back end.

We changed insurance more than a year ago but it was never changed in their system so apparantly the office sent documentation to the wrong insurance for more than a year. I supplied our updated insurance, "unfortunately" explains Jessica, a bill for $292 can't be processed since its passed a timeframe of coverage and will not be accepted by insurance. So, let's set up a payment plan. Umm, I'm sorry, WHAT? Also, Flouride treatments are only covered once a year for patients under most insurances. Dr. Wegner gives flouride treatments twice a year but does not let you know it's not covered until it appears on your bill. It's only $36 but it's not honest.

This place will hustle you. They tell you that you are covered by your insurance, then tell you you are not covered after the dental work is complete. At that point, you are finagled into paying them or they threaten to send you to collections. Comical place overall. I would discourage you from doing business with them.

I had been having severe pain in my wisdom tooth for over two weeks. It was around 3:00 in the morning and I was looking for a dentist in my area. I sent Dr. Wegner an email stating my situation and I received a phone call at 7:30 in the from him. Who does that? I promptly made an appointment and had my wisdom tooth pulled. It was a difficult extraction because of the growth of the roots in my wisdom tooth. However, I felt no pain at all, and Dr. Wegner explained everything he was was doing as he went along with the extraction. Dr. Wegner called later that evening to check up on how I was feeling. Again, few doctors do that anymore. I would highly recommend Dr. Wegner as he is an excellent dentist. His staff is very professional and friendly, not to mention his office is impeccably clean.

Guess what, you grind your teeth and need a $500.00 bite guard. I heard this every time I came in. I feel that they were pushy and probably receive some sort of kick backs for their Under Armor bite guards. Not only did I get this recording every time, but I heard them telling everyone around me the same thing. Their facilities could use serious updating and I was charged more than I was quoted too.

Although I've come to find out that the work they've done on my teeth was fine, since I've moved and switched dentists it's been like pulling teeth to get them to forward my records and x-rays.

Dr. Wegner and his staff are wonderful! I recently moved to the area and put off going to the dentist since there is one thing worse than going to the dentist and that is going to a NEW dentist. Am I right? First of all this is the nicest group of people you could find. And the doctor has a great personality, and takes the time to find out what your needs/*issues* and so forth are and it's not just lip service.

I have some special circumstances and he was so sensitive to those. You never have the feeling when you are in the chair that things are out of your control because he is constantly checking in with you while he works unlike most dentists who dispense with all that once they get into your mouth. I had a molar broken off all the way down near the nerve but he was very game to work slowly and take a lot of time to save the nerve and do a restoration.

He even called me that night to be sure I was feeling fine. He sees children and adults and does general dentistry as well as cosmetic work. I already booked my next appointment. Oh, and like the other reviewer's son -- I actually did not feel the novocaine needle and I ended up having three shots. Super easy to access by train, bus or car. Easy parking, bus stops outside the door and the train a block away. You watch a movie of your choosing while they work on you, too: I can't recommend him and his practice highly enough.

Great dentist and his shots never hurt (honestly)! I think he is a great dentist, fast, and does great work. He is always very through, will discuss any dental plans short and long term, payment options (payments - I use Care Credit). He may be pricey, but you get what you pay for and all my dental work has survived for years. Park in the garage (3) and walk through the pedway - cleaning within an hour, so no parking fee.

Prepared to be hustled. This place was a disaster. Tthey refused to clean my teeth unless i signed up for another $2K in treatment, things that my university of chicago dentist said were unnecessary.

Dr. Wegner should be nominated for sainthood! This place is amazing.and for someone who has SEVERE dental anxiety- that's saying a lot. I went there after a severe toothache finally forced me to seek out a dentist. AND I FOUND THE BEST! First of all Novocain shots? What Novocain shots? You don't even know you were given a shot.no joke.completely painless!

While watching a movie of your choosing on the plasma TV and relaxing the most comfortable dentist chair in the world (and I should know.i was almost 7 months pregnant) Dr. Wegner does his magic in the most, gentle, calm and productive way. This may seem crazy but I compare it to a spa trip.and folks I had SEVERE dental anxiety. SEVERE! He takes the time to go over your dental history, explain your options and go through the procedure step by step.no beat is skipped. Basically I have found a dentist for life. I will recommend Town and Country Dental Care to EVERYONE! Don't think twice folks, this is the real deal!
