Love my dentist. She is so gentle, I would not go anywhere else. Dr. Lisa is very thorough in her exams and has a great staff! Highly recommend!

I had a great experience here, the hygienist and dentist were both very thorough and I was impressed by their professionalism. They were able to find multiple failing fillings as well as missed cavities from my previous dentist. I would highly recommend making an appointment with this practice, they are saving my smile.

Aggressive sales behavior. Overly assertive about moving forward with procedures. Only explanation was "it wont hurt" dr lisa did not establish trust or credibility. Extremely awkward encounter.

ZERO STARS. Rudest receptionist I've ever dealt with. after my experience yesterday I will go else where. I cant help but assume that if the woman who took my call yesterday treated me this way. How will the medical staff handle me? I am in desperate need of dental care and she was in such a rush to get off the phone (after less than 20 seconds) that I will go else where.

She wouldn't help me. I understand that she may have been busy but she could've handled it differently. I'm in the medical field too and I would have lost my job if I treated a patient this way.

The new dentist, Dr. Lisa, is great. She was very throughout and gentle with all of my dental work. Would highly recommend!

I have never had a good experience with dentists. That has all changed since I started going to Macedon Family Dentistry. Everyone is wonderful and when I had a tooth emergency on a Saturday Dr Joe meet me there and fixed it for me! Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a dentist!

They are the worst, the only person who was nice is there hygienist and they told me one price then they change it after, and in a answer to your question yes I have the right place.

I just returned from visiting the Macedon Family Dentistry and I couldn't be more impressed. Everyone I met was very pleasant, accommodating, and frankly I felt very comfortable there (even if it was the dentist). I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, they are that good! If you want personalized care by a professional staff who are very down to earth, this is the place for you! You'd be hard pressed to find a better group in the Rochester area.
