After our son was in the emergency with an injury to his mouth, we called when the office was closed and he was able to be seen that day. Memorial Day! Erin met us at the office in an hour and she was amazing! We're so grateful for all her help!

They are always so friendly and accommodating. I happened to make the mistake of bringing my child in a day early, and instead of turning me away, the receptionist got up to double check some things. They had a last minute cancellation, and were able to get us in! I'm very appreciative of them even checking, but to have us stay and get everything done while we were there was so wonderful!

I always have a lovely experience at every appointment. Staff is so friendly and really attentive. The facility is amazingly clean. I actually finally used the restroom for the first time and it was super nice. They even had a nice changing station for moms with young children. I just finished my Invisalign treatment! Dr. G and staff are amazing!. The ambiance at the office is very welcoming, makes you feel like you are not actually at the Doctors (For your and adults). The caring of the staff and amazing customer service makes the whole treatment a great experience. My case was not an easy one to treat with Invisalign, but Dr. G knew just what to do. My teeth have never looked this great! I highly recommend them!

My daughter is 12 and really likes it there. The staff is always very kind, gentle, and informative. The nice thing is you only pay one price for all services and future services. The is also beautiful inside. They have a movie room, computer area, and a coffee area. It is just incredible there.

The staff at the Pittsford location is outstanding! The way they take their time and engage with my son when we are there is fantastic. He is Autistic and everyone who interacts with him takes the time to listen and answer his questions, that helps to put him at ease. (and me too!) HIGHLY recommend.

We were recommended by our child's dentist to go to Get It Straight for a consultation for my 8 year old son whose teeth are very crowded. I was a bit overwhelmed by how big the place is. When I went to the orthodontist it was a very small and personal practice so I was a bit skeptical. But they were recommended by our dentist whom we respect so we tried it out.

We just went in for a consultation but by the time we left we had a plan for a spacer and braces. The place is a well oiled machine. They know what they are doing, the technology now is pretty amazing and I felt like they took the time to explain everything to us and answer all of my questions. We will be moving forward with Get It Straight and hope to continue to have a positive experience here.

My consult was thorough, efficient, and I felt that the staff and Dr. Giangreco considered all factors that could be at play with my case. The imaging was also thorough, and the updated technology was impressive and accurate. I could tell that they had read my intake forms and were familiar with my concerns as well. All of my questions were answered, and I appreciated the airway focus of this practice, as it suited my needs well. They also immediately communicated with my dentist so everyone was on the same page. I am looking forward to continuing my treatment with Get It Straight!

Jody at Get It Straight is an absolute GEM of a human being. She will make your experience wonderful, is very thorough and meticulous with her work, while being genuine and upbeat. She is one of the friendliest professionals who gets the job done, with a smile and all! No one likes getting work on their teeth/the dentist, but I look forward to my appointments because of her! Also my invisalign worked flawlessly, and Jody helped me re-order more trays. A+ service all the way around!
