I got my teeth cleaned today. My hygienist did a very good job and was very patient with me as I have some problems with my mouth. I do have a complaint, however, I am a diabetic and my gums have been giving me problems for a while. I had a appointment in the 1st week of May. I was called and told that my appointment was going to be delayed until October. I felt that this was unacceptable and let them know. I was put on a call list and luckily got a appointment today. Thank God!

Staff is friendly. They provide excellent Dental service, thorough dental cleanings. You'll leave with a smile.

Everyone is super friendly and accommodating! From a mom who has a fear of the dentist to three kiddos who's first time was a success, they were patient and kind!

Being someone with a lot of dental issues due to poor brushing and braces in the past, I've had other offices mock me out with me literally sitting in the exam chair! It's not like that at Palmyra Family Dentistry (AND I travel over 40 minutes from Rochester for my appointments.so THAT is definitely proof right there that they are worth going too!) They make you feel valued and are very patient if you have questions/concerns about the kind of dental work you are getting done. My friends Rob & Beth referred me to them & I'm very glad they did because they truly are amazing!

Nice snd easy cleaning. Kristen was my hygienist and she was very pleasant and fun to talk to. Got my next 6 month cleaning booked with her again

I'm very afraid of going to the dentist. It's a phobia of having dental work done but, they made me feel so comfortable and very reassured that I was in good hands and I feel like they will take very good care of me as I go through my upcoming appointments and procedures. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Everyone was very nice and comforting from the moment I arrived to the time I left.

Everyone is pleasant, and helpful. My entire family has been going there for about 18 years, and they have always been good to us. If you are a hygenist looking for a nice environment, they could use a team player!

This dentistry is the best around. The entire staff is awesome. The hygienist who gave me my cleaning is the absolute best. She double and triple checks her work and you can tell she truly cares and is dedicated to making you leave happy. Love this place!

I love Barb! She is great not only with my but the kiddo! They have made it so he doesn't mind going to the dentist and even looks forward to it.

I have been going to Palmyra Dentistry for years. The office staff are always friendly, kind, and helpful; Linda is the hygienist I always ask for, she's the best! She's friendly, kind, and gentle. Over the years I've interacted with both Dr Haremza and Dr Harrison who have been equally wonderful, kind, and professional; they take great care of my teeth explaining everything in an understanding way!

The whole staff is wonderful to work with. It was Nice to have Diane there for my 6th check up. She had been subbing for others. Great job. Thank you so much.

They do a great job at Palmyra Family Dentist. All of the people there are very friendly and professional. After less than a year of going there I already feel like family. They have also done a great job taking care of my teeth with as little discomfort and pain as possible.

The team is so efficient and timely. I walk in and they are always warm and welcoming. They really care about their patients and treat them like family. They proactively help you book future appointments and are very organized. For a busy individual - they really make the process seamless.

I went here for the first time based on the reviews and I have to say the reviews were true! Signing in as a new patient was harmless and the receptionist was not your typical "I don't care I am doing you a favor by being here" type of attitude. The receptionist, Sharon, was friendly but not too over the top to process me as a new patient. My hygienist, Linda, is probably the nicest person who listens and remembers what I say.

Sometimes I thought, do I deserve this much respect and care?! Unfortunately, due to external circumstances I haven't been to the dentist in a couple years and Linda took the extra time and care to MANUALLY clean and pick my tooth one by one! The two main doctors came by and introduced themselves to me which I thought was nice and respectful.

After the cleaning Linda gave me a new patient gift which was water bottle, toothbrush and a magnet. It's funny I'm not familiar with such world-class professional treatment so I am rating this place 5 stars! I highly recommend!

I only have some crappy Navy dental clinics to compare it to, but seems to be the best a civilian dentistry could be. Very few problems over the years with me and my four children and they take care of us to what I would say is the best possible patient care.

Palmyra Dental has always been my primary dentist until I moved to Boston for work a few years ago. Recently when I made the mistake of going to another Dentist in Boston for a cleaning and was told by that had 8 cavities. I was shocked and my mother spoke to her dentist about this at Palmyra Dental. They were so friendly and told her to have my X-Rays sent to the office.

After repeated mishaps with the X-Ray records (fault on the Boston Dentist), Palmyra Dental stuck by my side and made an effort to schedule me in for a last minute visit to have my teeth looked at. Luckily, they told me I only had 3 cavities and said they could given fix them that day. Everyone was so friend and accommodating throughout the whole process. They are truly a wonderful dental office. I won't make the mistake of going anywhere else from now on!
