Extremely friendly and caring staff. I used to have a lot of anxiousness going to a dentist because so many of the prior practices I went to made me feel ashamed or embarrassed about the work I needed done. The staff at Batavia Family Dental explain everything thoroughly and ease my worries, without making me feel embarrassed about anything. They all have a great sense of humor too!

I saw Dr Steve because I drove my tooth. He fill my tooth snd place the crown. The procedure was relatively painless. I am a physician and can tell than som do a good job. Dr Steve did not just a good job, he did an awesome job. I appreciate everything Dr Steve. If I could give you 10 stars you deserve it.

I frequently go to the dentist for a variety of dental issues. this office is by far the best medical office I have ever went to. The dental plan is Layed out, including what isn't covered by insurance. The best part of the office is the staff. They have always been extremely welcoming and pleasant. I would 100% recommend this office to anyone looking for dental services.

The staff are all wonderful. Just walking in you feel the kindness and care. Dr Steve is awesome and has been so kind and caring to me through my experience. His assistant is kind and sweet and makes you feel at ease. Dr Steve definitely cares and wants to help you feel better. The secretaries are all awesome and give that nice warm welcome and wanting to help as well.

After being a patient here for about 10 years, one of my molars had finally reached the point where I needed a crown. Dr. Steve was able to scan my teeth, create a computer model of the replacement, mold the replacement and cement the new one on all in one visit. All the staff has been very nice to me over the years and taken good care of my teeth.

I will never see another dentists office. Everyone is just so happy from the moment you walk in to your hygienist to the dentists. I am always happy leaving their office, even through the procedures I've had other than cleanings. You couldn't ask for a better bunch here. I recommend them to everyone!

Had some bad experiences before at other dental places so I was a bit nervous to get an infected tooth pulled. The dental hygienist really makes you feel comfortable and are very good spirited people. The dentist himself is just as great, makes sure your numbed up good so you don't feel any pain when getting that tooth ripped out of your head! The receptionist are awesome as well!
It's just an uplifting place for a dentist office and that made me feel comfortable for some more tooth pulling! I'm happy to say this is my new dentist and highly recommend and this coming from someone who is highly allergic to dentists in general

Went in for a tooth hurting. Office staff was very well organized, polite and courteous. Wait time was little to none. They explain the options and respected my decisions. And fixed the tooth. This is important because the last time I saw a dentist was 10 years ago, and the time before was 25 years ago. Each time not liking the whole experience. So looks like I've finally found a dentist office for maybe a routine visits. May actually not wait till I can't stand it.

Dr. Steve is very up to date with dental technology, and his work shows it. Excellent dentistry, very clean facility, very experienced, professional and respectful staff. Excellent scheduling I have never had to wait more than a few minutes to be seen. My Family have been patients for more than 10 years.

As a new patient, I found Dr. Sokolovskiy to be very welcoming. His reception, Val, was very sweet and his dental hygienist was very nice, thorough, and surprisingly quick. They all made my visit pleasant and put me at ease. No-one judged or criticized me about not seeing a dentist in awhile. They made my day and made me smile! :

I started going to this office a couple of years ago. Dental offices are usually hit or miss. Well this one, is definitely a hit. Dr. Sokolovskiy is a scholar, gentleman, and certainly skillful. His hygienist, Sefura, also share his traits too. Both exhibit exceptional skills and have a light touch, which is important in this field. I. recently visited for a cleaning, after the COVID-19 outbreak.
I was blown away at the measures they have taken for both the public and staff and felt really to be in the safest possible hands. Batavia Family Dental for the win-- a gem in Batavia for sure.
