I am so glad I chose to go to Dr. Arma for my root canal. I have been postponing going to the dentist since quarantine because I had all sorts of anxiety. Eventually, the pain was too bad to keep postponing so I mustered up enough courage to make the appointment. When he told me the numbing needle would be as bad as it gets, I didn't believe him. He gave me a little laughing gas to calm my nerves and I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't feel anything.
No pain at all! He was right, the needle was the worst part of it! No pain during and no pain afterwards! I took 2 advils just to prevent any swelling but thats it! The office was nice and clean with no wait. His assistant made me feel calm and comfortable. Now I know, I don't need to postpone anymore visits! I never thought my anxiety about going to the dentist (especially for a root canal) would go away. Thank you, Dr. Arma!

Dr. Arma is the best dentist ever! I hate going to the dentist but he has always made me feel comfortable when I go! Super clean and professional! He has always taken the time to address any concerns i have.and believe me. I'm no easy patient! Unbelievable that anyone would say otherwise. I would never go anywhere else! -Lauren-

I was to address last review of billing error. Patient missed and no showed numerous times that our front desk lady made a mistake and thought we completed work. Front desk billing person made a mistake, and as soon as insurance informed me, we returned the money. Insurance took forever to update their system. I sincerely apologize patient went through this, but mistakes are made and we strive to always be of the utmost integrity and conduct our business honestly.

We also strictly adhere to Covid-19 protocol and try to have no more than 3 patients in our spaceous waiting room and demand social distancing. Our rooms and waiting room are well ventilated, and we have a unit in waiting area that removes 99.9% of particles and viruses from the ambient air.
We spend 10 minutes between patients sterilizing and wrapping the treatment rooms. If patient would have just asked we could have explained all this to her, but people today tend to denegrate others and try and hurt their reputations, i guess to make themselves feel better. We have an impeccable reputation, and treat patients like family. We invite you to come see for yourselves. Thank you.

Dr. Arma is one of the most honest, patient, and pain free Dentist I have ever come across. Dr. Arma will explain in detail what needs to get done for a perfect smile. Dr. Arma's staff will make you feel comfortable while you wait. I recommend, Dr. Arma to anyone who is highly anxious about going to the Dentist, he truly is one of the best Dentist in his field.

My family has been going to Metropolitan Family Dental for many years. Dr. Arma has always been very professional and caring. He listens to any concerns and addresses them appropriately. He shows he understands any anxiety you may have. The office staff is very friendly and accommodating. The waiting area is spacious and comfortable and the exam rooms are kept very clean.

It's almost 2021 and Dr Arma doesn't have digital xrays?!?! It's not ok for him to expose his patients to extra radiation. Also, with Covid he still allows his waiting room to be extra crowded and I don't feel he or his staff proper clean & disinfect his office. There also isn't proper air ventilation. This office is dark and dingy.

Dr Arma is an extremely knowledgeable and patient doctor. I have terrible anxiety and dental work is very difficult for me. Dr Arma has been so kind and calming that I am able to address any procedure needed. He explains everything as he is going along and ensures I am feeling no pain. I wouldn't feel comfortable going anywhere else. He treats my children and several other members of my family as well.
Aside from Dr Arma, the women that work with him are wonderful! They are so welcoming, accommodating with appointments and there is rarely a wait. I would recommend Metropolitan Family Dental to everyone!

Horrible dentist. The office does not have digital x-rays. The dentist uses tiny x-ray pictures that he examines under a dim light bulb. All equipment looks like from 1980s. He charged me $1600 for a root canal! He should not be doing ANY root canals without a endodontic microscope. He is not an endodontist. He said to me that he has always done root canals himself.
It's been 9 months since I had the root canal done, and the tooth became sensitive. I went to an endodontist for a re-treatment. The endodontist said that the job done is horrible, and I am lucky to keep my tooth. Please don't go to this dentist for anything else but cleaning. I hope other people did not have to suffer as much as I did because of this dentist.

Hello my experience here was very comfortable. Very professional. He is a awesome doctor. I have covarge but unfortunately he dosent cover it, but I still go to him and pay out of pocket when I can get my issue done through my coverage for free from another doctor that excepts my coverage. I rather go to him and pay. Amazing guy. I highly recommend to go to him. I'm the type of person I'm very iffy about any doctor but I trust him. You all will know what I mean if you try him. During my visits to Dr. Arma's office, I have always found the environment to be comfortable and welcoming. The staff has been professional, courteous, and attentive to my needs. State of the art dentistry is offered at this facility. Dr. Arma takes his time and has given me the most thorough cleaning I have ever received. He also uses a topical anesthetic spray that makes the procedure more comfortable.
On the unfortunate occasion when I needed to have a tooth extracted, Dr. Arma was able to perform this procedure in his office. He outlined many replacement options, including a dental implant. I chose the dental implant. All phases of this implant were performed in Dr. Arma's office, which was both convenient and painless. Based on my experiences, I have recommended Dr. Arma's office to numerous family members and friends. I would highly recommend this office to anyone that is looking for great dental care in a comfortable, inviting atmosphere.
