I Was referred out from dental office for unnecessary root canal and extra 3D imaging was performed unnecessarily. It was also very busy when i went there which might have diluted the care I received. Nonetheless, my personal experience was not one that was positive.

This place was more then exceptional. Very fast and efficient, everything I needed and more was provided. Both front desk and all assistants were beyond helpful and very kind. Will definitely be coming back and will be recommending this place to everyone I know.

Best dental office I've been too! Staff is so welcoming and friendly. The doctors were so kind and made it pain free for me. Recommend here to anyone.

Went to a few dentist throughout my time but I definitely felt comfortable getting my teeth back on track here at smile savers. They got my teeth feeling and look right again!

Very very poor staff especially front desk assistants' manners. I set up two appointments over the phone for root-can. then at the set up day they say you are not scheduled for appointment and who did you talk to as if there is hundreds of them there. so I went to the office they said we don't see you name plus we are not Endodontics office we are general dental doctor and we don't take your insurance and they do take it! if I have the option to rate you with -10000 I 'd do it's horrible people to deal with. my tooth is hurting for 2 weeks now because of your irresponsible actions.

God is always good. one of the best experience I've had at a dental office. All staff are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Bhagat's work was amazing and he knows what he is doing. The assistant ( Pamela ) very kind and beautiful lady was really caring at every visit and made me feel calm. I'm so happy with there services. I would definitely recommend this place! Great Experience always at Doctor Bhagat's office, staff always very attentive and polite. Office very clean especially during this 2020 pandemic going on very sanitary; recommend this dentist to anyone local in the area and they accept almost all insurances.

I have been Dr. Bhagat's patient for 20 years. He made partial dentures for me last month and they are very comfortable and are the right size. The front desk receptionists are very nice and professional. Highly recommend his practice!

Don't waste your time! Go find other nice dental office. Very bad experience. I made appointment through phone and the front desk told me my appointment was set on July 23rd. I went there on July 23rd and was told I missed my appointment since my appointment should be July 22nd. I didn't get any remind message and no reminder call from the office.

The front desk staff was very indifference about this situation. I also saw other reviews have the same situation as me, especially toward to the bad manner of the front desk woman.

This office is very unprofessional and I was in the office today for a 12pm appointment but wait time was over 90 minutes, Dr. baghat and his associate Dr. Jooly are very rude, they refuse to treat me because they are very busy, I wanted to do the cleaning and a filling but Jooly said she cannot do the cleaning and filling today since I have made the appointment three weeks ago, Dr. baghat attitude was very very threatening to me and Dr. jooly is a races and stuck up lady with a cocky attitude, I will never go back to this office ever again, they must not treat people disrespectfully and they must not have a thearting attitude, they just want to make money out of your insurance make you keep in coming to the office again and again.

Called them during an emergency when I had a chipped tooth. They were nice enough to give me an appointment that same day. I was three months pregnant at that time and they couldn't do an xray. Gave me a temporary filling and some form for my OBGYN to fill out asking if its OK to do an xray. I go in for the second time, with the completed form (OBGYN filled some areas and left others blank, signed it etc.) They said it wasn't enough and she had to answer all the questions on the form.

They ended up calling her office and got an ok from her. Now, while thats happening, they are trying to reach my insurance for some approval etc. As the procedure would cost more than normal. So they cant really do anything until thats sorted out. Great, 2nd visit and I still have a chipped tooth. All this back and forth took at least a week. During which, I am pregnant and not able to eat properly.

Third visit, they call me.all is clear, I can get the tooth fixed. Finally, xrays done, I am sitting at the chair and the doc is about to num me.oh wait, one of the staff comes running, we don't have a clearance from the insurance. WHAT? YOU GOT TO BE KIDDING ME! I left the office fuming.they wasted so much of my time and expected me to come back? I ended up going to Dr. Wu in Grand Central, who fixed everything in two visits (crowning takes two visits normally). Never again!
