Wonderful dentist. Dr. Tischler has been taking care of my teeth for 16 years. If I weren't retiring and moving out of the area I would continue seeing him. He cares about your teeth and tells you what you need to know and how to care for your gums and teeth. If you are a teacher he will even come to your school and talk about teeth heath care to your students.

My first visit to Dr. Tischler was a great experience. He immediately puts you at ease with his calm and professional demeanor. The most impressive part of my visit was that Dr. Tischler took the time to show me the areas where I had problems on my x-rays, which I have never had a dentist do before. This helped me to know why and how to care for my teeth better, thus motivating me to do so.

I never felt rushed. Him and his awesome staff have a special way of making your visit personalized, comfortable and stress-free. This place is worth every penny. I would definitely suggest anyone to come here. Those stars are not an exaggeration! I would give 10 stars if it would let me!

Dr. Tischler and staff are so professional and accommodating! I've been going to him for regular dental cleaning for years (over 15 years since my parents brought me to him as our family dentist). I have grown to trust him so well that I had him do my veneers too! He's very professional, prides himself in his good quality work, and is very personable.

He was even so kind to give me some advice when I set off for college and connect me to his family members who were attending the same college as me. The dental assistants tend to rotate, but they are always really helpful! Also, Debbie, the main admin, has always taken care of me and clearly helped me understand billing and booking. Occasionally, I've waited up to 15 minutes to be seen by Dr. Tischler, but only because he offers really good attention and service to his clients and tries to service his prior appointments fully (i.e. perform a filling during the same appointment as a routine cleaning) so that clients don't have to schedule a second follow up appointment. This practice is very respectful of the clients' time and works efficiently to satisfy all clients for the day. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Tischler.

I have been going to Dr. Tischler for over 5 years now and every visit has been a positive experience. He takes the time to answer any questions no matter how big or small. I haven't had to visit for any other reason besides a cavity filling and routine cleanings. Every cleaning is performed thoroughly as all visible stains I had coming into my visit are gone by the time I am out (this was not the case with the other dental professionals I have been to). My wife and son are now seeing Dr. Tischler as well and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a new dentist.

I have been going to Dr. Tischler for 30 years too! He is a very skilled dentist and very knowledgeable about his craft! He never causes pain and is very gentle. I recently went through the implant process which was a complete success! Thank you Dr. Tischler!

He has performed a variety of work for us ranging from routine cleaning to root canal and posts without any issues or complications. Dr. Tischler is a patient professional who is fabulous with children and entertains with his great sense of humor. Scheduling is very flexible and accommodating.

He does not overbook so you are seen on time. The facility is extremely clean and his staff is knowledgeable, courteous and engaging. Although we've moved further away, the great experience every time keeps us coming back. He is simply the best in the business.

My wife and I have been bringing our young family to Dr. Craig Tischler's office for years; since moving to Rego Park. We can recommend his office without reservation. Important criteria his office meets: -Cleanliness -Professional staff -Pleasant environment -Consistent high quality care -Kids loved the 'Treasure Chest' at the reception desk. : Very highly recommended.

Dr. Tischler provides excellent care and service. He explains what's involved in my treatment before every appointment begins, he's flexible and accommodating to my work schedule, and keeps a modern/clean office. The location is convenient to Manhattan, as the subway is down the block from his office. Dr. Tischler works with my insurance and treats me fairly for any uncovered items. I would highly recommend Dr. Tischler for anyone looking for great dental care.

He is supposed to be a very good dentist and he probably is. Just too expensive and inflexible about payments for me. I have been to several other also very good and expensive dentists in the past. Most of them offered some kind of in house payment plans for their repeat patients. There is no such thing here (I was a repeat customer here.) I had a quote of $5,000 for a crown.

He wanted half of them upon making an appointment and the balance on the day of the treatment. I'd never been to any other dentists who demanded $2,500 even before seeing them. The only payment plan they offered was Care credit which has a ridiculously high interest rate. I guess that I can only go back if I win a lottery.

Have been going to Dr. Tischler for over 10 years now! Clean office, friendly staff and you get seen at your appointment time with little wait time! 10/10 would recommend to a family member or friend.

I have seen Dr. Tischler a few times now and would highly recommend him. He's a great dentist, very friendly and makes the entire dental experience more comfortable. He explains everything before the process begins so you know exactly what to expect. The staff is also very warm and welcoming. Overall a great experience. I have been a patient of Dr. Tischler's for the past 7 years. This past weekend my dad who is a senior citizen was visiting from Florida and had a dental emergency. I called Dr. Tischler's office immediately Monday morning and he was able to squeeze him in for an appointment and resolve his problem. Dr. Tischler and his staff took great care of my dad and we are greatly appreciated. My dad commented to me that he wished he had as good a dentist as Dr. Tischler in Florida.

I've been a patient of Dr. Tischler for about 25 years now, and wouldn't trust my smile to any other dentist. Truly a professional, knowledgable and, above all, a patient oriented practice that makes any dental procedure as comfortable and as painless as possible. Highly highly recommend!

Had a highly traumatic experience with this individual which I am reminded everyday by my missing tooth. I have a baby tooth that was getting loose. I went to see him in a panic and he told me that I needed to get a "nevis partial" fancy word for dentures until I get a tooth implant. He never explained why I needed the dentures first. Told me that it would be highly visible when I smile that I am missing a tooth. Told me to apply for CareCredit in order to cover the work for the tooth extraction and nevis partial which was $900 and then the tooth implant would be between $2,500 to $3,500.

I am a single working woman and said that I was reluctant to apply for credit. Felt bullied into getting my tooth extracted and getting the dentures that I never use, I can not eat with them either. I am only 39. Didn't want to incur the debt for the implant because I still haven't finished paying the $900. Good news is that even though I don't use the denture, everyone tells me they can not see the missing tooth.

He initially even told me that it could take even a year for the tooth to fall and then immediately regretted his words and firmly persuaded me to get the tooth extracted which I still don't understand why. It is not visible at all. It is in the back of my mouth. Why couldn't he say, "come to me when the tooth falls". Why charge me almost $400 to extract it?

Why didn't he explain that he was offering me dentures? I have shivers of anger whenever I am reminded of this guy. Please, don't go to him. I went for a cleaning to another orthodontist and he quoted me $300 less than what I paid if I had had it with him. He also added that I could have waited for the tooth to fall because no one could see it. On a nutshell, be very careful. Craig L Tischler will smell insecurity and bully you into getting unnecessary work done and at a high price at that.

I highly recommend Dr. Tischler. I've been going to him for a few years now. He's very professional and knowledgeable. His staff is very friendly. If you can't find parking on the streets then park at the Rego Center, which is a block away. It's not scary to go to this dentist.

Amazing experience! I went to Dr. Tischler for a second opinion for a procedure I needed and after my consultation decided he was the doctor for me. He explained what needed to be done and was so patient answering all of my questions. He even called to check how I was feeling after, even though I was fine. I read great reviews of Dr Tischler and one person who was nasty had to be confused.

The office manager was respectful and explained everything to me so I understood what my financial responsibility would be. My friends and family now use Dr Tischler and are thrilled.

Dr. Tischler has been our family dentist for 20 years when he first treated our son in an emergency situation. He is a great dentist, very professional and always on top of the latest dental procedures. He is patient and always willing to explain anything and everything dental.
