We will then contact you within one business day to confirm your appointment. Call us at 631-4-SMILES. Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes necessitate missing an appointment. After missing a second appointment without notifying us 24 hours in advance, you are subject to being charged an additional fee.

I've been going to Smile Makers for almost 30 years. I request Dr Palmblad and Melissa every time. They are both amazing! My teeth are beautiful thanks to Dr Palmblad and Melissa who is my hygienist of choice. She does the most thorough cleaning and scaling that you will ever receive. Being a cash payer, which I am at the moment, Dr Palmblad has always been more than fair with what he charges for services. Mostly I look forward to Melissa. Not only does she do a great cleaning, but I love chatting with her! Going to Smile Makers is like visiting my friends! Highly recommended!

Dr. Smit is compassionate, I had a bad tooth and needed a same day emergency appointment. Dr. Smit's office manager told me to come right in, she was compassionate as well. It's so difficult to find a good dentist you can trust. I will be continuing my future dental maintenance with Smile Makers. If it wasn't for them, I would still be in pain. Thanks to them, I feel great today. Thanks again ladies. See you soon.

I've been using Dr Palmblad for at least 30 years. I won't go anywhere eles. He and his highly professional hygienists and receptionists always leave us feeling confident that we have received the best of care. I'f they were to move away, I would surely follow :. It would be very difficult to duplicate the care we've received each and everytime.

So, here's my story: I am on the spectrum and also have Dissociative Identity Disorder. Going to the dentist has always been really hard for me, ever since I was little. There's always so much noise, vibrations, pain, and everything tastes bad. I began to neglect going to the dentist because I was always too afraid. But eventually it caught up to me. Dr. Smit has been really patient with me, and I would recommend her practice to anyone! Everyone there is really nice, and I feel more and more comfortable with every visit. It feels nice to have a dentist that I can trust.

This was the best dental experience in my 27 years of life. Front desk was so sweet and insisted on calling my insurance to see if there's coverage, even though I was willing to pay out of pocket. Melissa was my dental tech and she did the most thorough cleaning on my teeth that I have ever had in my life. After this great experience, I feel like I've been cheated out of a good dental cleaning my whole life. I live 8 hours away, but will be returning for my next exam.
