The hygienist Yanira is thorough, efficient and has a gentle touch. She is also a really nice person, as are the other staff in this great clinic. I recommend her highly.

The doctor and staff are so polite and very professional. They treat you like family, calling you by your first name and not like "just another patient". They're AWESOME!

I have always been reluctant to go to the dentist, but I decided this year I was going to feel confident in my smile again, and have healthy teeth. Dr. Zaza, and his staff, are AMAZING! I started off with a two page treatment plan - I'm almost half way through. I am so happy with the treatment and the results so far. The pricing is very reasonable, and clearly explained. Dr. Zaza is fast and clearly very good at his craft.

All the dental assistants and other support staff are wonderful - all very friendly and professional. I would like to make a special mention of Jennifer, the lady that checks me out each visit. She is an absolute sweetheart, and always makes sure I'm clear on what we're doing next. I am so glad I found these folks. For the first time in my 50 years I'm almost enjoying the dentist; Thank you Dr. Zaza, Jennifer, & all!

The manager there was very polite, and even though she was multitasking she still got the job done and made sure I called on the time of my appointment. Jennifer your the best! Along with the staff. Everyone is so nice and pleasant. They take the time to explain things. I had Francis and Dr. ZaZa they were both gentle with my mouth and made me feel comfortable. I have not been to the dentist in 10 plus years out of fear but they made me feel comfortable about going back to the dentist.

Dr. Zaza changed my life. I have neglected my teeth for a long time and it came to a complete head when my dog accidentally knocked my front tooth loose. My smile was already embarrassing, so rarely showed my teeth except when speaking. Dr. Zaza had to basically reconstruct my entire mouth.and he gave me back my smile and confidence. I cannot recommend him enough! Dr. Zaza and his staff was always available, caring and thoughtful throughout my long journey. Thank you for everything!

This is a warm and welcoming place of service. Dr. Rajab and those very nice ladies who assisted him took care of me well. I was always greeted on entry by the lovely ladies at the reception desk. Nelly made sure to explain my billing when I had questions concerning fees for each treatment. I brought three of my children to get their teeth cleaned and and they really were happy afterwards. Thank you guys for being so professional.

I hate going to the dentist.but I have to say going to Central Florida Cosmetic & Family Dentistry is great. Not only do they do a great job of making me feel at ease and comfortable but the dental hygenist does a fantastic job of cleaning my teeth. Dr. Mansour did a wonderful job of filling my teeth. My dentist for the past four years and they are amazing. Office is always spotless and clean. And they followed all CDC guidelines during the pandemic. Will keep going here for all my future dental needs.

I greatly appreciate the staff at CFCFD! They are compassionate and provide gentle instruction. My only reserve from giving 5 stars is that the dental hygienists forget to introduce themselves and as I haven't been assigned a consistent hygienist, it can feel uneasy and unsettling when it's always a new person between visits or if I have frequent visits to complete a procedure.

I was extremely scared of the dentist. Spend many years not going. Then we found Central Florida Cosmetic & Family Dentistry. The staff is very professional and the Doctor treat us like part of the family. Now, I come to check my teeth every 6 months. And my son is part of this family routine.

After my first exam (around $80 for just the x-rays) I was told I had two small cavities. They quoted me a fairly high price for a cleaning and to fill the cavities (self pay rates). I figured those were normal rates but I decided to shop around to other dentists and found one in the Saint Cloud area and get the cleaning there. The cost was significantly less, but they had a great rating.

They ended up doing x-rays and cleaning for the same price of $80. I figured my first appointment at Central FL Cosmetic was a waste of money but I would just eat the cost. I had no issue with this facility as they were just doing their jobs until I was told that I do not even have cavities! Central FL Cosmetic Dentistry was incorrect, after two other professionals checked my x-rays and did an exam of my teeth, telling me there were no cavities.

I am not sure if this was a reach for money or if they just simply saw something that was not there. Regardless of their intentions, I would not feel comfortable recommending someone to come to a place of business that could make these costly mistakes.

I have been coming to see Dr. Mansour for years and I went from needing root canals to just a super quick cleaning! The staff here are wonderful and make you feel so comfortable. Dr. Mansour makes you feel completely at ease, which isn't always easy since most people don't like going to the dentist (this used to be me!) Post-covid they have done a remarkable job at meeting or exceeding recommendations. I highly recommend this business.

Our entire family has been coming to see dr. Mansour. For years! From cleanings to fillings always a great experience and top notch. Ladies up front always friendly and right on it. Thank you very much "big smiles"!

Front desk ladies are some of the rudest most condescending people I have ever encountered. They send text messages to confirm your appointment. Mine was for a 10am confirmation to which I replied and confirmed. Showed up about 20 minutes early for what the text message confirmation of 10am was. Sat there for 15 minutes past what was sent as my appointment time only to be berated about how no my appointment isn't until 11am because she left a voicemail after the 10am confirmation text was sent telling me it has been changed to 11am without my approval or knowledge.

She never spoke to me for any kind of confirmation as to the change. Definitely goes with out saying but I will not be returning and I would highly suggest you find another dental office to go to as well. I have gone to chain dentists in emergencies before with better treatment and less aggravation.

I am very happy to have found a new Dental home for my family. They definitely set themselves apart with excellent service, state of the art facility, caring staff and great bedside manner Dentist who genuinely cares about you and your needs. It was easy to schedule and appointment, their check in is all electronic and you don't have to wait long.

Best prices, new technology, and outstanding customer service.not just the staff but Dr. Mansour go's beyond your expectations. He takes pride in providing quality service and he listens.

He provides recommendations that suits every person. Not to mention his outstanding hygienist, assistants, and front desk personnel. I was so scared when I went in but they treated me like a person not just $ sign. I recommend this practice. All are welcomed.

Moved to Florida and hadn't found a dentist yet when I had a dental emergency. They got me right in the next business day, never any waiting, courteous and friendly staff. I felt so comfortable there immediately and the doctor was very reassuring and explained everything so there would be no guessing about what he was doing and how much it would cost.
